The hotel's public areas are designed very modernly, perfect for taking photos. The disposable toiletries in the room are of excellent quality, and the bathroom ventilation system works well, so there's no damp smell. The front desk even proactively offered local dining recommendations, which really added to the overall service experience.

I highly recommend Hilton Garden Inn to pet parents traveling with their furry friends. I stayed at two Hilton Garden Inn locations during this trip: Kunming Panlong and Dali Erhai. 1. The hotel's location is convenient for walking and potty breaks for dogs. Kunming Panlong has a small green space nearby, and Dali Erhai is right across the street from Erhaiyue Wetland Park, where there are plenty of other dogs to play with. Both hotels are in central locations, making them a moderate distance from various city attractions. 2. The rooms are designed like short-term apartments, offering enough space for medium to large dogs to move around and play simple games. There's also a good variety of room types, making it easy for families to arrange their stay. 3. The staff is incredibly pet-friendly. They prepared toy and treat gifts for our dog, and our dog absolutely loved the big radish and small radish toys! 4. For dogs who eat fresh food, both hotels are located near places where you can buy fresh vegetables and meat. You can also borrow a rice cooker from the hotel to cook the food for your dog. The large refrigerator in the room also allows for storing plenty of ingredients and any medications that need refrigeration. 5. The one-time cleaning fee of 200 RMB is reasonable, and there's also convenient parking available, which is a big plus for those who drive themselves. 👍

A truly pleasant surprise! First, I have to praise the front desk service. The young lady who checked me in was efficient and professional. She even proactively asked about my preferred floor and invoice details beforehand, showing great attention to detail. Although the room wasn't huge, the Chinese-style decor was very cozy, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The bedding was spotless and neatly made, and even the carpet in the hallway was clean. The internet speed was fast, and the power outlets on the desk were well-placed, which was very convenient. The biggest surprise was the soundproofing – once the doors and windows were closed, I could barely hear any noise from the corridor or the street outside, leading to excellent sleep quality. The free parking lot was spacious with clearly marked spots, which was a big plus for us self-driving guests. Overall, the facilities are very well-maintained. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next business trip to the area.

The room was very new, one of the newer Atour Hotels I've stayed at. The restaurant on the 10th floor has a great view. They offered hot tea at check-in and complimentary bottled water when leaving. It's very convenient for getting a taxi. It's close to Tongde Commercial Circle, the subway station, and the tea market. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kunming.

I've booked this hotel six times already! The owner is incredibly nice, the rooms are spotless, and it's close to Tongde Plaza, making it very convenient for getting around. The balcony has amazing natural light, perfect for sunbathing – the bright sunshine during the day instantly lifts my spirits. The room is impeccably clean; the floors and walls are spotless and pleasing to the eye. The bedding provides just the right amount of support, preventing any back pain. The bathroom is also very clean with a separate shower and toilet area; the sink and toilet are neatly arranged, showing attention to detail. The entire room is bright and clean – a truly excellent choice!

The hotel's environment is excellent. This was my first time in Kunming, and the new hotel has great facilities and comfortable beds – I especially loved the pillows! The breakfast included local specialty rice noodles, which were quite tasty. Last night, I had an important remote video conference, and the owner even took me to the hotel's meeting room. The gym was right next door, so after the meeting, I went for a quick workout, which was a great experience! For this price, it really has everything you need. The laundry room is also good. The value for money here is so much better than in Shenzhen. Kunming left a great impression on me. Oh, and I really liked the rooftop design – it has ancient-style pavilions and lotus flowers. Kunming Plaza is nearby, and the night view is also lovely.

Excellent stay, really loved it, and I'll definitely book again. It's a relatively new hotel with incredible value for money! The price is very affordable, but the overall experience completely exceeded my expectations. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, with no strange odors in the corners and meticulous attention to hygiene details. The front desk and staff were warm, friendly, and attentive. The facilities were comprehensive and practical. My stay was quiet and comfortable, and the value for money was absolutely top-notch. It's my first choice for business trips, highly recommended!

While booking hotels in China, you almost always expect to be disappointed when the photos look so good. This loft apartment exceeded all my expectations. The view was incredible. The building was very secure. The neighborhood had no shortage of food from many different cultures.  I brought my skateboard on this trip and was very thankful for the bathtub to soak my sore bones. 

The room is very clean, tidy, and spacious. It has a kitchen, a small balcony, a bathroom, and a living room. It is very warm and feels like a small home. It’s really great value for money!
