The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions

Excellent location close to Ginza. Walking distance to subway with direct train to HND

it was a really good hotel with so much facilities. It was easily accessible and their breakfast was huge.

Some front desk staff were not good in English. Also, the map showing the ginza area is out of stock. The pillow was too hard.

Nice location especially your business trip location is tokyo international forum complex near yurakucho! But furniture and the whole setting was really old in general so if you have better options near this location i would recommend for you guys to book there (like KOKO HOTEL right in front of this building for instance?)

I am participating in the Tokyo Marathon and I stayed at this hotel with my friends because it is close to the finish line of the race. The Japanese breakfast in the hotel is special and worth tasting!

The hotel is in a great location. One exit of the alley is the starting point of Ginza's main street, and the other exit is Ginza Itchome subway station. If you're tired of visiting Ginza, you can come back to rest before going out for a walk. It's a 15-minute walk to Tokyo Station. The long-distance bus station is at the Yaesu Central Exit of Tokyo Station. The airport bus costs 1,500 yen and can go directly to Narita Airport. There are also long-distance buses to Mount Fuji and other places. The Marunouchi North Exit of Tokyo Station is the departure and gathering point for a one-day tour of Tokyo. I stayed in the hotel for three days just for the convenient transportation. The hotel itself is decorated in European style, which is quite unique. The service staff cleans the room every two days, makes the bedding, removes the garbage, and changes the towels and water cups every day.
