IT WAS PATHETHTIC THAT THE HOTEL HANDED OVER THE INVOICE TO THE CLIENT WITH THE AMOUNT PAID TO THE HOTEL AND IT WAS DIFFICULT TO HANDLE THE CLIENT EXPLAINING WHY WAS THE CLIENT＜. PLEASE CHECK WHY DID THE HOTEL HAND OVER THE INVOICE TO THE CLIENT

The hotel is very comfortable for a staycation with family. The hotel is clean, the hot water pool is also clean. The hotel interior is nice, but unfortunately the breakfast is just so-so. One and a half hours after the fast food closed, many of the foods were already finished but were not refilled. The hotel service staff was also not very responsive. But overall was good.

- direct hotel prices are cheaper than applications (non-peak season) - male receptionists are not very friendly, when asked questions they answer as if they are not serious - spacious rooms and nice views I like, clean too - breakfast tastes lacking, the variety is also lacking, plus children over 4 years old have to pay even though they eat a small amount - spacious and clean swimming pool (warm water)

The hot spring water is good and the staff are friendly, but the facilities and cleanliness are poor.
