YYinyuezouqiI had a thoroughly satisfying 3-day, 2-night New Year's Eve stay. I also got to experience the lively atmosphere at Dianchi Town (Outlet). The hotel's location is excellent, right in the Wangfujing Outlet at the Convention and Exhibition Center, making dining and shopping very convenient. As for the hotel itself, the overall service was exceptional; the staff were friendly, attentive, and responsible. The rooms were spacious with unique layouts, and while the breakfast selection wasn't huge, every item was high quality. Lunch was a fixed set menu, one portion per person, and it was quite tasty.
I do have one suggestion: since the hotel is on the third floor of a shopping center, it's genuinely hard to find for first-time visitors. Although the hotel has put up a sign near a certain underground parking entrance in the plaza (as pictured), taxis and ride-sharing apps can't pinpoint the exact location. Could there be a larger, more prominent sign? The first time, because I was dropped off about 20 meters away, I spent over 10 minutes searching up and down and all around for the elevator entrance (because navigation can't differentiate between floors). On subsequent trips back, not a single driver managed to pull up to the correct spot.

GGuest UserThe final hotel on our Yunnan trip certainly didn't disappoint. Our high-floor room offered expansive views, and the large TV was a big hit with the kids. The complimentary tremella soup and flower cakes upon check-in were a thoughtful touch. Its location is very convenient with several convenience stores downstairs, and getting around by taxi is also very easy. We wanted to visit Dounan Flower Market before leaving Yunnan, and it was conveniently located just a few minutes by taxi or a fifteen-minute walk away. The staff were always enthusiastic in answering our questions and recommended some great local eateries. After checking out, we accidentally left an item of clothing in the room. The hotel promptly contacted us after discovering it during cleaning and helped arrange its return. We truly appreciated their attentive and thoughtful service.
Regarding the room and facilities, the layout perfectly matched the pictures. There were fresh flowers at the entrance, the bedding was clean and neat, and the lighting created a very cozy atmosphere. The presence of a motion-sensor night light under the bed was a thoughtful touch, making it convenient and safe to get up during the night. The bathroom fixtures were all TOTO, and the hairdryer was also very effective. The only minor suggestion would be for slightly stronger shower water pressure. Overall, it's a great hotel and highly recommended.

MMoxieDodoThis hotel is located right next to the East Gate (Yuyuan Garden) of Daguan Park. From the room, you can admire the Western Hills from afar and the Red House of Yuyuan Garden up close, making it an excellent spot to watch the sunset. The hotel is brand new with a modern and stylish decor. Everything is controlled by a smart system. The built-in background music, featuring French songs, is lovely, and the natural soundscapes aid sleep. You can also connect via Bluetooth to play your own music. They even thoughtfully provide an essential oil diffuser and humidifier. Combined with the comfortable pillows and mattress, if you still can't sleep well, something's seriously wrong, haha. Since the hotel is already so meticulous, I'd suggest adding an air purifier for an even better experience.

GGuest UserWanted a special place for some relaxing time together. Do not want to try the usual hotel in the city. After going through the photos, decided to give it a try. And voila….. absolutely no regrets choosing this hotel. The service provided was top notch, the staff are friendly, courteous and prompt. Housekeeping staff always clean up the villa to a level which I had no way to complain. Always willing to go the extra miles in providing personal services to the guests. The Villa I booked had a private hot spring and a huge garden which had the best view in my opinion. Every evening, we are able to watch the sunset in our private garden. It was really out of this world, couples must definitely try it. Everyday the hotel will provide a fruit basket and top up the bar counter with drinks and snacks at no costs. The ever-friendly staff (Miss Lee) even told me to let her know if there are any fruits I would like, she would arrange to fill it up in the fruit basket. She even check with me a few times if there are anything she could do to improve the stay with the hotel. Kudos to the management team for instilling this high service standard. Miss Lee even contacted me after I check out to ask for my feedback. Keep up the wonderful work. I will definitely be back. For this trip is filled with so much wonderful memories. Thanks to the team.

This time, our whole family, three adults and one child, landed in Kunming and planned to rest for one night before driving to Ailao Mountain and Xishuangbanna. So, for the first night, I wanted to find a quiet hotel in a less crowded area, and also a place where we could stroll around the next morning. Jiangye Resort Hotel is very peaceful and has its own underground parking. It features an indoor heated pool and outdoor hot springs. The room was a two-story loft with floor-to-ceiling windows, and our family had a wonderful time staying together. Just across the road from the hotel is Daguan Park. The hotel even provides bread for feeding the seagulls. We had a lovely time visiting the park and feeding the seagulls in the morning. The indoor heated pool was a hit, and my child went for a swim first thing in the morning. There are also outdoor hot springs. The hotel's breakfast was decent, offering bread, fruit, freshly cooked rice noodles, and hot dishes. The front desk lady provided excellent service; knowing I was going out to buy water, she gave me several extra bottles, saving me a lot of time. Overall, it's a very good hotel.

YyarawuWe feel very happy to stay in this hotel, because the location is convenient and close to the metro with plenty of restaurants and shops.
The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. The rooms we stayed in were very clean and the shower facility was excellent with temperature control. They even upgraded a room with a bath tub for us. The breakfast served was good with coffee, soya milk, tea, noodles soups, bread etc etc.

EEuniceHYI arrive at the airport after 1 p.m. on August 8th, go up to the 3rd floor, and when Exit 2 closes and exit 3, there is a white car about 10 people, and I say the name of the hotel I want to go to, and get on, so I can get off my burial at the hotel.The driver of the shuttle I boarded thanked the foreigner for responding kindly to my pronunciation. I arrived at the hotel about 15 minutes later, and the two front desk female employees kindly asked me when I was flying and showed me the shuttle departing at 10 o'clock, so I could catch the next flight without any mistake. The hotel room was clean and big and I liked it. The airport pickup shuttle seems to be approximately every 10 to 15 minutes, and the airport sanding is at midnight. …Of course I will use it next time.

SSarah from ItalyThis was by far the BEST accommodation we stayed in China!! We booked two rooms because I'm travelling with my sister and her boyfriend.
Both rooms were extremely clean, the best comfortable beds ever, hot shower, air con, all the toiletries were good quality and the staff were amazing!!!!
They helped us out with everything!! Even though they don't speak English or any other language (like elsewhere in China), they were extremely helpful and we managed to communicate with the translator.
We stayed two nights but we would have loved to stay longer which was not possible because visa's expiring soon.
When we got there, they made us delicious noodles with beef and vegetables and my brother in law is still dreaming to get the same tasty noodles somewhere else in China 😊
We don't know the names of the hosts, maybe they are wife and husband (we are not sure) but surely this was the top accommodation and treatment we have received in China so we would like to thank you two again for everything you have done for us. We are sure your next guests will enjoy their stay at your place just the same as we did.

DDanielwangleiI’ve to say this is the best hotel in Kunming, we had terrible busy conference week but the stay at Song hotel gives us wonderful relief in such busy days. We had booked 4 villa rooms including 3 foreigners and the hotel provides us tremendous service during the week. Their facilities, sanitary conditions, restaurant, breakfast, conference room etc are way beyond my expectation. Especially their timely response throughout housekeeper Xiao Bu who can always solve our requirements in just a second. Special thanks to their Chinese restaurant which severed delicate vegetarian food to my colleagues!

GGuest UserThis hotel feels great, with a good location, 2 minutes walk from Dianchi Lake, and surrounded by scenic spots, including Xishan, Haigeng Park, and the National Village. The room is great, the big bed is very comfortable, the constant temperature shower, and the hair dryer are very useful. The service is especially good. We arrived very late, and the hotel has private dishes. We contacted them in advance, and the chef waited until we arrived to finish the meal before leaving get off work. The food is delicious, their set meal is affordable, and the hotel waiter is also very warm. They prepared baby chairs and baby tableware in advance, and sent afternoon tea the next day. In short, it was a very satisfactory stay, worth recommending
