Super efficient pick-up service- appreciate the speediness as our flight landed in the wee hours of the morning. Great location being close to the airport for us to rest up. There are multiple dedicated check in porches which provides a private check-in service. Room and bedsheets are clean, with the pillows being super comfortable as a plus! Strongly recommended! :)

Booked this hotel for its proximity to the airport, and it was a great experience! The staff were fantastic, very polite and enthusiastic at the front desk. The room was spotless, and the furniture felt high quality. There's a big lawn right outside the hotel, and several restaurants nearby. You can even get KFC and McDonald's delivered. While it's a bit out of the way being near the airport, everything you need is covered. Very satisfied with my stay – highly recommend!

The hotel is only a 10-15 minute drive from the airport, and they offer free airport shuttle service. The front desk even proactively upgraded my room, which was a really thoughtful touch. The room was spotlessly clean with no strange odors, and it featured smart home technology along with a projector – perfect for relaxing with a movie. There are tons of snack stalls and eateries within a 400-meter walk, making it super convenient for food and drinks. Definitely my top choice for a layover or short stay!

I chose this hotel because it's close to the airport, and I'm not familiar with Kunming. I was returning from Shangri-La by high-speed train and needed a place to stay for one night before flying out the next day, so this seemed like the least tiring option. However, compared to the hotels I stayed at in Kunming Old Street, Lijiang, Dali, and Shangri-La, the staff here were relatively less friendly. In particular, they seemed a bit impatient when talking, and their tone was quite stiff when I made requests. Oh well, you get what you pay for since it was so cheap. I really hope the staff can improve their customer service.

The room was clean and tidy, with great natural light and ventilation. The bedding was soft and comfortable, making for a very good night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was quick. It's conveniently located with plenty of dining options downstairs. The bathroom had ample hot water, and the facilities were well-maintained. It offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip. Highly recommended!

Tonight's Longyun Hotel absolutely deserves a five-star rating! The hotel environment is elegant and serene, and the lobby is clean and comfortable. The airport transfer service was punctual and efficient, with the driver proactively helping with luggage, making travel completely stress-free. The staff were warm and attentive; check-in was quick, and requests were handled promptly. Room hygiene was impeccable, with every corner spotless and the bedding fresh. The room is equipped with a smart 'Xiaodu' assistant, allowing voice control of lights, curtains, and air conditioning, which is both convenient and high-tech. All the facilities throughout the hotel are brand new and work perfectly. The fitness center has a full range of well-maintained equipment, so you can still work out even when on the go. Overall, the experience in all aspects was outstanding. It's my top choice for accommodation when traveling, and I will definitely come back next time!

Our group of eight traveled around Yunnan for 12 days, and Citymark Hotel (Kunming Changshui Airport) was by far everyone's favorite. The service was exceptional; as soon as we walked in, the front desk greeted us with warm smiles, making us feel right at home. The rooms were incredibly clean and featured smart services. All the slippers and towels were sterilized and sealed, and the sheets and duvet covers were impeccably clean, even better than at home. They also offered free shuttle service, and the breakfast spread was varied, nutritious, and delicious. It was a stark contrast to the cold attitude we experienced from staff at other hotels earlier in our trip. Everyone agreed that on our next visit to Kunming, Yunnan, we'll definitely stay at Citymark Hotel again and recommend it to our friends and family.
