The room and bed were both spacious, parking was convenient, and the breakfast was plentiful. It was very comfortable and quiet. The service was excellent from the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance. It's also very close to Tongde Shopping Plaza, making for a great location.

The place was located in a building housing several small hotels, but there were only two working elevators. One went directly to the 28th floor, but it was under maintenance when I arrived, so I had to wait for the other elevator, which stopped at every floor, and the wait was incredibly long. I really disliked the requirement to add the hotel on WeChat at the front desk to get the room's Wi-Fi password; it shouldn't be enforced so rigidly. The TV was on but couldn't be watched because the memory was full.

We booked a twin room for our family trip with kids. The two beds could be pushed together, and they also provided bed rails, which was a great service. The air conditioning was a bit too strong. It got cold with the AC on, but a little warm with it off, so I had to get up in the middle of the night to turn it off every day. It would be great if it had smart control. The trash cans in the room and bathroom were a bit small. With more trash, things would easily fall out, making it harder for housekeeping to clean. There was a slight, subtle hum from the refrigerator, but it was only noticeable late at night when it was quiet. This might be a minor issue for light sleepers, but it's not a big deal. There are two elevators. One is a dedicated elevator, but the card reader wasn't very sensitive and a bit tricky to use. The other stops on all floors, which meant more people, but overall, it was still very convenient and fast.

The owner was really friendly and helpful. They even went the extra mile to help me mail a package, which was very thoughtful. The bed was super comfortable too!

The room is very large and spacious, very close to the subway station, and the view is very wide on the high floor. I always stay at his house when I go on a business trip to Kunming. The front desk service is also very good and responsive.

Upon arrival, I had trouble finding the garage entrance, but the front desk staff proactively offered to guide me, showing excellent service. The complimentary flower cake souvenir when checking out was a thoughtful and warm touch.

The hotel room is located within a residential complex, making it super quiet at night – I slept really well. The room itself is quite spacious and brightly decorated, and I particularly loved the purple mood lighting, it was beautiful. What truly stands out is how incredibly clean the hotel is. The mirrors were spotless, not a single water mark! The cleaning staff (Ayi) was also very patient when servicing my extended stay. I've been staying here for over ten days now and I continue to trust them. Excellent, highly recommend.

Facilities: The facilities are quite new. Cleanliness: The cleanliness is acceptable. Environment: The environment is pretty good. The only drawback is that you sometimes have to wait a while for the elevator, and it can take a bit long. Service: The service is excellent and very welcoming. They are always helpful and enthusiastic in solving any issues.

The hotel is very good, and the services in all aspects are attentive and thoughtful. It is a suitable hotel and B&B for this stay. The service attitude is really great! Every employee is full of enthusiasm and energy, always greeting guests with a smile. Whether it's greetings in the early morning or help late at night, they can always show up in time and provide the greatest support. This kind of meticulous care and considerate service left a deep and beautiful impression on me.
