I stayed here a few times last year, and I chose this hotel again for the May Day holiday this year. It's consistently comfortable, and the facilities are well-maintained and feel very new. The various areas are adorned with jacaranda flowers, which really capture the essence of Kunming today. You can tell the hotel puts a lot of thought into everything. It's very quiet overall, and the environment is excellent. This year, the hotel offered some creative handicraft activities. The lobby staff were warm and friendly. They arranged a room with a bathtub for me, and their electric frosted glass is very convenient and stylish. During the May Day period, the price was also very reasonable and affordable. The cleanliness was impressive; it was very clean. This hotel offers great value for money and is highly recommended.

Fantastic hotel experience! The location is great, really close to the North Bus Station and the subway, which makes getting around and shopping super convenient. The room was clean and didn't have any strange smells, and the bedding was soft. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money – I'll definitely stay here again if I'm in the area!

The room was nice. It was very convenient to take the children to the safari park. The sanitation was also very clean. The lady at the front desk was also very enthusiastic and told us where to eat. There is a subway station next to the hotel. Overall, I am very satisfied and will come again next time.

The owner is so nice and helpful. The washroom was very uncomfortable and needed repair. There was no tissue, soap, towel or anything that was needed.

The boss has a good service attitude, a good environment, very quiet, it is not convenient to eat around, it is very affordable to travel and live.

This hotel completely exceeded my expectations! We chose the loft family duplex room and it was an amazing surprise – the two-story layout was spacious, and the kids' bedding was adorable and soft. The view from the window was superb, looking out directly onto a classical Chinese garden, full of lush greenery that was incredibly soothing. The lobby bar and library/lounge area were exquisitely designed, with clean and stylish details, and the accompanying tableware was neat and complete. The service was thoughtful and meticulous, and the common areas were elegantly decorated, blending traditional Chinese charm with modern simplicity. It's perfect for both family trips and short-term getaways. Our entire stay was comfortable and relaxing; I highly recommend staying here when you visit Kunming!

I went on a solo trip and booked a room at the hotel. It was exactly as pictured. The room had air conditioning, a TV, and all the necessary toiletries. The shower water pressure was excellent, making for a very comfortable shower. It's right next to Nanping Street and Kunming Old Street, and Mixue Ice Cream and Miniso are also nearby. I have to say, there are so many people opening blind boxes at Miniso! I've stayed at their hotel before and even visited the Jacaranda area. It was a comfortable and quiet place to sleep at night. Being on the street but not directly facing it, it's convenient for everything. The room was also incredibly clean; it gave a refreshing and clean feeling as soon as you entered. I highly recommend it.

This hotel's main draw is its excellent location, right on the pedestrian street across from Jinma Biji Archway, offering good value for money. It's located in a residential building, which feels very secure with key card access. It's a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle. Kunming Old Street, the Military Academy, Cuihu Lake... all within easy walking distance. For places a bit further out, the subway and bus are also very convenient. I'm giving 4.5 out of 5 stars specifically for the front desk young lady; her service truly warmed my heart.☺️

The hotel's downtown location is fantastic, with plenty of street food downstairs and convenient transportation. The room itself was great, and the service was very attentive. They also have a coffee shop on the third floor with many cute cats, although they're not very friendly. There's a cuter cat at the front desk on the first floor. Highly recommend this place for cat lovers!
