I really enjoyed staying here and it was a comfortable stay for me. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I like how they provided with bottled water and could refill them at the lobby.
The place was surrounded with good places to eat and also convenience stores. But maybe I wasn’t familiar with the place, so getting public transportation was a bit hard for me but could easily use Grab tho.
This is my solo trip to kl. Firstly, it is located near TBS. The most convenient point is there is a bus T560 can reach sungai besi lrt and can easily go to Bukit Jalil or to TRX. The hotel room impression is simple and tidy. It is good to have short term trip to kl.

This place is a great getaway for couples. They don't allow kids under 12, and in fact, maximum 2 people per room. The facilities include in-room jacuzzi (not sure if all rooms have this, but ours did!), very nice and natural swimming pool and gardens. They have a spa where we enjoyed a wonderful massage, a bit pricey, but well worth it. The restaurant and staff are incredibly nice and efficient, food was great. The room was very clean, and lots of amenities (tea, coffee, minibar, toiletries, lots of towels, etcetera). The overall facilities are well kept and clean, but some might think just a bit run down: there is a lot of wood, which is hard to maintain in good condition, but it was not a huge issue for us. As for the location, if you are going to KL to shop, this may not be the place for you: it is just a bit off the beaten track. However, there is an LRT station (Ampang Park) about a 15-minute walk or 5-minute drive from the hotel. But close to the hotel, there is not much in the way of shops or restaurants. For our 3-day getaway, it was perfect, and we would certainly do it again.

I recently had a stay at KIP Hotel, and it was a basic but comfortable experience. The hotel offers straightforward accommodations, ideal for travelers looking for affordability without compromising on cleanliness and comfort.
The room was simple but clean, with all the essentials like a comfortable bed, good air conditioning, and a decently-sized bathroom. Though the decor was minimal, it was enough for a short, restful stay. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable, which was a plus.
The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any requests. The hotel also has a nice rooftop pool, which provided a pleasant way to unwind after a day out.
Overall, KIP Hotel is a good choice for those seeking a no-frills, budget-friendly stay. It’s a practical and comfortable option for a quick stopover or a short trip.

Was very excited when i booked this hotel, afterall it is Banyan Tree that we are talking about, and most importantly, it did not come cheap, so we thought the service would be exceptional. When we first arrived, the friendly porters helped us with our bags, as the front desk was up at the 53rd floor. The front desk guy who served us was very friendly as well. When we asked for a non-corner room, he told us it was not a corner room. But when we went up, it was a corner room. Upon entering the room, there was a very strong smell that lingered in the room and smelled like a room that was cleaned using a dirty mop. After calling the operator to inform about the situation, they did not come right away even after saying they would (this is my first encounter because usually other hotels have the practice of turning up right away when i called). We waited for a long time before we called again. But we had to wait again and decided to leave to inform the front desk of this situation before we went out for our activities. On the night itself, we requested for 2 extra pillows. The staff did not come even after 15-20 mins and so we had to call again and again (even though they said they would). The next morning, we had their breakfast. It was pleasant, but i would say the selections were not that widespread. However, the staff in the restarant were very proactive and friendly. Requested for late check out but the to 12.30pm. All in all, the waiting time for housekeeping was very slow. Sad to say, this hotel did not leave me a very good impression, and rather average, given the price we paid.
Amazing apartment style accommodation (kitchen, living room & bed room) within 10-25 min walking distance to popular spots in KL. 10 min to Changkat, 15 min to Jalan Alor, 20/25min to Pavilion Mall. The rooms are clean, spacious, and has all the necessary amenities required for short/long term stay. The views from the room are superb, especially the top floors (we had direct view of the KL tower from the room). And if you go to the 48th floor and step outside, you could see Merdeka 118. We did not use any other amenities so cannot comment on that. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcomed. Definitely recommend this place for a comfortable and luxurious stay.
A Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Kuala Lumpur
I recently stayed at this hotel to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and it was an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were super friendly and welcoming, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The room was nice, clean, and well-maintained—perfect for our stay.
The hotel offers valet parking for RM10, which was convenient, especially given the location right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. We had easy access to local attractions and the bustling city vibe.
One of the highlights was the beautiful swimming pool, where you can enjoy a fantastic view of the KL Tower. It was such a relaxing spot to unwind. The amenities were top-notch, and we really appreciated the thoughtful gesture of a slice of cake from the hotel to celebrate my sister’s birthday.
The only downside was that, at night, we could hear some noise from the nearby bar, but it wasn’t too disruptive for us. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur!

This hotel is excellent. The rooms are compact but they have thought of everything with tv, tea and coffee, fridge. The bed was very comfortable with clean high quality bedding. The room and whole hotel were immaculately clean and housekeeping should be commended. It seems that the hotel has been recently renovated and has great communal area on the roof top as well as a fabulous air conditioned gyms with brand new cardio and weight equipment.
The location is amazing, literally steps away from Sentral station and huge mall and is surrounded by restaurants both budget and high end.
All staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful.
Great value, highly recommend

Very Good
WWilliam CWOExcellent Stay once again, The Ritz never failed to deliver. We had an amazing Valentines Day celebration and stay at the Ritz.
The only thing I felt could have been improved was the Wi-Fi signal strength and speed. Our room 1715 manage to get between 1-3 bar intermittently and it caused a lot of disruption as there were no 4G/5G signal in our room.
Also there were pest (cockroach) in the buffet area and we reported it. That was very disturbing and disgusting. It just shows how YTL manages their business and trey their guest.
AAlexThis amazing hotel checked all the boxes!! I truly enjoyed my stay at Imperial Lexis. I have been to KL countless times and this one gave me another level of experience of the KL city view. Kudos to the service team, they are really a friendly and helpful bunch and took in all my request and even allow me for early check in. The hotel room quality exceeded my expectation and easily match many of the top international hotels. The location and view of the hotel room is unbeatable and breathtaking. The whole KLCC skyline is visible from my hotel rooms. Honestly, I am already planning for my next stay at this hotel. Great job team Lexis 👍❤️

GGuest UserBooked adjoining Club Rooms (2) from 31 March to 2 April. .We had a 3D/2N trip with my parents and daughter to enjoy KL as tourist during the Raya holidays. As we drove there, please note parking is RM2.20 per entry for guest, which need to be validated. Since we booked club room, there is a special check in at the lounge floor. (where the swimming pool /gym/spa is). Room was clean. Only the door between adjoining rooms is dusty (for improvement). We choose to have breakfast at the Thyme restaurant at LG instead of the club lounge. Breakfast was quite good with some hit and miss on the taste. The teh tarik at the breakfast was indeed a good welcome for us. (if only the temperature can be maintain hot from the dispenser). We went to the club lounge for the evening cocktails and find the varieties of food/ snacks a bit lacking compared to other 5 star surroundings hotel ie Pavilion Hotel. Would be great if noodles/rice or even the festive season delicacies to be offered such as kuih Raya delicacies ie. Roti Jala etc. The service from the club lounge staff was good and they are eager to please although there are several occasions of promising Teh tarik to my parents was a letdown as they could not fulfill it, both days when we were there.
We had initially booked and paid for buffet for Raya on 1st April but the theme of buffet was suddenly cancelled with last day on 29 March. However Mr Syaffiq and his team from F&B team had graciously offered an alternative arrangement/ win win solution. The seafood was indeed fresh on Fisherman's Table buffet although it was lacking on varieties. However, it was compensated with various style of cooking ie Indian, Chinese(steamed), Western(deep fried) and Malay (Asam Pedas). We tried 3 of it and it was delish especially the Chinese and Malay style. The lamb grilled and lamb flap with BBQ sauce was also nice(we choose the one with less fat and grilled).
Thank you and hope to get a good deal next time. We have indeed had enjoyable time in KL.
FFazliUsofGood services by check in counter, eventhough public holiday super busy.
Got upgraded room with excellent views.
Room is very roomy and clean, kitchen with ample amenities and cooking utensils and all working condition.
Great batheoom with shower and bathtub and clean towels.
Got 2 televisions in room and outside.
Overall was a memorable stay.
AAnonymous UserUsed to stay at this hotel back in 2016. After 9 years, I booked again the hotel for my little family. For a family of 4, I would say the room and toilet was pretty small. The cleanliness could be improved. The bed was fine. Comes with basic amenities. Got a view of Menara Maybank and can see Menara Kuala Lumpur from our room.

MMuhammad Haziq Aiman Abu BakarThis hotel very very very good and nice in my opinion, they got 2 in 1 washing machine and dryer, bathroom spacious and very good in term of everything, they also got small kitchen that I can optionally cook, the refrigerator is huge!
The king bed and pillow very very good that you can sleep very well. Room quite dark because of lack of light but I like it. Its very feels like home.
I not suggesting to have breakfast here because of very minimal choices but mee goreng for me delicious!
Rooftops pool seems nice with the minimal view, you need proper attire according to guideline.

AAdrianNRA fairly nice hotel in a good location near a Spartan rave venue I was racing at. The highway by the hotel room was a bit noisy and the lighting inside the room wasn’t great as I could simply have one bedside light on by itself. However, the bathroom was nice and the best was comfortable.
DDR Helios YP LimGreat service from the front desk staff name daniel, the new room design with open toilet doesnt really practical, rooms very smelly when your couple do BIG BUSINESS, i downgraded my room to avoid that.
NNature Lover68One of my favourite hotels in Petaling Street, KL. Good location with low price especially last minute booking. The Surrounding have plenty of food places, easily accessible by walking or public transportation to tourist attractions.
The accommodation was tidy, comfy and cleanliness acceptable. Toothbrush, shower gel, kettle, drinking water and water dispenser were provided. Highly recommend!
