GGuest UserI stayed at a recently opened hotel during my layover in Kunming. The overall style is French vintage, and the lobby is filled with fresh flowers, creating a romantic ambiance. The front desk staff were warm and generous, providing thoughtful service; they'd always greet me with a smile every time I entered or left. The bathroom in the room had a separate wet and dry area and even featured double sinks, which was a great experience. They also gave me a small gift when I checked out. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and would definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Kunming.

GGuest UserTraveling with my family of three, the location was absolutely superb, right in the heart of the city. Downstairs, there are malls and all sorts of eateries. The Wuyi Road subway station is just a 5-minute walk away, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. The hotel thoughtfully upgraded us to a scenic room on the 28th floor for free. The soundproofing on the higher floor was good, and the two 1.35m beds were perfect for a family stay. The overall cleanliness was up to standard. The hotel's laundry service was a nice touch; staff would log our room number and deliver the washed and dried clothes directly back to the room, which was a great experience.
The only downsides were the heavy traffic nearby, making it easy to get stuck when hailing a taxi, and the inconsistent water temperature in the bathroom. The pillows were also severely flat, and after two nights, there was a faint, unpleasant smell. I'd suggest replacing them with latex pillows. Overall, the convenience of getting around was excellent, but there's still room for improvement in the hardware details.

GGuest UserThe location is fantastic, super close to the airport, making it perfect for an overnight layover. The whole place is clean and tidy with complete facilities. There's plenty of hot water, and the mattress is really comfortable and relaxing to sleep on. The soundproofing was a pleasant surprise; my rest wasn't disturbed at all. The front desk staff were friendly and gentle, and check-in was very quick. The free airport shuttle service is very reliable, with frequent runs so you don't have to wait long. The breakfast offers a good variety, and the hot food is warming, which is great before heading out. The price is reasonable with no hidden costs. It's suitable whether you land late at night or have an early morning flight, ensuring maximum comfort for your travels. Highly recommended!

LliathanongA relatively new hotel. Perfect for a overnight stay for people rushing to the high speed the next morning. Room was big and comfortable.
We booked for the non smoking level but there is an ashtray on the living room table and u can smell cigarette smoke along corridor. Really wished this country makes more effort in advocating for non smoking despite signs beinf put up.
We managed to search for a little night market, Shilin night market about 10 mins taxi ride away from the hotel. Maybe hotel can provide more information about places around for tourists.
It is also a short walking distance to the metro which is linked to high speed as well.
Managed to book the free pick up from high speed to hotel however the next day's hotel to high speed is already fully booked. We also didn't managed to have breakfast due to timing of our high speed.

GGuest UserWe chose a two-bedroom suite with our family here. The hotel facilities are quite old overall, and we stayed for three or four days. It's an older hotel, and while you can still see its past glory and the essence of its design, the overall color scheme and facilities now feel dated. However, the front desk and butler service were excellent, almost always accommodating our requests. Overall, we were satisfied. The downstairs pool, kids' play area, and even the evening entertainment were all pretty good. The outdoor hot spring was our favorite part, but unfortunately, it rained, so we only got to go once.

DDiana AldereiWe recently stayed at this hotel with my husband and had quite a mixed experience – some parts were truly lovely, while others left us a bit disappointed.
First of all, the villa itself was absolutely beautiful and incredibly spacious. The natural hot spring water was one of the highlights of our stay — such a relaxing and unique experience. The surrounding territory is also well-maintained and very peaceful, perfect for disconnecting and enjoying nature.
However, it’s important to note that the location is quite remote — it took us around an hour to get to places where we could eat or enjoy a cup of coffee. This is understandable considering the mountain setting and access to hot springs.
The afternoon tea was decent, and although lunch wasn’t included in our stay, we tried the local mixian noodles and they were absolutely delicious! Must try! Unfortunately, breakfast was disappointing, especially for guests like us who don’t eat pork or pork oil - there were very few options.
A few maintenance and cleanliness issues also affected our stay. The outdoor pool was not super clean, some insects were swimming there. While we really loved the hot spring bathtub in the villa, the facilities could use a bit more upkeep. The toilet setup was quite basic — a minimum upgrade like a bidet spray or shower toilet would make a big difference, especially for international or Muslim guests.
A more distressing part of our stay was that we found dead insects under the blanket in our bed after returning to our room one evening 🥲 I do appreciate the staff’s polite and kind response – they offered tea and explained it may have fallen from the ceiling – but for someone with a strong phobia of insects, this made it difficult to sleep and really affected my comfort. I do believe this is something that should be taken more seriously, especially in a hotel of this level.
Despite these issues, the staff was very polite, cute and extremely helpful & friendly, and I can see the potential for a truly magical experience here with just a few improvements. I really wanted to love everything — and part of me did — but I was also happy to go back home, just to feel more comfortable and relaxed.

MM557041****I absolutely loved this hotel in every aspect. The service was attentive and meticulous, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was incredibly rich and varied. Plus, they even extend breakfast until 1:30 PM, which is a huge bonus! The value for money is exceptional, and the location is very convenient for transportation. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip.

GGuest UserThe hotel facilities are complete, clean, and hygienic. The front desk service is professional, meticulous, and patiently explained everything. The room is comfortable. Every service detail in the hotel reflects the staff's thoughtfulness towards guests, making every guest feel the warmth of home.
The hotel's location is excellent, right next to MixC. It's a 10-minute walk to Donghua Farmers Market, and not far from the old town.
Next time I go to Kunming, I'll definitely stay at Four Points by Sheraton again.

GGuest UserThis was my first time staying at this hotel, and my experience was absolutely fantastic. The location is great, near Kunming Station, and very close to MixC and Spring City 66, so the surrounding amenities are super convenient. The service was top-notch, and staying on a high floor allowed for amazing night views. The best part, though, was the incredibly comfortable swimming pool. I highly recommend it to everyone!

GGuest UserWe had a fabulous stay at JEN Kunming! Love the hotel tasteful decor and thoughtful amenities. Service was great. We could walk to the Plaza 66 恒隆广场 in 10 mins. Will need train or Di Di to go to 昆明老街 and 南坪步行街。Wish we had more time to enjoy the hotel more!
