Excellent! It's perfect for families, close to the subway station, and they even offer late-night snacks. It's also conveniently located near all the major attractions. I accidentally left a piece of clothing behind, and the hotel staff immediately found it and enthusiastically mailed it back to me. Definitely a top rating!

This hotel is worth revisiting. The butler-style service, from the front desk to housekeeping, is truly attentive. The hotel is clean, quiet, and has a great ambiance, and the breakfast is also good. We stayed in a suite, and the kids were very happy. It's also very convenient to get to the attractions from here; we opted for electric scooters, which you can rent by scanning a code, helping us avoid Kunming's terrible traffic. My only suggestion is to add some gym equipment, like dumbbells.

This was my second time visiting Sunac Houhai, and after comparing several hotels, I finally chose Z Hotel. It turned out to be a delightful and perfect surprise! From the initial WeChat contact to the phone call inquiring about my arrival time, and then being greeted with tea and warm, freshly baked flower cakes upon entering – the service was truly meticulous. Breakfast offered customizable A, B, and C set menus, providing variety for longer stays. You could even choose your preferred scent for the bath products. My three-day stay was comfortable and cozy. If it hadn't been fully booked on the fourth day, I would have happily stayed another two. Sitting in the front desk's tea room while it rained outside, life just felt so easy and pleasant.

There's also a gym on the first floor; while the equipment isn't extensive, it's sufficient for morning runs and light strength training, allowing me to maintain my routine while traveling. The above-ground parking is incredibly convenient. The room was a pleasant surprise: the smart toilet was a huge plus, with a responsive heated seat and bidet function; a simple call or press of a button slowly opened the curtains, allowing excellent natural light. Crucially, it was spotless—from the lobby to the room, every corner was immaculate, and the bedding was crisp and soft. The only downside was the lack of screen mirroring for the TV; I had to make do with on-demand programs if I wanted to watch shows. I hope the hotel can upgrade this in the future. However, this minor flaw doesn't detract from the overall experience, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The hotel is located in the Sunac Park in Houhai, Dianchi Lake, and it is very convenient to eat, drink and have fun around. The room is very warmly decorated, the supplies are exquisite, and the comb is a wooden comb, which is a surprise! The customer service lady is very enthusiastic, contacted in advance, sent the navigation address, the guidance is very detailed, and answered patiently.

We brought our kids to Sunac Land, and this hotel is super close, just a ten-minute walk. The room itself is really spacious and clean, and it even has a separate kids' bedroom with its own bed. My child was absolutely thrilled when they saw the cartoon bed runner decoration! Plus, from the 31st floor, this room offers an amazing view of Kunming city, especially at night when the lights are sparkling. The front desk staff were very welcoming and even gave our child a toothbrush and slippers, which was a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was decent, and parking is free. Overall, it's great value for money.
