I could say every month i came to KL for business purposes, i will choose this hotel. The location is near to shopping mall, near to mamak restaurant and the price is affordable with what they had prepared to the guests. The receptionist is always kind and treat the guest nicely.. about the room, the floor is not really clean actually coz sometimes you can find the other people's hair on the bed and floor. Not sure why, but this time the floor in the room feels sticky. Overall, the hotel is fine for short stay coz the room is not soundproof.. you can hear people walking, people who are staying in the next room talking. If you are looking for a quiet place, then this place is not for you.

The cleanliness was really subpar. On the second day, I found a black bug near the headboard that then disappeared, which kept me up all night. I had specifically requested no corner room in my notes, but that's exactly what I got. There are many shopping areas nearby, and they do offer luggage storage.

Facilities: The air conditioning was excellent, a Daikin unit that cooled the room very quickly. The built-in hairdryer on the wall was broken, so I had to ask the front desk to send one up. The contact number provided didn't work, so I had to reach them via WhatsApp. There were too few power outlets, only three, all located under the TV, with none near the bed. The safe was broken. The bathroom door's latch was faulty, but the manual twist lock still worked. Hygiene: The hygiene was very good, nothing to complain about. Environment: The soundproofing was good, and there were many restaurants and a shopping mall nearby, making shopping convenient. Service: Very good, they were always responsive to requests.

This wasn’t the place but wasn’t the worst either. The room itself was decent, spacious and cheap. However it was the staff that let the place down. We stayed here for 5 nights and left our cleaning sign out each day and a room was cleaned once in the 5 days. Meaning we had to go to reception every time we needed new towels or toilet paper. 2 of the days in particular we waited over 30 mins to get our towels and had to go down a second time to ask. I think if the room was just cleaned each day when we put out the sign I would have rated this better. Despite this the TV in the room has the availability to use your own HDMI port but you couldn’t use it as it was mounted to the wall completely which was disappointing as we wanted to use it. Also there were only 2 plug sockets in our room and they were the far side from the bed meaning we couldn’t have anything charging close to us. Overall it wasn’t a bad stat but some simple things could have made it a lot better.

Have used this many times but this time the cleanliness is off standard. Nonetheless the food in the area is good.

The hotel situated on the busy road which is difficult to parking, so it is advisable to use e-hailing for getting there. Room was spacious but lack of basic amenities (dental kit was not provided) which I found essential because usually hotel provided it given that the hotel itself rated as 3⭐️⭐️⭐️. Because it has no fridge in room, I asked the receptionist to keep my icecream, but when I take it in the morning, it still didn't set😌Plus, you need to iron your clothes at hotel corridor since iron was not provided to the room. The receptionist was friendly and the lobby was clean. It feels welcoming and have a cafe to chill and relax. The room service was affordable too❤️But to come back, I think I will try another hotel😬

Worth it for the price. Location is okay. There are some restaurants outside and near convenience store.

The service are not good. Only plus location. Food not good not buffet. Although they said it’s buffet. Inside bathrooms all items fitting from 1980s. Overall experience very bad. Door makes sound a lot if someone goes to use washroom.

Location is top notch.Service is good.Food is costlier.Nearby seven eleven and Ali food corner which is very convenient.Amenities are basic.

Location is perfectly good, strongly recommend for those will attend concert in Zepp KL. Room is spacious, cleaniness is average. No toothbrush provided. No charging plug available at the bed side. Soundproof was not good, can hear conversation clearly from nearby room. Aircond was not functioning well.

You can really see the effort they put into maintaining a clean and comfortable environment. The doorway, hallway, and room were all clean and fresh, which I truly appreciate. The WiFi was also reliable, which is important for me. The room was spacious definitely a big plus point. I requested a quiet room and even extended my stay for another night because of how comfortable it was. I will definitely come back if I visit this city again.

"The location is good, but the room and its contents are too old, and it's noisy from the outside. Also, there are no amenities and drinking water. If it's possible to move and find another hotel, that would be good."
