Rooms clean, great location for shopping & dinning. A lot of shops & restaurants nearby. Near Kuta beach. Hairdryer not provided in the room, need to request from counter. Breakfast not much choice & is hot having breakfast at the restaurant.

The best part of this hotel is the location which is really fantastic. Very close to the beach, shopping malls, restaurants, and markets. I will stay here again just because the location is so wonderful. There are two pools on the property. One with a pool bar. Breakfast was just okay. Not anything to get excited about. This hotel doesn’t have the normal Bali hospitality but the location really makes up for it.

Wow, what an amazing place to stay. It was so quiet and relaxed. The staff were very friendly and I would recommend the back area near the smaller pool if you get a chance to choose your room. Scrumptious breakfast and I had room service once which was delicious and reasonably priced. I’m still amazed at the price of the cottages. It was a thoroughly enjoyable stay and would highly recommend.

Good - location, nice swimming pool with a reasonably priced bar. Needs improvement - the floor in the room was extremely slippery if wet (not a problem if you don't bath/shower/go to the beach/use the pool...). Elderly people/ small children would need looking after if staying here. The reception staff were not friendly at all - the first time we experienced this in Bali. Breakfast buffet was nothing to write home about - lots of overcooked/undercooked offerings. There are better priced places which have equal/better facilities in the area.

As much as I can't fault this place resort, our stay was ruined by a few other guests who took over the pool area playing loud doof doof music, sitting in the pool all day long drinking and never getting out to use toilet. Many others who were staying there saw the same thing as well. I think management should handle this sort of thing a bit better so all guests can enjoy the resort.

Hotel was average but a price performance. Location is good and stuff is nice. Weak wife was the problem. It has a nice bar with pool.

It's right in front of the sea and Beach Walk Shopping Mall is close by. There are also delicious restaurants nearby. Breakfast was good too The facilities are a bit old and a bit worn out. Not bad However, there are stairs in between, making it difficult to go up and down luggage. It was so hard Location and price are very good It was quiet and the bedding was soft.

Cleanliness: There was a strong musty smell in the room and bathroom, and the sheets seemed to have not been changed since the last guest left and were stained. Equipment: Some are old, the faucets are rusty, the bathroom nozzle only has a top shower, the bathroom sewer drains very slowly, and your feet are always soaked in the water when taking a shower. The sheets and quilt cover were very damp, and it was very uncomfortable to cover my body at night. I had a lot of bumps all over my body overnight. I don't know if it was caused by insect bites or moisture. I scratched my skin almost all night long. Environment: Fair, there are two swimming pools, the one at the back is smaller. It is relatively close to Kuta Beach. There are many restaurants and supermarkets around, so dining is convenient. Service: The cleaning and front desk staff are warm and kind. The breakfast in the restaurant is average, the food is overcooked and tastes average. It was so humid that I couldn't sleep almost the whole night. Very painful.

This time I was traveling with my family and children. I booked this hotel because my mother-in-law and father-in-law came here just to meet each other. The hotel is okay. Basically, in Southeast Asia, the prices are about the same. Regular rooms are cheaper. There are rooms in the back floor. Compared with the superior room, it is smaller and has less bathtub. The rest is almost the same. Breakfast... I can only say that I can't get used to it. The price is okay. The service staff is very good and will say hello when we meet. They are very polite and enthusiastic.

Accommodation I urgently booked at the airport on the first day of arriving in Bali. For the price, it wasn't bad for a short stay. In the morning, I saw that the pool was nice and the drinks sold at the pool bar were cheap. Very good.

Wifi was a bit slow, service was good and clean.
