Booked this hotel for its proximity to the airport, and it was a great experience! The staff were fantastic, very polite and enthusiastic at the front desk. The room was spotless, and the furniture felt high quality. There's a big lawn right outside the hotel, and several restaurants nearby. You can even get KFC and McDonald's delivered. While it's a bit out of the way being near the airport, everything you need is covered. Very satisfied with my stay – highly recommend!

Facilities: The hotel facilities are very complete, with the toilet and shower room separated. Cleanliness: The hygiene standards are quite high. All the details are very well executed. Environment: There are restaurants and snack stalls with barbecue around the hotel. Service: The lady at the front desk was very polite, and immediately brought a cup of hot tea when I arrived in the lobby. I've been to Kunming many times, and this hotel has the best service I've experienced. The shuttle driver helped with my luggage. All in all, it's highly recommended! I will definitely stay here again next time.

The room decor is stylish and smart. The garden is beautifully maintained, and there's a long covered walkway in the courtyard – perfect for a rainy day, it would create a lovely atmosphere. The owner is incredibly honest and accommodating; they picked us up from the airport three times without a single complaint, even though we arrived from different locations. Knowing we wanted to try bayberries, they contacted a nearby orchard and took us there for picking. The orchard's prices were super cheap! As our first stop in Kunming, this small hotel left us very satisfied, setting a fantastic mood for the rest of our trip. We'll definitely be back!

I booked this hotel because I had an early flight, and its proximity to the airport, coupled with the free shuttle service, was a real plus. The staff were all incredibly friendly; the shuttle driver even helped with my luggage, and the front desk was very polite – it made the whole experience very pleasant. The room was fully smart-controlled; you could operate everything just by speaking, which was fantastic! The room was also very clean, which I really appreciated. Plus, within a few hundred meters of the hotel, there are many snack and BBQ stalls, which are quite unique and add to the local flavor. I think staying here is an excellent choice – very convenient. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance.

The 24-hour complimentary airport shuttle is super convenient and stress-free, taking only 10 minutes, and the driver was punctual and attentive. The rooms are clean with no strange odors, and the soundproofing is excellent. With smart room controls and zero-pressure mattresses, I slept soundly without being disturbed by airplane noise. Breakfast includes Yunnan rice noodles, fresh and abundant. The value for money is exceptional. This is definitely the top choice for layovers or early morning flights!

Extremely satisfied! The room was spacious and came with an oxygen concentrator, smart home features, a smart toilet, and a high-power hairdryer! The water heater was excellent, providing hot water instantly, and the shower pressure was fantastic, making for a refreshing shower. Plus, when we arrived at the hotel at past 10 PM on the first day, they offered car pick-up and complimentary rice noodle supper! The value for money and the environment are both incredible. They even gave us a souvenir gift. Overall, everything was top-notch; we had a very comfortable stay!

The service is impeccable; everyone was polite from check-in to check-out, and they were always there for any issues. The rooms were incredibly clean—the floors, bathroom, and bedding were spotless, and all the facilities were brand new. The most delightful surprise was the airport shuttle service. They always picked us up on time, no matter how early or late, so we didn't have to worry about taking a taxi. The room even had a smart speaker; you could control the curtains and lights just by speaking from bed—a lazy person's dream! The gym downstairs was fully equipped, so we could get some light exercise while traveling. Overall, a perfect experience, and the top choice for connecting flights!

Our group of eight traveled around Yunnan for 12 days, and Citymark Hotel (Kunming Changshui Airport) was by far everyone's favorite. The service was exceptional; as soon as we walked in, the front desk greeted us with warm smiles, making us feel right at home. The rooms were incredibly clean and featured smart services. All the slippers and towels were sterilized and sealed, and the sheets and duvet covers were impeccably clean, even better than at home. They also offered free shuttle service, and the breakfast spread was varied, nutritious, and delicious. It was a stark contrast to the cold attitude we experienced from staff at other hotels earlier in our trip. Everyone agreed that on our next visit to Kunming, Yunnan, we'll definitely stay at Citymark Hotel again and recommend it to our friends and family.

This stay was very pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located with excellent surrounding amenities. Airport pick-up and drop-off were prompt, the rooms were cozy and comfortable, and very clean. There were themed rooms and a game room, and the soundproofing was good. The service was excellent; it's truly a trustworthy and high-quality hotel.
