The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the bus and metro stations. The breakfast is fantastic, with a great variety including rice noodles, steamed buns, congee, and fried rice. They also offer milk for kids, and freshly squeezed soy milk. The laundry room is a huge plus, especially the dryer – it's super convenient. You can wash your clothes in 20 minutes and dry them in an hour!

This hotel's location is perfect for families. We were able to walk to the Wednesday market on Longtou Street in just 15 minutes, where the kids absolutely loved the freshly fried potatoes and sweet and spicy rice cakes. We even picked up some fresh fruits and vegetables to bring back to the hotel. It's also close to the Yunnan Wildlife Park, just a 20-minute drive away, so we didn't have to rush in the morning, and the kids were full of energy all day. The room itself was spacious and bright, with a refreshing blue and white color scheme. The bathroom, with its separate wet and dry areas, was super convenient for bathing the kids. Little touches like the Dyson hairdryer and soft-bristled toothbrushes were much appreciated. The bedding was so soft and comfortable that the kids fell asleep as soon as they hit the bed – no trouble adjusting at all. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with delicious and authentic douhua and chicken soup rice noodles, plus adorable little pastries. Even our picky eaters cleared their plates! The staff were all so warm and attentive. Flora at the front desk proactively upgraded us to a room with floor-to-ceiling windows, the bellhop helped us with the stroller, and the cleaning lady even left a small toy for our child. The free parking lot had plenty of spaces, making self-driving a breeze. This hotel was the biggest surprise of our Kunming trip. We'll definitely choose it again next time we bring the kids to Kunming!

The room was nice. It was very convenient to take the children to the safari park. The sanitation was also very clean. The lady at the front desk was also very enthusiastic and told us where to eat. There is a subway station next to the hotel. Overall, I am very satisfied and will come again next time.

The owner is so nice and helpful. The washroom was very uncomfortable and needed repair. There was no tissue, soap, towel or anything that was needed.

The boss has a good service attitude, a good environment, very quiet, it is not convenient to eat around, it is very affordable to travel and live.

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The family room was decorated so adorably, with colorful cartoon bedding that created a wonderful atmosphere. The wall colors were soft and soothing, and the all-wood wardrobes provided ample storage. The linens and towels were clean and fluffy. The room's window offered a fantastic view directly overlooking Kunming's unique antique-style buildings. Throughout the hotel, exquisite potted plants were strategically placed, creating a beautiful Chinese ambiance at every turn. The location is superb; right outside, you can find authentic Sichuan-Yunnan style noodles, and the surrounding commercial area and old streets are easily accessible. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean, and the service was attentive and thoughtful. It's perfectly suited whether you're traveling with kids or on your own.

Parents want to go to Kunming to travel by the way to do a physical examination, did a lot of homework to book their home. After arriving at the hotel, it did not disappoint. The hotel is located in the Golden Horse and Bijifang. It is surrounded by a courtyard. It is opposite the hospital. During the day, you can visit Nanping Street and Kunming Old Street at night. The hotel is comfortable and quiet, located on the roadside but not facing the street, the room has air conditioning, TV, eating, drinking and playing are also particularly convenient. The front desk service is also very good, because the parents have a lot of luggage and help to carry it upstairs. For our family who are not with our parents, I feel warm in my heart when I encounter this kind of boss. I will go to his house next time I go to Kunming.

The location is absolutely fantastic! It's so convenient to get anywhere, with tons of shopping malls nearby, making it perfect for shopping and dining. Transportation is a breeze too; the Wuyi Road B exit of Metro Line 3 can take you to various places. Everything you want to visit is incredibly close. Kunming Old Street is just a few hundred meters away, and Nanping Pedestrian Street is right downstairs, offering plenty to explore and lots of snacks. There are also many street vendors on Nanping Pedestrian Street. The room is newly renovated in a trendy 'cream style,' and the facilities and environment are very new. The bed is super soft, and it features smart home technology throughout, with all amenities provided. The front desk staff provided exceptional and incredibly polite service.

The stay was pretty good. The hotel's bedding was super comfortable, and the room windows were double-glazed, so it wasn't too noisy. If you're very sensitive to noise, you might want to check other places, but for a city center location, the soundproofing was quite impressive. Overall, a good stay!

Great location, easy to access the iconic buildings. Great staff very friendly, prompt response to all the questions. Free breakfast with a great variety of food selections, staff helped us to book the car to train station and helped with the luggage. Family with two kids had a great time here, strongly recommend. Even my dirty clothes left in the sink has been washed by the friendly staff.
