The location is convenient, right across from Tongde with all the dining, entertainment, and shopping options available. It's easy to get around, and overall, a fantastic experience. The hotel itself is stunning, I love the lobby as well as the room. The room is spacious, modern, and clean. It has a bathtub in a separate room with a couch. It also has a shower in a room separated from the toilet so when one person showers, the other person doesn’t need to wait to use the sink or the toilet. The curtains can be opened & closed using a button next to the bed, which is super convenient for the morning when you just wake up and want a tiny little light before getting out of bed. We also get to have a little tea session in the afternoon for free. And the number one advantage of staying at this hotel is the location. It’s near the Green Lake, Wenlin street, Kunming Old Street. You walk across the street and there is a beautiful coffee compound that is my most favorite spot of the city. There is also a long walking bridge across the street where you can take a stroll up high. The cons: There is no elevator, but the room is on the 2nd floor so it’s not that bad. The toilet stall’s door is not from ceiling to floor, so the smell can get out of the stall into the room. But generally it wasn’t an issue for us, the pros are way more than the cons and we will definitely stay again if there is a chance.
