GGuest UserWe were a group of 15 people, booking 8 rooms, and everyone unanimously agreed to give a perfect 10-star rating! This hotel experience far exceeded our expectations, it was a truly delightful surprise!
The hotel facilities are very new and clean, the decor is stylish and comfortable, and the cleanliness in every aspect was absolutely impeccable, with no detail overlooked. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices with abundant and satisfying food. The surrounding area has excellent amenities, with many restaurants to choose from, making dining and getting around super convenient. It's only a 5-10 minute walk to Kunming Station, making its location superb and transportation incredibly accessible.
We must give a huge shout-out to all the hotel staff: every service attendant greeted us with a radiant smile, proactively and courteously, treating us with warmth and kindness. Even the breakfast staff were humble and polite, making our entire interaction very pleasant. As we were a large group of 15 and our rooms couldn't accommodate everyone, the staff proactively offered us the second-floor meeting room for our gathering, allowing us to chat, drink, and have fun. This thoughtful arrangement deeply touched us. Upon checkout, they even prepared small gifts for the female companions in our group, which was both meticulous and heartwarming.
There's also a super practical laundry service: just leave your clothes outside your door, and the staff will collect them for washing and return them to the same spot once clean. It's time-saving and thoughtful, completely exceeding expectations.
This is definitely the best hotel I've ever stayed at. If friends visit Kunming in the future, I will wholeheartedly recommend it. I highly recommend everyone to stay here!

GGuest User1. The location is super convenient, right in the heart of the old city! Downstairs, there are plenty of options for food and entertainment. It's also a short walk to Cuihu Lake, and there are several other attractions nearby.
2. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the soundproofing was good. The kids said they slept really well!
3. The front desk and service staff were all very friendly. When we were checking out and waiting for our car, the security guard at the entrance eagerly helped us with our luggage.
4. The breakfast was plentiful. The only minor issue was that some corners of the breakfast area were a bit dimly lit, but everything else was great!
5. All in all, a really good choice!

GGuest UserI chose this hotel because it's close to the airport, and I'm not familiar with Kunming. I was returning from Shangri-La by high-speed train and needed a place to stay for one night before flying out the next day, so this seemed like the least tiring option. However, compared to the hotels I stayed at in Kunming Old Street, Lijiang, Dali, and Shangri-La, the staff here were relatively less friendly. In particular, they seemed a bit impatient when talking, and their tone was quite stiff when I made requests. Oh well, you get what you pay for since it was so cheap. I really hope the staff can improve their customer service.

The shuttle service was excellent; they greeted us with snacks and lollipops for the little one, and the eye mask they provided was quite useful – our child was very happy! GGuest UserThe room was spotless, and I slept soundly. I was pleasantly surprised to find the hotel has three restaurants! For a quick bite, there's the buffet. If you're craving Yunnan hotpot, head to Yiduo Cloud, and for Cantonese or Sichuan cuisine, Xile is the place. They really cover all taste preferences, and the prices are very reasonable. Having hot springs, dining, and accommodation all in one place made for a super convenient and relaxing experience!

GGuest UserThe Four Points by Sheraton is one of Marriott's mid-range, practical brands. While the hotel's view isn't particularly special, its amenities are very convenient, including a self-service laundry, lobby bar, and gym.
Although this hotel isn't in the absolute most central location in Kunming, the city isn't very big to begin with, so getting to the Old Street and Green Lake is still quite easy, about a 10-minute taxi ride.
Finally, what really stands out is its restaurant. Their breakfast, in addition to Western options, offers incredibly authentic local dishes. You'll find local specialties like potato rice, rice noodles, milky rice wine, and rolled noodles. Everything is prepared hygienically and tastes genuinely local, so there's no need to go elsewhere to experience local cuisine.
Overall, for a trip to Kunming, choosing this hotel is both affordable and convenient, and you'll have a comfortable stay.

DDiana AldereiWe recently stayed at this hotel with my husband and had quite a mixed experience – some parts were truly lovely, while others left us a bit disappointed.
First of all, the villa itself was absolutely beautiful and incredibly spacious. The natural hot spring water was one of the highlights of our stay — such a relaxing and unique experience. The surrounding territory is also well-maintained and very peaceful, perfect for disconnecting and enjoying nature.
However, it’s important to note that the location is quite remote — it took us around an hour to get to places where we could eat or enjoy a cup of coffee. This is understandable considering the mountain setting and access to hot springs.
The afternoon tea was decent, and although lunch wasn’t included in our stay, we tried the local mixian noodles and they were absolutely delicious! Must try! Unfortunately, breakfast was disappointing, especially for guests like us who don’t eat pork or pork oil - there were very few options.
A few maintenance and cleanliness issues also affected our stay. The outdoor pool was not super clean, some insects were swimming there. While we really loved the hot spring bathtub in the villa, the facilities could use a bit more upkeep. The toilet setup was quite basic — a minimum upgrade like a bidet spray or shower toilet would make a big difference, especially for international or Muslim guests.
A more distressing part of our stay was that we found dead insects under the blanket in our bed after returning to our room one evening 🥲 I do appreciate the staff’s polite and kind response – they offered tea and explained it may have fallen from the ceiling – but for someone with a strong phobia of insects, this made it difficult to sleep and really affected my comfort. I do believe this is something that should be taken more seriously, especially in a hotel of this level.
Despite these issues, the staff was very polite, cute and extremely helpful & friendly, and I can see the potential for a truly magical experience here with just a few improvements. I really wanted to love everything — and part of me did — but I was also happy to go back home, just to feel more comfortable and relaxed.

The hotel has excellent amenities nearby and offers great value for a 5-star hotel – it's comfortable and clean. Located in the city center, it's very convenient for getting around. They have a pool and a gym, ensuring a good rest. If you're driving, you can park in the underground garage for free, which is a nice bonus. The breakfast spread is rich and varied. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

GGuest UserThe location is pretty good, close to Plaza 66, about an 8-minute walk. The hotel's concierge service was good; staff were always there to greet us multiple times when we entered and exited. We booked connecting rooms, but they were externally connected, not internally. This made it inconvenient, especially when the kids were asleep, as the sound of swiping the card to enter the room was quite loud. So, it wasn't ideal.
The room was too small; the bathroom and shower were cramped together, and there wasn't enough space to turn around. It felt very restrictive.
Breakfast was just average. Not many varieties, but the quality was decent. The freshly squeezed juice was watered down, and the watermelon juice wasn't good.
Overall, I didn't really feel like there was much service.
