The front desk staff, Ms. Xu, Ms. Nuo, and Ms. Tong, were also super patient in helping us confirm our airport shuttle time. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and not at all cramped. My child immediately fell in love with the Little Yellow Duck cartoon bedding. It came equipped with a 65-inch smart TV that could mirror screens and smart curtains – truly well-equipped! It's the perfect place to stay if you're catching a flight, and the airport pick-up/drop-off service was also a thoughtful touch!"

The highlight was the breakfast buffet, which featured an excellent spread of authentic Yunnan specialities. They are very family-friendly, providing great toys and amenities for the kids, plus lovely welcome and goodbye gifts! On the downside, room details fell short; the walls were quite dusty when looking closely. Soundproofing is also weak—I heard next-door conversations and people running around at 1:00 AM. It is not loud enough to need earplugs, but something to be aware of. Overall, highly recommended!"

The room is fully equipped, the TV is a good size with excellent picture quality, and all the streaming service memberships are already paid for. Unlimited free water is provided, and service response is incredibly fast and friendly, even surpassing some five-star hotels. The breakfast offers a wide variety and good quality, and the free coffee in the lobby tastes great... My five-night stay was convenient, relaxing, and enjoyable. The only minor flaw is that the room faces the road, so I needed earplugs to sleep. It would be even better if they could install soundproof double or triple-glazed windows in the future. I'll definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Kunming."

This was my first time in Kunming, and after a lot of searching, I chose this hotel specifically for its hot springs, but it turned out to be a disappointment. I was traveling independently, and if we went to the breakfast restaurant around 8 AM when there were tour groups, there was hardly any food left. 😞 The hotel's strong point is its convenient location. It's easy to get around by taxi or bus, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby."
