"Room is clean, amenities is ok. We requested for non-smoking room but was given a room with very heavy cigarette smell and had to request for change of room. Window and curtain soundproofing are not good enough. Breakfast selection is ok"

"I really liked the hotel's design, and the cleanliness and service were also great. The only surprise was that I thought it was within walking distance from the train station, but it actually took over ten minutes. If you have a large suitcase, you'll definitely need a taxi, like I did.
However, I still highly recommend this hotel because their breakfast is absolutely amazing. The variety is richer than any 4-star or quasi-4-star hotel I've ever stayed in. Even though I'm not a breakfast person, I set an alarm to make sure I went. It's absolutely fantastic value for money!"

We've had an incredible time here! The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment we stepped out of our chartered car, helping us with our luggage and making us feel right at home. The front desk staff were efficient and friendly, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The service staff during breakfast and happy hour were top-notch, attending to our every need and even filling our personal water bottles. We're so grateful to have chosen Hyatt for our first family trip, and we can't wait to come back!

Hotel very new at her 3rd year. Fun interacting with the Robot sent extra drinking water to us. We stayed only one night and checked out at 6am in the morning to catch a 7am HSR. Location near to major shopping centres in the Chenggong area, Didi private hire costs ard 10-14 rmb to the malls.

It is particularly popular among families with children, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast is fantastic, especially if you go early in the morning when the food is freshly prepared. However, later in the day, the selection may not be as fresh. While the staff does not speak English, navigating your stay is still manageable with some basic Chinese and the help of Google Translate—just as it is in many parts of China. I highly recommend booking a room with a spa on the balcony. These rooms are located on the second floor, offering greater privacy and more outdoor space. The spa feature itself can be a bit tricky to use—you need to ensure the water level is just right, as too much or too little will prevent it from working properly. Overall, the hotel is very clean, and the staff is accommodating and responsive to any requests. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with excellent amenities, this is a great choice. Thank you for having me and for putting up with a stupid foreigner!

Hotel in mint condition (everything looked like new) with topnotch service. There were very few guests at the time, so I got a sense of exclusivity and luxury. I asked for a nice view and they gave me one with a direct view to the mountains. They give you some very nice complementary services like photo shoot, hot pools, free drinks, etc. In summary a place to indulge in luxury.

Every visit to this hot springs hotel is a wonderful choice! Came this time with a group of 3 other ladies and we had a great time! The food is varied and delicious, the hot springs were therapeutic and wonderful, and the room was excellent. The staff are so friendly and helpful, especially patient with my poor Chinese. 🤭 definitely recommend!
