Facilities: The hotel has its own dedicated parking lot, so we didn't have to worry about parking. We booked a family suite; the two rooms were a little cramped, but they were clean and tidy. There's also a movable three-panel partition in the middle that can separate the two rooms, allowing for individual private spaces. Service: After checking in, the hotel offers a late-night snack service from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM, which was great for us as we arrived late by car and could still grab some food. Additionally, there are two independent drum washing machines and dryers on the first floor, which is very convenient if your clothes don't dry quickly – you can just pop them in the dryer. They even have an iron, making it ideal for both families and business travelers. The last picture is of the breakfast area downstairs. After staying in Airbnbs for 8 days, it was finally nice to have a comfortable place to enjoy breakfast.

The room smelled awful, and the decor and facilities looked like they hadn't been updated in at least ten years. We arrived at 2 AM and had booked for two nights, but I couldn't stand the smell. After a shower and breakfast, we checked out first thing in the morning. The staff service, especially in the restaurant, was excellent and very welcoming, but the room itself was just really old and worn out.

A hotel that exceeded my expectations. First and foremost, the service was excellent; from the concierge and front desk to the housekeepers, everyone was smiling, proactively greeting guests, and asking about their needs. The common areas were clean and stylish, and the swimming pool had a lovely Southeast Asian resort vibe. Breakfast was also quite rich, and the rice noodles were delicious. The in-room toiletries and other amenities were high-quality, and the bed, in particular, was incredibly comfortable.

When we entered the room, the kids all gasped, exclaiming they were in a castle and were so happy. At 9:30 PM, there was a young lady performing ethnic dances, which the kids absolutely loved! They showed up every night. The staff were warm and attentive, making for a great experience. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and could even be slightly adjusted to personal preferences, which was a very thoughtful touch. Although the hotel is located within the scenic area, the butler contacted us in advance to arrange a car for pick-up and drop-off at the designated point, which was very considerate ❤️

The price of this hotel is too high. I have been here several times. I have always felt that his service attitude is very good. The cleaning is also very clean. I am very satisfied. The hotel is upscale, belonging to the high-end category. I really liked the room facilities, and the bedding was very comfortable. It came with two types of pillows and was fully smart, all controlled by a smart speaker. The front desk service was excellent; they helped us lock our safe and even gave us complimentary bottled water. The breakfast was plentiful with many varieties; I even had rice noodles, which was very satisfying! Highly recommended.

The hotel is located in the Sunac Park in Houhai, Dianchi Lake, and it is very convenient to eat, drink and have fun around. The room is very warmly decorated, the supplies are exquisite, and the comb is a wooden comb, which is a surprise! The customer service lady is very enthusiastic, contacted in advance, sent the navigation address, the guidance is very detailed, and answered patiently.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What a pleasant surprise! The location is absolutely perfect, right outside Liangjiahe Metro Station, just a 2-minute walk away. It's super convenient to get to Cuihu Lake, Nanping Street, and Xishan. The room was clean and bright, with smart voice control, a down comforter, and a separated wet/dry bathroom. The bedding was incredibly soft, so I slept really well. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and offered 24-hour service. Plus, there's free parking and a self-service breakfast. The high floor offered great views and was quiet. It's suitable for both business trips and tourism, and the value for money is exceptional. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kunming!

The hotel occupies only a portion of an office building; the rest is occupied by other businesses or units, making it quite chaotic. The surrounding environment is also disorganized, making it difficult to find by car. The underground parking garage is mostly occupied by private cars and various other units; the hotel's parking is on the second basement level, which takes a considerable amount of time to find. The hotel rooms have a reasonable layout, simple and cozy decor, clean and comfortable bedding, and separate shower and toilet areas. Breakfast is average. Overall, the stay is acceptable, and one can't expect too much from the environment. Basically satisfied.

She proactively upgraded my room to a better type and patiently recommended local specialty snacks popular with residents around the hotel, explaining the routes and must-try dishes clearly. This saved me a lot of hassle planning. The hotel environment was clean and grand, and the guest rooms were spacious with meticulous housekeeping. The smart voice control for lighting and curtains throughout the room made for a very comfortable stay. The bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful night's sleep. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around for shopping and dining. The service throughout my stay was genuine and attentive; you could really tell the staff genuinely cared about the guests. It offers great value for money, and I highly recommend choosing this hotel first when visiting Kunming!
