The room was incredibly clean and smart – the AI assistant 'Xiao Du Xiao Du' could help me control the lights, curtains, air conditioning, and projector. The bathroom was also spotless! What impressed me most during my stay was the service from the front desk staff. I've traveled to so many cities, and honestly, this is the best service I've ever experienced! I won't go into all the details, you really have to experience it for yourself. The hotel's location is also super convenient, close to the airport, and best of all, there's a night market right downstairs. As a night owl, this was perfect for me; you can literally find food 24/7. Besides the night market, there's even a breakfast place that opens at 3 AM! If you're worried about noise, the hotel thoughtfully provides earplugs, so you'll sleep like a baby, haha. The facilities are all excellent as well. Overall, I highly recommend it!

I chose the Howard Johnson Life Hotel for my trip with my child this time, and it was absolutely the right decision! The entire experience was perfect, and I have to praise it wholeheartedly! 📍 The location is super convenient. The shuttle bus drops you off right at the entrance at night. Parking and getting in and out are so easy; the flow is very smooth. Even with lots of luggage and a child, it wasn't chaotic at all. 🏨 The hotel's exterior looks grand and impressive at night, and the lobby is clean and spacious. The check-in staff were gentle and efficient. They even prioritized us because we had a child, which was a thoughtful touch that really made a difference. 🛏️ I especially want to commend the family room! The room was incredibly spacious, with a well-thought-out layout that didn't feel cramped. It was specifically designed for families, clean, tidy, and without any strange odors. The bedding was so soft and comfortable, ensuring a really good night's sleep. The child-friendly amenities were also excellent, with complete toiletries and new, sturdy facilities, so I didn't have to worry about bumps or scrapes. My child could run and play freely in the room. The lighting was soft and not harsh, making nighttime wake-ups reassuring. 🍱 The comfort level of the stay was top-notch, with excellent soundproofing. It was quiet and peaceful at night, not noisy at all, allowing my child and me to sleep soundly until morning. The quality of rest was perfect. The hotel's overall cleanliness was meticulous; both public areas and guest rooms were immaculately maintained, visibly reassuring. 💁 The service throughout was exceptionally attentive and considerate. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or security staff, everyone was warm, polite, and responded quickly to requests. There wasn't a single frustrating moment during our stay. When traveling with children, the biggest fear is encountering problems, but this hotel perfectly avoided all pain points. The value for money, comfort, and child-friendliness were all maximized. It's super suitable for both short trips and long-distance layovers. I will definitely prioritize staying here again when traveling with my family. I sincerely recommend it to all parents traveling with children!

My overall stay was much better than expected! The front desk staff were warm and polite, and check-in was super quick. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and clean, and the toiletries were complete and odor-free. The soundproofing was excellent, so my rest at night was completely undisturbed. The facilities were well-maintained, with stable hot water supply, and the location was convenient for getting around. Excellent value for money, I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip. Highly recommended!

The service was excellent. Despite our late arrival, the lady at the front desk was incredibly patient and helped us check in. She also proactively informed us that there might be some noise from ongoing renovations on an upper floor for the next couple of days. Fortunately, we're heavy sleepers, so it didn't bother us at all.

The location is great, not far from the airport and train station, making it perfect for a short layover in Kunming. The area around the hotel is currently undergoing a lot of development, and I'm looking forward to staying here again on my next trip. It's a bit of a walk to the subway station, though. The hotel itself is very clean, and the environment is lovely, especially the rooftop garden with all its greenery. The breakfast spread is quite extensive. A big shout-out to the breakfast staff – I left my jacket on my seat while eating, and a kind gentleman promptly picked it up and put it in a bag for me. The washer and dryer work great, and the gym has a good variety of equipment.

The room was really spacious, and I loved that the toilet, shower, and sink were all separate – very convenient. There was even a Tmall Genie smart speaker to control the curtains and TV. Everything was clean and tidy. The location was great too, right above a night market. Because of the night market, there's some traffic control in the evenings, so if you call a taxi, you'll have to walk a short distance to meet it, but it's not too far. The hotel also has a laundry room with washers and dryers. The front desk staff, security, and cleaning crew were all super friendly and always eager to help with any issues. I later found out one of them was the owner – big thanks to her for all her help!

The room was spotless and beautifully decorated with high-end furnishings, fully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It's super close to Shuangqiao Night Market, just a short walk away, and the train station is also very nearby. Having MixC World close by was really convenient. Plus, there was plenty of hot water in the room. The host was incredibly helpful and provided clear directions, so I found the place easily.

This is a helpful hotel, as well as being very clean. My room was very comfortable. I loved that the loo in the en suite bathroom had not only a warm seat but was also self flushing. The bed was very comfie. It has a lift which is appreciated when travelling with heavy luggage. For departure I usually use Didi but because of roadworks in the area I realised a car couldn’t currently park outside. So the owner sorted out the taxi for me and as it had to stop a little way away he even carried my luggage to the car 😊. They were available to help me find places during my stay ( Google Translate). However as I already knew the area and had AMap I could find my own way around. For first time visitors their help would be invaluable. Many thanks to the 3 of them as well as to the cleaning staff who did an excellent job.

The hotel's location is excellent, close to the train station, subway station, Shuangqiao Night Market, Kunming Old Street, and the International Convention and Exhibition Center, all within walking distance. I would stay here again if I had the chance.

The breakfast quality is truly exceptional, with fresh ingredients and a wide variety of options. I really have to commend Puyan's breakfast; it genuinely goes above and beyond! The breakfast selection is extensive and comprehensive, featuring Chinese main dishes, assorted grain porridges, fresh cold appetizers, pastries and fruits, and hot beverages – everything you could want. They even have local specialties, and the taste caters well to popular preferences. Ingredients are fresh and clean, and dishes are replenished promptly, so you won't find any empty platters. The dining environment is clean and tidy, and the atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing. The flavors are light and pleasant, and the nutritional balance is excellent. Starting the day with such a hearty breakfast makes my entire day so much better. The breakfast quality far surpasses that of hotels in the same category, making the stay an incredible value for money!
