"Advantages: The location is very convenient, the complex is close to the train station, there are many restaurants downstairs, the bed is quite comfortable with a small lamp and a closet, and the mattress is very comfortable without being too firm. The facilities are also quite complete, with a washing machine, plenty of clothes hangers, and a kitchen for cooking. Disadvantages: You need to put on your own duvet cover and make your bed (if you're on the top bunk, doing this is really tiring), which might not be suitable for late-night guests. After a long day, making your own bed is tiring and might disturb other guests. The room space is quite cramped; the beds seem to take up all the space. There are no closets, and with long-term tenants, there's absolutely no place to put luggage. After two days, I had to put my suitcase on the living room balcony. Because there's no storage, the long-term tenants' belongings are also left out, making it look very messy."
