My stay in the Garden Room was absolutely fantastic! The garden itself is so peaceful and elegant, with lush greenery that creates a wonderful atmosphere. The room was fully equipped, comfortably laid out, and had excellent lighting. I especially want to commend the thoughtful staff member, Yang Mei Yang, for their meticulous and attentive service; they were always ready to help, and were both gentle and professional. Overall, my stay was incredibly relaxing and comfortable, quiet and pleasant. This will definitely be my first choice for accommodation when traveling. I highly recommend everyone to stay here!

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, and surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores, making finding food and getting around easy. The room was impeccably clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were consistently friendly and professional; check-in at the front desk was quick and efficient, and they even thoughtfully recommended some lesser-known local attractions. Room service was also exceptionally responsive. Even the toiletries were of high quality. It's incredibly good value for money, and it's already on my list of places to stay again. I'll definitely choose this hotel next time!

The hotel's facilities were indeed excellent—the rooms were spacious and bright, the bedding was just the right firmness, and amenities like the smart toilet were all provided. However, the service was so disappointing that I wanted to complain. The training was inadequate, and management was lacking! The receptionist was indifferent upon check-in. The next day, I didn't have my room cleaned, and she was extremely impatient when I asked for water, saying that according to regulations, I could only have two bottles, and that she only gave me two because I hadn't had my room cleaned. For a 4-star hotel, the service was 1-star. I paid to stay in a hotel not to be treated with bad attitudes. I don't need smiling faces, at least don't be rude! Furthermore, the public hygiene was terrible; the elevator was covered in stains. And let me complain about the breakfast. It seemed to be outsourced. It wasn't good, fine, but they stared at me while I was getting the food, and they talked loudly on their phones next to me while I ate. It was unbearable. It was worse than a guesthouse. I will never stay here again. They were also reluctant to serve me self-service coffee. I paid money, I'm not begging. They really need to train me properly. On the positive side, the complimentary yogurt was quite good.

The last stop of this trip was from Xishuangbanna to Mangshi and finally to Kunming. Since there was only more than half a day left, we chose to stay at the Four Seasons on the Cloud near the Kunming Botanical Garden. It was already 11:30 in the evening. Walking into the hotel really made people feel at home. The waiters in the hotel were very nice girls and boys, enthusiastic and energetic, and the service was considerate and thoughtful. There was a little hiccup in the middle, because the rental car was found to have scratches, and the service staff patiently called the surveillance camera to help analyze and find it. It turned out that the car rental company did not inform them. In short, just like the name of the hotel, which is romantic and warm, staying here brought a perfect ending to our trip. Four Seasons on the Cloud is a very cost-effective hotel. I recommend everyone to stay here when you have time.
