"Facilities: The facilities are quite new, and the hardware is excellent. The lobby environment is also very good. The breakfast was also great! Very rich indeed. I loved it, but my mom thought it was just okay.
Cleanliness: I didn't find any issues.
Environment: The location is superb, close to everything, and incredibly close to the high-high-speed train station.
Service: A special shout-out for the service! Every staff member was wonderful! They genuinely tried to solve every problem encountered, not just going through the motions. They truly thought about how to resolve issues. I had to change rooms midway due to a minor issue, and the new room was not only clean and tidy but every single item was placed exactly as it was in my original room! Incredible attention to detail!"

"The hotel is similar to other City Comfort Inn, the amenities good and room clean, toilet is good too. The staff servicing is wonderful., the counter told that their windows room does not have a city view instead its facing the residential units. Too bad, I was hoping for city view.
My only concern on this hotel is that the location is not really near the main shopping district, you need to walk about 2km or take taxi. During my 5 days stay I still didnt manage to use the metro as a convenient transport, instead I walk or get ehailing driver to pick up.
Another difficulty I have is that the drop off and pick up point for taxi or e hailing car is block by motorcycle lane, so its difficult to carry luggage and go through fast riding motorcyclist.
There are many eateries within 10 minutes walk, and there are TCM pharmacy as well bread store just beside the hotel.
Its fine if you are traveling lite and staying few days. Just don't expect its really at main shopping district or near mall."

MM250200****A hidden gem of a B&B tucked away in the Expo Park, with an amazing atmosphere! The front desk lady upgraded us to a room with a private hot spring and even provided afternoon tea. The breakfast, while simple, used really good ingredients. The service was excellent; they were super helpful in mailing back something I left behind. The cleaning staff always greeted me with a smile. I definitely want to come back when the maple leaves turn red!

GGuest UserHello everyone. We stayed at this hotel at the end of November 2024. Initially, we booked the hotel for 5 days, then we extended, extended and in the end, we stayed there for 11 nights. The hotel is new, clean. The rooms have good quality robes, toiletries. We were quite satisfied with the breakfasts. We were pleased with the availability of freshly squeezed juices. The main staff does not speak English, but this is not a problem, since the on-line translator saves us, and the staff tries very hard to understand what you want from them. The only person who speaks excellent English was the manager Sam. A man passionate about his work. He told us a lot about the hotel and what is nearby. And there is a lot there: a park with playgrounds, a bungee jump, and a birdhouse with parrots. Sam showed us a place next to the hotel, which is a set for films. Boat station, where you can take a boat and take a walk on the lake and go straight to the hotel grounds. The hotel itself is in a great location, in a lowland, on the shore of the lake. If you plan a trip to Kunming, then it is far from the city. But we needed a quiet and beautiful place. And we got it. With the window open in the evenings and mornings you can hear the fish splashing in the lake and the ducks quacking. It was great to sleep, as the mattress and pillows are of excellent quality. We will definitely come back here and will recommend it to our friends.
P.S. Once again, we say a huge thank you to Sam, he not only told and showed us a lot about the hotel and the surrounding area, he also helped us solve some issues with our luggage at the airport. A wonderful, responsive person. The hotel management is very lucky to have such a person on their team.

RRuihaihaiOur lake-view room on the fourth floor offered truly stunning scenery; the lake was visible right from the balcony window. The room also had an electric towel rack, which was a very thoughtful touch. Service was excellent too. Due to the summer crowds, all our meals were buffet-style, but we found them to be quite good, especially considering the ingredients were farm-sourced. Oh, and they also provided complimentary tickets to the Rose Garden. It's a beautiful spot, perfect for anyone who loves taking photos.

MM4726****The best service I experienced was at the Cloud Restaurant. I made a reservation a day before checking in, and everything was perfectly arranged. This hotel is really great for kids, offering excellent value for money in Kunming city.
Because it was a holiday, room service was a bit slow; I had to call three times every time I needed something. The butler's response was also a bit slow, but I only called room service after the butler didn't deliver what I asked for, and even then, it was still very slow.
There was a welcome fruit platter from Trip.com. Honestly, for Kunming, this fruit platter was a bit of a letdown—it would've been better not to send it at all, especially since I had to contact Trip.com staff to get it delivered.

Because there were not many tourists, the hotel seemed particularly secluded. Whether it was the private soup in the courtyard or the Pu'er tea, they were all of very high quality. The children enjoyed feeding the seagulls every day. The food was a little simple during the Spring Festival. A male waiter in the restaurant (forgot his name) was very enthusiastic. The green vegetables were all from the hotel's own vegetable garden, which was very natural. The back door of the hotel leads directly to Yangzonghai Shijiazui Park, and the scenery is invincible. In short, I was very satisfied. Thanks to the housekeeper for his meticulous service. Five-star praise. Recommended to travelers who like to relax and get close to nature.

HHuoxiaomengHaving stayed at Hualuxe many times in Sanya, which my kids absolutely love, I was thrilled to discover there's also a Hualuxe in Kunming, and it even has rooms with private hot springs! We immediately booked our trip. Jerry, the guest relations manager, was incredibly professional, contacting us before our arrival and providing warm and thoughtful service throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the Chinese restaurant also served great food. The private hot spring was wonderfully relaxing, and my kids enjoyed feeding the small animals. It was lovely just soaking up the sun outdoors; it truly felt like time slowed down. A fantastic spot for a relaxing vacation.

AAliya0302It is definitely more wedding venue, more local oriented, very nice territory around, good for photoshoot and stuff , nice and friendly staff helped me a lot, but it was a bit confusing in general, like i booked it cause of hotsprings and outdoor pool, turns out you cannot use the outdoor pool and from all hot things was working only one stone bath. So basically we ended up in a very strange situation when 3 groups of people have or to wait in line to that bath or seat on each other. However Indoor pool was nice, big and clean, but bring your towel. The room itself is ...let's say not cosy and a lot reminded a changing room, probably cause of sink right next to the bed. So sum up, good place to have fun, massage, spa say, nice photos and so on, but maybe not a best place to stay for tourist.
