"The staffs were very friendly, the location I picked this hotel was very near to the National Stadium Bukit Jalil for my Bruno Mars concert, although its 20mins plus by walking distance but I still prefer to get Grab car much easier and faster to get there
Overall the hotel was comfortable to stay in for 3days 2nights for concert, room was okay the only thing is the TV is there but it's not working 🤣, water dispenser need to go to the receptionist counter to fill in and there is no chair for the dressing table 🤣
But yeah overall the service, friendly of staffs very satisfied, just that hope they will do some fixing about the TV, water dispenser and please have the stainless steel body judge kettle in each room, love to visit the hotel again for my next trip 🥰🥰🥰😘🤭🤭🤭🤭"
"Hotel is clean and near 15 minutes from TBS.
Our room was next to roadside so it was busy and could hear sound from other rooms plus roadside noise . Food stall near to hotel which is 24 hours."
"Bilik luas sgt.. pemandangan pun for me cantik laa.. pool and gym pun bersih.. peralatan gym smua blh pakai.. will repeat to stay hear!! Picture from google since i really forgot to snap the picture of the room"

"This place is a great getaway for couples. They don't allow kids under 12, and in fact, maximum 2 people per room. The facilities include in-room jacuzzi (not sure if all rooms have this, but ours did!), very nice and natural swimming pool and gardens. They have a spa where we enjoyed a wonderful massage, a bit pricey, but well worth it. The restaurant and staff are incredibly nice and efficient, food was great. The room was very clean, and lots of amenities (tea, coffee, minibar, toiletries, lots of towels, etcetera). The overall facilities are well kept and clean, but some might think just a bit run down: there is a lot of wood, which is hard to maintain in good condition, but it was not a huge issue for us. As for the location, if you are going to KL to shop, this may not be the place for you: it is just a bit off the beaten track. However, there is an LRT station (Ampang Park) about a 15-minute walk or 5-minute drive from the hotel. But close to the hotel, there is not much in the way of shops or restaurants. For our 3-day getaway, it was perfect, and we would certainly do it again."
"Everything was just simply perfect. Room was huge and spacious. Filled with impressive features as well. View was great. Bath tub was just amazing. One minor inconvenience I faced was a staff at the rooftop bar rudely stopped us from trying to quickly explore the rooftop bar, cynically enquiring if we are even guest at the establishment. Otherwise all the other staffs were just immaculate from the check in all the way to housekeeping. Breakfast staff at horizon grill was also really attentive with a smile always on. Genuinely no other complaints apart from that one rude staff. Would definitely come back again maybe for slightly longer this time."
"check in staff and guard is so rude and not friendly even not same as professional
room is just so so, in this price can have 4 star hotel
room provided i think one the bad room in this hotel, such a not nice , never visit again for sure, no respect for guest by staff."
"great location, good price, has gym and upstair common room has big tv with netflix.
.
The service its outstanding from all the staffs.
location just a cross from NU sentral Plaza which has many transportation options like train, metro, tram n bus plus on the same groundfloor .
Recommend to exchange ur money on the ground floor exchange place in the NU sentral, rate is one of the better value.
Thai RM 3.50 _perdish was ,our fav spot in that plaza
U can also apply upstairs for touch n go card which a must for KL public transport.
.

"Excellent stay ! The location and the room went above our expectations! We stayed for 4 nights, it has everything we need, we like particularly the kitchen where we eat and plan our trip together, the living room has a beautiful view, full glass panel from ceiling to floor, facing KL Tower. The breakfast room on the 48th & 49th has one of the best views of Merdeka 118 & KL Tower. The bed is nice, daily housekeeping, towels are thick and clean. We recommend to friends."
"Except for the long check-in: somehow the receptionist asked for the tourist tax, even though I already paid it and showed the proof of payment from the Trip.com (he even asked to send the photo to his email, - why would I need waste so much time for this, it was a prepaid stay. And the hotel needs to clarify all the payment with the platform I presume), and the Gideons Bible was in the room, the hotel didn’t agree for us to take it with us. Even though this is one of the main policies of the Gideons Publishing house, to spread the Bible for people around the globe. But other than that other things were fine. And the location"
"The hotel is awesome. Me and my son loved every minute spent there. We enjoyed :
- the evening show at the garden that we watched through the window, no crowds, you can see the whole scenery of the fountains
-the fragrance at the hotel everywhere, it smelled so good
- the breakfast, we tried all kinds of exotic fruits that we’ve never seen before
- the staff is very friendly
- the thoughtful details like greeting from the hotel
- and of course the 2 minutes walk to the Twin Towers"

EE GenuisThe Ritz-Carlton in Kuala Lumpur offers an unparalleled experience that truly embodies luxury and comfort. From the moment you step into the grand lobby, you're greeted by impeccable service and a warm ambiance. The rooms are elegantly designed, featuring a blend of modern amenities and classic decor, ensuring a restful stay.
The dining options are exceptional, with a variety of cuisines that cater to every palate, while the spa provides a serene escape for relaxation. The hotel's central location makes it convenient for exploring the vibrant city. Overall, my stay at The Ritz-Carlton was nothing short of amazing, making it a top choice for anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur. Highly recommended!

SSupreeya WongNot too bad but I was selected no corners room but they give me a Conner room. ( what the point of asking) aircon very warm and difficult to set. Room all mirror I really don’t like it is too much and I feel scary. Working table is uncomfortable. Location is not bad. I was stayed in Novotel and Pullman I prefer that area better. Only good is breakfast. This my first time stay in this hotel because of my coworker favorite. If Novotel is above my budget I prefer in Melia better.
LLFPESuch a lovely place. I enjoyed very much staying in this place. My room has a great view of Kuala Lumpur skyline. The room had more than I needed. I had pleasant sleeps, comfy bed, lots of hot water, a fridge to keep all my drinks cold, a kettle for making tea or coffee. I was on the 52 floor and the swimming pool was on the 53 floor. It was amazing i went for a swim morning and evening. I used the gym and I also used the laundry machines on floor 30. I Will definetely stay there on my next trip to Kuala Lumpur.

AAdrianNRA fairly nice hotel in a good location near a Spartan rave venue I was racing at. The highway by the hotel room was a bit noisy and the lighting inside the room wasn’t great as I could simply have one bedside light on by itself. However, the bathroom was nice and the best was comfortable.
MMJ BuBuTropicana The Residences offers a convenient stay in Kuala Lumpur, especially for those who want to be near Suria KLCC. The location is strategic, with just a 25-minute walk to Pavilion Bukit Jalil. Service is good, with a dedicated customer service number for requests like mineral water, and a RM200 deposit is required upon check-in. While the cleanliness is acceptable, the biggest downside is that the swimming pool is currently under repair. On the bright side, a free washing machine is available for guests, adding extra convenience to the stay.

JJ$SMy stay was marred by significant service shortcomings, primarily involving Front Office staff member Mr. Saiful during check in around midnight. Despite having a confirmed booking for a queen size bed room, Mr. Saiful(as shown my pic) insisted no such rooms were available and pressured me to accept a 2 single bed room instead. After I firmly declined, he reluctantly provided the room category I had originally booked.
This raised concerns about transparency, as I later observed multiple guests checking in and confirming they had received queen osize bed rooms per their bookings. This inconsistency suggests either poor inventory management or deliberate dishonesty, which is unacceptable.
A separate issue involved valet parking attendants: They repeatedly claimed the self parking lot was ”full,” seemingly to monopolize parking and pressure guests into paid valet services. Multiple guests were observed being turned away from self parking under questionable pretenses.
On a positive note, the room itself was clean and functionally adequate, meeting basic expectations for comfort and hygiene.
Recommendation for Management:
Retrain staff on ethical service practices, particularly regarding room allocations and honest communication.
Audit parking procedures to prevent coercive tactics by valet attendants.
The lack of integrity in these areas overshadowed an otherwise acceptable stay.
WweijunI recently stayed at the Crystal Crown Hotel Kuala Lumpur and found it to be a comfortable and convenient choice for travelers seeking value and accessibility.
Location: Situated at the fringe of Kuala Lumpur City North, the hotel offers easy access to attractions like Batu Caves and Merdeka Square. Its proximity to public transportation, including the Kampung Batu train station, makes commuting around the city hassle-free.
Accommodation: The hotel features 200 cozy rooms, each equipped with modern amenities such as air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and flat-screen TVs. Some rooms offer beautiful lake views, enhancing the overall experience.
Dining: The on-site Crown Café serves a variety of Asian and international dishes, catering to diverse palates. Guests have appreciated the halal culinary options and the flavorful vegetarian selections available.
Facilities: Beyond comfortable accommodations, the hotel boasts a range of facilities including a spa, sauna, and an on-site nightclub for evening entertainment. There’s also a mini-market for last-minute essentials and a business center for corporate travelers.
Service: The staff at Crystal Crown Hotel Kuala Lumpur have been consistently praised for their efficiency, helpfulness, and attentiveness, contributing to a pleasant and memorable stay.
Areas for Improvement: While the hotel offers numerous amenities, some guests have noted that certain areas, such as the bathrooms and furnishings, could benefit from refurbishment. Additionally, the breakfast buffet has received mixed reviews, with suggestions for more variety and improved food temperature.
Overall: The Crystal Crown Hotel Kuala Lumpur provides a blend of comfort, convenience, and value. Its strategic location, coupled with attentive service and a range of facilities, makes it a suitable choice for both leisure and business travelers.
