The room was incredibly clean and smart – the AI assistant 'Xiao Du Xiao Du' could help me control the lights, curtains, air conditioning, and projector. The bathroom was also spotless! What impressed me most during my stay was the service from the front desk staff. I've traveled to so many cities, and honestly, this is the best service I've ever experienced! I won't go into all the details, you really have to experience it for yourself. The hotel's location is also super convenient, close to the airport, and best of all, there's a night market right downstairs. As a night owl, this was perfect for me; you can literally find food 24/7. Besides the night market, there's even a breakfast place that opens at 3 AM! If you're worried about noise, the hotel thoughtfully provides earplugs, so you'll sleep like a baby, haha. The facilities are all excellent as well. Overall, I highly recommend it!

This price is the best hotel I have ever done. When I first found it in a small alley, I felt that I was going to step on the thunder, but when I saw this store, I suddenly found it was very good. The service was excellent. Despite our late arrival, the lady at the front desk was incredibly patient and helped us check in. She also proactively informed us that there might be some noise from ongoing renovations on an upper floor for the next couple of days. Fortunately, we're heavy sleepers, so it didn't bother us at all.

The room was really spacious, and I loved that the toilet, shower, and sink were all separate – very convenient. There was even a Tmall Genie smart speaker to control the curtains and TV. Everything was clean and tidy. The location was great too, right above a night market. Because of the night market, there's some traffic control in the evenings, so if you call a taxi, you'll have to walk a short distance to meet it, but it's not too far. The hotel also has a laundry room with washers and dryers. The front desk staff, security, and cleaning crew were all super friendly and always eager to help with any issues. I later found out one of them was the owner – big thanks to her for all her help!

The owner is very welcoming, and there's an elevator. The rooms are fully equipped, very clean, and tidy. The surrounding environment is pleasant, with thriving businesses, and it's just a few hundred meters from Shuangqiao Night Market, making it very convenient for shopping and eating. It's great value for money and definitely worth considering.

The hotel just opened, and the decor has a nice, quality feel to it. The front desk staff were also quite friendly – those are the positives. Now, let me highlight a few major issues that severely impacted my stay: Firstly, there's extensive road construction all around the hotel, making access incredibly inconvenient. It's difficult for taxis to pull up, which significantly hampered my travel experience. Secondly, on the night I checked in, I was unfortunately bitten by an insect near my eye, causing redness and discomfort. It's clear that insect control and disinfection efforts in this new hotel are seriously lacking. Thirdly, the room pricing is very chaotic. Within my two-day stay, prices on Ctrip, [platform 2], and [platform 3] kept fluctuating significantly, with large price differences, which left a very bad impression. While the hardware, decor, and service are acceptable, the issues with surrounding construction, room pests, and inconsistent pricing are major drawbacks. I would not recommend staying here in the short term. I hope the hotel quickly improves its pest control in the rooms, standardizes pricing across all platforms, and proactively informs guests about the surrounding road construction on their booking pages.

The room environment is excellent, the price is reasonable, and the front desk service is also great, especially Xiao Duan who provides attentive and enthusiastic service! The two ladies on the night shift were also very polite. The terrace garden in the room is fantastic; you can enjoy the breeze, have a drink, and watch the clouds in the evening... The hotel's location is also superb. There are many attractions nearby, including the Guandu District Museum, which is within walking distance, and Shuangqiao Night Market and Guandu Forest Park. It's convenient for sightseeing and exploring, making it easy to get around. Overall, the stay was excellent – ​​the service, parking, and location were all impeccable. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Kunming and highly recommend it!
