YYinyuezouqiI had a thoroughly satisfying 3-day, 2-night New Year's Eve stay. I also got to experience the lively atmosphere at Dianchi Town (Outlet). The hotel's location is excellent, right in the Wangfujing Outlet at the Convention and Exhibition Center, making dining and shopping very convenient. As for the hotel itself, the overall service was exceptional; the staff were friendly, attentive, and responsible. The rooms were spacious with unique layouts, and while the breakfast selection wasn't huge, every item was high quality. Lunch was a fixed set menu, one portion per person, and it was quite tasty. I do have one suggestion: since the hotel is on the third floor of a shopping center, it's genuinely hard to find for first-time visitors. Although the hotel has put up a sign near a certain underground parking entrance in the plaza (as pictured), taxis and ride-sharing apps can't pinpoint the exact location. Could there be a larger, more prominent sign? The first time, because I was dropped off about 20 meters away, I spent over 10 minutes searching up and down and all around for the elevator entrance (because navigation can't differentiate between floors). On subsequent trips back, not a single driver managed to pull up to the correct spot.

From the room, you can admire the Western Hills from afar and the Red House of Yuyuan Garden up close, making it an excellent spot to watch the sunset. The hotel is brand new with a modern and stylish decor. Everything is controlled by a smart system. The built-in background music, featuring French songs, is lovely, and the natural soundscapes aid sleep. You can also connect via Bluetooth to play your own music. They even thoughtfully provide an essential oil diffuser and humidifier. Combined with the comfortable pillows and mattress, if you still can't sleep well, something's seriously wrong, haha. Since the hotel is already so meticulous, I'd suggest adding an air purifier for an even better experience.

3300990****Even though we were just in Kunming for a layover before our flight to Baoshan tomorrow, we weren't willing to compromise on quality, and the Hilton certainly didn't disappoint – in fact, it was absolutely stunning! We had booked a family room in advance, and upon arrival, they upgraded us to a suite. The front desk service was excellent. When they saw us trying to check in amidst a tour group, they immediately escorted us to a side counter to assist us. They gave us two fresh flower cakes and a walnut cake, and the walnut cake was even warm, which quickly eased my daughter's hunger. The room had two beds in two separate rooms: a 2-meter king-size bed and a smaller bed, about 1.5 meters. Even next to the smaller bed, they thoughtfully placed a small table to serve as a nightstand. For the bathtub, the hotel thoughtfully provided a bathtub liner and a loofah bath sponge. I have to give a special shout-out to the showerhead in the bathroom; the water temperature indicator was very clear, so there was no risk of accidentally getting doused with cold water. Plus, hot water was instant! Isn't that amazing? Also, the adjustable shower rod was incredibly easy to use, and changing the showerhead's direction was effortless – unlike some hotels where you have to shower according to the showerhead's fixed direction. Both the living room and bedroom had sofas, and the decor was tastefully done, genuinely making you feel at home. My daughter and I absolutely loved it, and we regretted not taking the 2 PM flight to enjoy it a little longer. The small-pot rice noodles and Ersi (rice cake strips) for breakfast were also excellent. Five-star recommendation!

I’m However, we find it’s a bit difficult to contact hotel via trip.com as it’s always auto message first then staff replied our inquiry then it will stop talking directly to hotel. We also had difficulty to make appointment for airport pick up due to language barrier so I’d recommend to have wechat and chat with them beforehand.

SSarah from ItalyThis was by far the BEST accommodation we stayed in China!! We booked two rooms because I'm travelling with my sister and her boyfriend. Both rooms were extremely clean, the best comfortable beds ever, hot shower, air con, all the toiletries were good quality and the staff were amazing!!!! They helped us out with everything!! Even though they don't speak English or any other language (like elsewhere in China), they were extremely helpful and we managed to communicate with the translator. We stayed two nights but we would have loved to stay longer which was not possible because visa's expiring soon. When we got there, they made us delicious noodles with beef and vegetables and my brother in law is still dreaming to get the same tasty noodles somewhere else in China 😊 We don't know the names of the hosts, maybe they are wife and husband (we are not sure) but surely this was the top accommodation and treatment we have received in China so we would like to thank you two again for everything you have done for us. We are sure your next guests will enjoy their stay at your place just the same as we did. Thank you from Sarah, Myriam and Fabio.

YyarawuWe feel very happy to stay in this hotel, because the location is convenient and close to the metro with plenty of restaurants and shops. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. The rooms we stayed in were very clean and the shower facility was excellent with temperature control. They even upgraded a room with a bath tub for us. The breakfast served was good with coffee, soya milk, tea, noodles soups, bread etc etc.

I arrived at the hotel about 15 minutes later, and the two front desk female employees kindly asked me when I was flying and showed me the shuttle departing at 10 o'clock, so I could catch the next flight without any mistake. The hotel room was clean and big and I liked it. The airport pickup shuttle seems to be approximately every 10 to 15 minutes, and the airport sanding is at midnight. …Of course I will use it next time. 8日晚1点多到达机场，上到3楼出发楼，2号出口关门，3号出口出来就有10人座左右的白色车，说出我想去的酒店的名字后乘车，因为是机场周边多家酒店更换的车，所以可以在自己要埋的酒店下车。我乘坐的班车的司机很感谢外国人亲切地回应我的发音。 15分钟后到达酒店,两位前台女职员亲切地询问我什么时候坐飞机,然后介绍10点出发的班车,确保没有差错地乘坐下一班飞机。 酒店房间又干净又大又合心意。 机场接送班机大概间隔10~15分钟，机场沙丁车在梅亭市。 …下次当然会使用。

GGuest UserWe are Americans from Hong Kong and traveled to Kunming for our Easter holiday. The positives of this hotel: 1. it was beautiful. The design and furnishings were very well done and the room itself was exceptionally clean. 2. The owners were so kind. We arrived way after the tea time hour, but they still provided our family with cappuccinos and fresh fruit, free of charge. Both were delicious and our children were so excited about the gourmet coffee art. 3. The mattress in the main bed area was very comfortable. Not a typical “hard” mattress like many hotels in China. Another bonus: it was actually a KING size, which we rarely see outside the US! 4. The breakfast was Chinese style and the rice noodles were delicious! The hotel also had a beautiful courtyard area to eat outside. A few items to be aware of: 1. although the hotel was in a neighborhood near the lake, the neighborhood itself was a bit strange. We could tell it was meant to be a beautiful, well-to-do neighborhood of modern villas, but more than half the neighborhood was unused and/or under construction so it wasn’t as lively feeling in the evening because it was so dark and desolate seeming. It was beautiful in the daylight though! 2. This is not a big hotel chain, just an independent boutique style hotel operating in one of these villas. 3. There are no optimal eating spots near the hotel. You have to take a 20-30 minute Didi (taxi) ride to the nearest area with a lot of restaurants. However, if you like street food, there is a street food carnival area about 10 minutes away via walking (walk north along boardwalk bordering the lake.) Overall, because of the kindness of the owners, the cleanliness and modernity, delicious breakfast, and comfortable mattress, we would definitely choose this hotel again for a one-night stopover.
