Small flaw: the shower head has excessively high water pressure and is hard to maneuver. Huge appreciation to all attentive front desk staff for their warm assistance, especially 小鹏 丹丹 and 佳佳. Will def consider rebook if I visit Kunming again!"

After checking out, I realized I had left some valuables in my room and thought they'd be hard to recover. To my surprise, the front desk staff meticulously checked, called me immediately, and even proactively helped pack and store them securely, then thoughtfully assisted with shipping them via courier. The communication throughout was smooth, and they handled everything efficiently and responsibly. The staff were warm, friendly, and highly dedicated. The environment was clean and quiet, and the service was incredibly attentive. I truly commend this hotel for their service; I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip and highly recommend it to everyone!"

The front desk and cleaning staff are warm and thoughtful, and respond quickly to any requests. Overall, my stay was fantastic, offering great value for money. The location is also near a train station which is very convenient and has a mini mart less than a minute to the hotel."

"Stayed for three days. On the first day, there were still handprints on the window, and I had to ask the staff to clean them. On the second day, I went to the gym to play billiards, but all the cues were broken. I reported it but received no response. On the third day, the cues were still broken when I went in the afternoon. After I reported it again, they called me in the afternoon to say it was fixed, but it was still broken when I went back in the evening. The staff clearly just brushed me off. Also, if you're over 1.8 meters tall, you can't fully soak in the bathtub."
