Extremely satisfied! Choosing Hino Hotel for my trip to Kunming was a fantastic decision, and what impressed me most was the front desk's attentive and professional service. The entire stay, from check-in to check-out, was warm and comfortable. Upon arrival, it was peak travel season, and I was worried about long queues. However, the front desk staff were well-organized and incredibly efficient; I completed check-in within minutes. The staff were polite, friendly, and always smiling, speaking with a gentle and patient demeanor. Seeing us with luggage, they proactively and thoughtfully directed us to the elevator and our floor – truly a wonderful attention to detail. As we weren't familiar with the local area, we casually asked about nearby attractions, local delicacies, and directions to Guandu Ancient Town and Dianchi Lake. The front desk didn't brush us off but meticulously outlined travel plans, informing us of subway station locations and nearby shared electric scooter rental points, saving us the hassle of planning ourselves. During our stay, whether it was needing to temporarily store items or inquiring about room facilities, calls to the front desk were answered promptly, and our requests were always handled swiftly and appropriately. Even late in the evening, the staff maintained excellent service and a consistently enthusiastic attitude. Beyond the exceptional service, the hotel room's cleanliness was also highly commendable. The room was meticulously cleaned, every corner spotless and dust-free. The bedding was soft and pristine, the bathroom dry and odor-free, with good ventilation ensuring no stale smells. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a main road, easy to find with navigation, and a ten-minute walk to the subway station. Shared electric scooters are readily available just outside, making transportation very convenient. The overall environment is clean and quiet, with public areas tidied daily, ensuring a very comfortable stay. Thanks to the thoughtful front desk service, excellent room hygiene, and superior location, Hino Hotel far exceeded my expectations. Its value for money truly stands out among hotels in the same price range. Should I return to Kunming in the future, I will definitely choose this hotel again, and I sincerely recommend it to any friends traveling to Kunming. Highly recommended!

I chose the eLong Hotel because I went to the concert, which was unexpectedly good and impeccable. The hotel is in a good location and travel is very convenient. The room was clean and tidy, the layout was warm and comfortable, and the bedding was soft and sleepy. Environmental sanitation is in place, ventilation and lighting are good. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the check-in is efficient and intimate, and the people are kind and courteous. The overall price is super high, the stay experience is comfortable, the first choice for travel accommodation, will come again next time!

The room was large and clean. We booked a large bed and a small bed for our older children. The price/performance ratio was very high. Although there was no breakfast, the hotel also prepared milk, bread and fruit, which was very thoughtful. It is very close to Yunnan Expo and Guandu Ancient Town, and the surrounding area is quite convenient. I originally planned to stay for two nights, but returned early and only stayed for one night. I will stay here again next time I have the chance to come to Yunnan.

I was misled by the photos and the hotel name. I thought there would be a swimming pool, but upon check-in, I was told it was just a scenic pool for show. From check-in to check-out, the service was indifferent; all the staff seemed unhappy, and there wasn't a single smile. My final decision to leave a bad review is because of the breakfast. Breakfast is from 7:30 to 11:00, and by 9:30, there were only leftovers. When I informed the staff, they completely ignored me. I want to ask, this room, costing over 400 yuan, isn't that expensive? And the included breakfast is treated so perfunctorily? Are we here to beg for food?

This stay was great! The hotel is conveniently located, and the surrounding transportation and dining are very convenient. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, the sound insulation was good, and I slept until dawn. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and the check-in and check-out were very efficient. The overall price is very high, I will choose here next time, highly recommended!

I regretted checking in immediately. There was no elevator, and the room had no air conditioning. I had to pay extra to change rooms at the front desk. The downstairs area was full of barbecue stalls, and the smoke kept seeping into the room. They were selling late-night snacks until after 2 AM, so I barely slept that night. The only good thing was that there were plenty of food options downstairs, everything you could want.

The hotel bed is very large and the regular bedding of 2.2 meters is very comfortable and clean. The hotel is 15 minutes from the subway station. It is very convenient to go anywhere. The front desk is very welcoming and knows the nearby attractions. The breakfast is rich in variety, rice noodles, noodles, white porridge and other buffets. The taste is great!
