The hotel's public areas are designed very modernly, perfect for taking photos. The disposable toiletries in the room are of excellent quality, and the bathroom ventilation system works well, so there's no damp smell. The front desk even proactively offered local dining recommendations, which really added to the overall service experience.

The room is spacious, equipped with a coffee machine and microwave. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, the water temperature is stable, and the shower head is large enough. The smart toilet has a bidet function. The washing and drying machines on the second floor are Haier brand. The breakfast offers a good variety of Chinese and Western options, and the staff are very helpful; they even allow take-away breakfast. Thumbs up! 👍🏻👍🏻

Wow! I highly recommend this hotel! The front desk staff were incredibly warm, polite, and responsive to all requests. The room was spotlessly clean, well-arranged, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The absolute best part was the soundproofing – it was outstanding! I wasn't disturbed by any outside noise, which made for a perfect night's sleep. The hotel offers free parking, which is great for anyone traveling by car. The overall environment is quiet and elegant, and it offers excellent value for money. It's suitable for both short and long stays, and I've already recommended it to my friends!

I picked this for the 24/7 desk bc I was coming in from a late international flight of 2 am. I called beforehand to let them know and checkin was super easy. Room was compact but comfortable and modern. I had an issue with the outlet in my room charging my American device and texted the front desk about it and she brought a plug for me that worked for my device. Se also said there’s no need to buy a converter as most places will have the American plugin. She was super helpful and sweet! I also asked for a late checkout of 3 pm instead of the 2 pm checkout and they were also fine with that. The 2 pm checkout was already really great compared to most hotels checkout of 11 am. The only thing is the hallways were super smoke-filled. I also picked this hotel bc it had nonsmoking rooms and the room was not as smoky as in the hallways but there was a tinge of it. I’m not sure if any other hotels would be better though bc people smoke so much here.

We booked a twin room for our family trip with kids. The two beds could be pushed together, and they also provided bed rails, which was a great service. The air conditioning was a bit too strong. It got cold with the AC on, but a little warm with it off, so I had to get up in the middle of the night to turn it off every day. It would be great if it had smart control. The trash cans in the room and bathroom were a bit small. With more trash, things would easily fall out, making it harder for housekeeping to clean. There was a slight, subtle hum from the refrigerator, but it was only noticeable late at night when it was quiet. This might be a minor issue for light sleepers, but it's not a big deal. There are two elevators. One is a dedicated elevator, but the card reader wasn't very sensitive and a bit tricky to use. The other stops on all floors, which meant more people, but overall, it was still very convenient and fast.

Arrayed here a few times. It’s consistently clean and pleasant. Check-in process is quick and smooth. There are lots of small eateries close by as well as the underground station. It’s about 1/2 hour taxi ride from the airport.

I've booked this hotel six times already! The owner is incredibly nice, the rooms are spotless, and it's close to Tongde Plaza, making it very convenient for getting around. The balcony has amazing natural light, perfect for sunbathing – the bright sunshine during the day instantly lifts my spirits. The room is impeccably clean; the floors and walls are spotless and pleasing to the eye. The bedding provides just the right amount of support, preventing any back pain. The bathroom is also very clean with a separate shower and toilet area; the sink and toilet are neatly arranged, showing attention to detail. The entire room is bright and clean – a truly excellent choice!

Five-star review! The equipment experience exceeded expectations; the host ran smoothly, peripherals felt great, and the internet speed was stable with no drops. The room was clean and dry, with meticulous cleaning, and the e-sports atmosphere was just right. The gaming chair was very comfortable, making gaming less tiring. The service was warm and friendly, check-in was quick, and you could rest immediately after gaming. It's a one-stop solution for gaming and accommodation; highly recommended for gaming buddies!

I checked in early the morning and found a stain on the blanket. The cleaning lady had probably already gone off duty, so the front desk staff came over and were very helpful, changing the bedding. There's a barbecue restaurant right next to the hotel that's open until the early hours, resulting in a strong barbecue smell and smoke in the hotel. If you're particular about this, you should probably avoid it. However, its location is great; there are snack stalls nearby, making it convenient to go anywhere.

This was the most frustrating hotel stay I had during the May Day holiday. I specifically booked a room with a bathtub, and when we got back to the hotel at 10 PM, ready for the kids and adults to bathe and sleep, the water coming out was yellow… Initially, they suggested letting it run for a bit, but after half an hour, it hadn't improved. We checked the sink water, and it was the same quality. Interestingly, I had washed my face and showered in the room earlier that afternoon. I then communicated with the hotel to quickly find another room where we could bathe. The housekeeping staff helped us move rooms just before midnight. Luckily, the water quality in my parents' room was fine, so we could wash the kids there. I must add, though, that the hotel staff were all very patient and proactive in handling the issue. Even though the stay was a bit chaotic, the staff were genuinely dedicated to resolving the problems, and they did so very efficiently. I hope the hotel conducts thorough checks before assigning rooms in the future. Additionally, the hotel breakfast was mediocre. Most of the food was lukewarm to cool, which didn't really suit my taste.
