GGuest UserThe room was clean and tidy, with a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The hygiene was impeccable, making me feel very comfortable as soon as I entered. The facilities were complete, the bedding was soft, and the soundproofing and natural light were excellent. The host was warm, attentive, and responsive, providing exceptionally thoughtful service. The location is convenient, right across from Tongde with all the dining, entertainment, and shopping options available. It's easy to get around, and overall, a fantastic experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Oopal258The hotel itself is stunning, I love the lobby as well as the room. The room is spacious, modern, and clean. It has a bathtub in a separate room with a couch. It also has a shower in a room separated from the toilet so when one person showers, the other person doesn’t need to wait to use the sink or the toilet. The curtains can be opened & closed using a button next to the bed, which is super convenient for the morning when you just wake up and want a tiny little light before getting out of bed. We also get to have a little tea session in the afternoon for free. And the number one advantage of staying at this hotel is the location. It’s near the Green Lake, Wenlin street, Kunming Old Street. You walk across the street and there is a beautiful coffee compound that is my most favorite spot of the city. There is also a long walking bridge across the street where you can take a stroll up high.
The cons: There is no elevator, but the room is on the 2nd floor so it’s not that bad. The toilet stall’s door is not from ceiling to floor, so the smell can get out of the stall into the room. But generally it wasn’t an issue for us, the pros are way more than the cons and we will definitely stay again if there is a chance.

The whole process is surrounded by three core highlights of environmental sanitation, facilities configuration and intimate service. Every place makes people feel comfortable.
Environmental sanitation is really impeccable! As a newly opened hotel, there is no smell at all. The corridors, elevators and lobby in the public areas are always spotless, the ground is as clean as new, and the corners cannot see the slightest dust. Entering the room is even more pleasant. The bedding is white and soft and has a faint fragrance. The bedding is flat and wrinkle-free. The bathroom is reasonably designed for dry and wet separation. The sink, shower and toilet area are clean and tidy. There are no water stains and stains. Even the toiletries are neatly arranged. The overall health condition is perfect, and the living is particularly safe.
The facilities configuration is definitely a plus for this hotel! The room area is far more than expected, spacious and transparent, with large floor-to-ceiling windows, the sun is full of the room during the day, the view is wide and bright, and people feel comfortable. The most surprising thing is the hotel's intelligent system, lighting, curtains, air conditioning can be controlled by voice, the operation is convenient and full of technology, greatly improving the living experience. This hotel offers fantastic value for the price. The room is well-equipped with convenient amenities like a refrigerator and air conditioning, all in good working order.
The only downsides are the soundproofing and the towels. They initially provide disposable towels, but if you ask the staff, they will bring you regular ones. As for the soundproofing, it is a bit weak, but that seems to be a common issue with many buildings in the area. Overall, a great stay for the price.

Even though the weather in Kunming wasn't ideal during my visit, the room's ambiance was wonderful. It also comes with books, a desk, a dining table, and plants – very well-equipped. The bed is a tatami style, and the toiletries are good. The bathroom is clean and dry, making for an extremely comfortable stay. The service was also very thoughtful and excellent, allowing for a quiet and relaxing experience.
