Hotel location is very excellent
Room is run down, in need of renovation to make it upto date and style.
No fridge in room. A should have to keep items needing chilling.
Air-conditioning is poor, had to get standing fans in to the room to feel comfortable. Otherwise, it was difficult to sleep well.

The service was poor. The receptionists are unfriendly There are only 4 chairs at the reception area. As seniors at 85 years, we were made to stand for nearly one and half hour and were checked in at 3:30 pm. I had a payment issue and wanted to talk to the manager to resolve it but the receptionist told me that she was the one to decide. When I insisted,the other receptionist gave me the contact number of the hotel manager who was friendly and supportive. Later I contacted Trip and I was satisfied by it's personnel's clarification. The bad attitude of receptionist would only drive away guests.

It’s an ok option for those taking an early train from the Guangzhou east. It’s not so easy to find as it’s inside the station and no signs outside. The beds are ok, it’s quite clean but there are old stains.

Hotel was smelly. The hotel is in the metro station. Convenient location. Have lots of shops eatings in Po Park center.

I check in in evening time, staff is very bad, she does not have service mind. The room is dirty and have smoking smell. I have to change the room. Only location is good.

quite a shabby hotel but adjacent to GZ East Railway station what makes it very convenient and efficient if wanna save time during your travel; facilities are ok for one night stay

Carpet along the hall is old and dirty, need to be replaced. The wifi signal is weak in the room.

Good and acceptable in general、bur there are more and more people smoke inside the bulding。 The management must implement a procedure to enforce people smoking inside the hotel。

The best thing about this hotel is its location inside the Guangdong East Railway Station. Very convenient for an overnight stay if travelling by rail. The nice sized room was good and was very clean. Breakfast at the Kang Fu restaurant next door tasted good but was on the small size. The decor looks tired. The hotel could do with a renovation in the near future.

the location is inside railway/metro station, it is not too difficult to find the hotel, many shop, convenience store and restaurants nearby

This is a very terrifying hotel. The hallways are dimly lit, and the room hygiene is extremely poor. The walls and mirrors are covered in dust. It is definitely not suitable for children.
Please think twice before staying here!

Hotel is near to train station and very convience for those who wants to catch an early train. there are alot of eatery around the hotel
