After comparing many places, this one stood out. The beds are comfortable and spacious, easily accommodating a family of four. It's conveniently located near Shuangqiao, with good transport links and the subway not too far away. Downstairs, there are two bakeries and a rice noodle shop, so finding food is super easy. Breakfast was also good. We initially planned to stay one night but ended up extending our stay.

The hygiene was impeccable; the entire room was dust-free and odor-free. The bedding and bathroom fixtures were spotless and tidy. The room was cozy, with excellent natural light and ventilation, and very good soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful night's rest. All appliances and daily necessities were provided. The host was exceptionally helpful, providing travel tips in advance and promptly addressing any needs. They were kind and considerate. The location was superb, with supermarkets, restaurants, and transportation hubs nearby, making it incredibly convenient for dining and sightseeing. The area is well-developed and convenient. Overall, it was comfortable and hassle-free. I've already added it to my favorites and will definitely come back next time!

The service was excellent. Despite our late arrival, the lady at the front desk was incredibly patient and helped us check in. She also proactively informed us that there might be some noise from ongoing renovations on an upper floor for the next couple of days. Fortunately, we're heavy sleepers, so it didn't bother us at all.

The hotel is right next to Kunming's best food street, only about 300 meters from the subway station, making it extremely convenient to get anywhere in the city. There's a fantastic noodle shop right below the hotel. Despite being in a bustling area, the hotel itself is incredibly quiet. The staff are polite and friendly, they can communicate in English, and can give you directions to the flower market or anywhere else in the city. Overall, it's a great hotel. Oh, one minor inconvenience is that if you suddenly need to pee while showering, you have to run naked to the restroom next door because the two facilities are separate. Total score 11/10

I chose this guesthouse for a one-night stopover in Kunming, and it's an absolute steal, located right near Kunming High-speed Railway Station and Shuangqiao Night Market. We booked the room well in advance and had told the owner we'd arrive around 1 AM. However, our flight was delayed by an hour, so we didn't get to the airport until 1 AM, and by the time we reached the guesthouse, it was nearly 2 AM. The owner stayed up the whole time, patiently waiting for us at the guesthouse, which was incredibly touching. The car could only drop us off by the road, and we had to walk through a small alley to get there. Initially, we were a bit apprehensive, worried that a guesthouse in an alley might not have good conditions, or even be a trap. But seeing the owner patiently waiting instantly put our concerns to rest. During check-in, the owner even proactively offered us a free upgrade to a triple room. The room was very spacious, located on the top floor, and very quiet. The only minor drawback was that the bathroom didn't have a door, which made it a bit inconvenient when my friend showered or wanted to use the toilet, as they couldn't use the mirror or feel comfortable. However, overall, it didn't affect our stay at all. For this price, to get such service and a room like this is truly excellent value. The projector was large, perfect for a one-night stopover in Kunming. The owner is really kind. They waited up late, upgraded our room for free, and were always friendly and welcoming. I'd highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting Kunming and needing accommodation near the high-speed rail station. It's also a short and convenient taxi ride to the station.

The hotel's location is also superb. There are many attractions nearby, including the Guandu District Museum, which is within walking distance, and Shuangqiao Night Market and Guandu Forest Park. It's convenient for sightseeing and exploring, making it easy to get around. Overall, the stay was excellent – ​​the service, parking, and location were all impeccable.
