Facilities: The hotel has its own dedicated parking lot, so we didn't have to worry about parking. We booked a family suite; the two rooms were a little cramped, but they were clean and tidy. There's also a movable three-panel partition in the middle that can separate the two rooms, allowing for individual private spaces. Service: After checking in, the hotel offers a late-night snack service from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM, which was great for us as we arrived late by car and could still grab some food. Additionally, there are two independent drum washing machines and dryers on the first floor, which is very convenient if your clothes don't dry quickly – you can just pop them in the dryer. They even have an iron, making it ideal for both families and business travelers. The last picture is of the breakfast area downstairs. After staying in Airbnbs for 8 days, it was finally nice to have a comfortable place to enjoy breakfast.

Traveling with my whole family, the hotel was quite easy to find, and it's close to all the dining and entertainment options nearby. The hotel has a public laundry area, a gym, and a recreation room. The room decor is quite modern, but the downside is that water leaks out of the bathroom, keeping the floor constantly wet. Overall, I'm still quite satisfied.

Absolutely amazing; 5 stars all the way! 👍 Staff were extremely attentive, helpful, and very friendly. Having access to free, self-serve, laundry services was a huge unexpected bonus. The hotel is within easy walking distance to many restaurant options, KTV, as well as fruit stands and a Walmart. Public transportation was also within easy reach; Kunming Changshui airport is a very smooth 40-50mins away, outside of peak traffic. Room was quiet, very comfortable, and kept to an excellent standard. I didn't take advantage of the breakfast option (there were so many other alternatives nearby), but I did take a peek at the many buffet options; I would definitely add the breakfast option if I were pushed for time in the mornings. I simply could not have asked for a better home away from home! I was so impressed with my stay, I booked the same hotel chain for my next stop in China.

The front desk service was excellent, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel's public areas are beautifully decorated with a rich cultural feel; the pictures in the circular frames seem to be of Lijiang, which is lovely. The room facilities are comprehensive, clean, and hygienic, with no strange odors. It has floor-to-ceiling windows. The breakfast, though small, offers a complete selection. Very good!

In the evening, the whole family can sit on the balcony, listen to the breeze, chat, and soak in Kunming's slow pace. Cleanliness: The cleanliness is impeccable. I have a slight obsession with cleanliness, especially sensitive to any odors in bedding. But even a Virgo with a clean freak personality wouldn't find a single flaw here. This deserves high praise! 👍🏻 Environment: The hotel is located within a tourist area, offering a tranquil escape from the bustling city. Although it faces the street, it's not noisy. Dining and leisure options nearby are very convenient. For ease of travel, the hotel even arranges a private car transfer service to and from the drop-off/pick-up points, which is so thoughtful! ❤️ Additionally, for hiking enthusiasts, the nearby Dianchi Caohai and Dongfeng Dam are fantastic places to visit, with breathtaking scenery. Service: 💯. From arrival to departure, the butler provided meticulous care almost throughout our stay. Upon arrival, we were immediately offered hot towels and fresh flower cakes, and our room had welcome fruit. For breakfast the next day, we could customize our order before 8 PM the previous evening, with a rich variety of delicious and healthy options! Overall Impression: A very satisfying stay, especially enjoyed by the children. Fantastic!

It's about three to four hundred meters from the subway station, so it's very convenient to get anywhere. Overall, I feel very good about this place, and I genuinely recommend it.

First of all, the sense of security was top-notch—the elevators require a card to access, preventing unauthorized access, which made me feel very safe staying alone. There's also a gym on the first floor; while the equipment isn't extensive, it's sufficient for morning runs and light strength training, allowing me to maintain my routine while traveling. The above-ground parking is incredibly convenient. The room was a pleasant surprise: the smart toilet was a huge plus, with a responsive heated seat and bidet function; a simple call or press of a button slowly opened the curtains, allowing excellent natural light. Crucially, it was spotless—from the lobby to the room, every corner was immaculate, and the bedding was crisp and soft. The only downside was the lack of screen mirroring for the TV; I had to make do with on-demand programs if I wanted to watch shows. I hope the hotel can upgrade this in the future. However, this minor flaw doesn't detract from the overall experience, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time!

She proactively upgraded my room to a better type and patiently recommended local specialty snacks popular with residents around the hotel, explaining the routes and must-try dishes clearly. This saved me a lot of hassle planning. The hotel environment was clean and grand, and the guest rooms were spacious with meticulous housekeeping. The smart voice control for lighting and curtains throughout the room made for a very comfortable stay. The bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful night's sleep. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around for shopping and dining. The service throughout my stay was genuine and attentive; you could really tell the staff genuinely cared about the guests. It offers great value for money, and I highly recommend choosing this hotel first when visiting Kunming!
