The hotel is amazing, with Balmain set body wash. We also received the shuttle to the airport in which properly organized.

Overall good but the toilet bath room is smelly maybe need some repair for the drainage. Services and respond are very good !

Nearly perfect. Room was spacious and tidy. Loved the roomy bathroom. Peaceful and quiet room. Close shot to the airport made it convenient. Only small issue was the thermostat. Room stayed at 24C the whole time, even when turning it down. So room was a bit stuffy, but not too extreme. Overall, a very pleasant and quiet experience.

We stayed here as we have an early flight to catch the next day and the hotel is located about 10 mins drive from airport. But to town, it’s about 27km and didi cost about CNY 50. This hotel do not provide airport shuttle. It can be difficult to get a didi early in the morning. So have to select multiple didi option to find a car. Room is nice. Huge bed and toilet. They have a kids playground at level 15. Tip: book a didi instead of taking the airport taxi to hotel as the taxi driver do not know where this hotel is and brought us one big round. Unless you can use gps to guide them, better get a didi instead.

This was one of the best experiences we had in China. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the amenities were in great condition. We enjoyed a good dinner at the hotel restaurant, and there was a kids corner and playground on the 15th floor. The breakfast was awesome, with a wide variety of food options.

It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff, Tiki, was welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was clean, spacious, with a stunning view. The bed was comfortable and clean. I dined at the hotel restaurant, and the food was ok. All the staffs here were very friendly and polite. One of the things to take note is the hotel’s location. It is a distance away from downtown but no worries, booking a ride is easy. We stayed here as we are awaiting for other family to arrive. Tiki has provided us excellent recommendations for local dining and activities, which added to the overall experience. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations made my first trip to China an unforgettable stay. Thank you Tiki. Thank you all the staffs at this hotel.

A highly recommended hotel. After checking in on April 30, I immediately cancelled my original May 5th stay and booked this hotel again. The hotel is located near the airport, clean and sanitary, and the food in the Chinese restaurant is also delicious. I took my children there to eat both times. Mei Lin, the front desk clerk at the first stay, and Darcy, the duty manager at the second stay, were very enthusiastic, attentive and professional. Thumbs up 👍. Highly recommended!
