I had notified the hotel that i would late check in after 1 am as my flights arrived around 1.35 am, at the same time I requested an airport transfer and the hotel officially confirmed by email to arrange the pick up. To my disappointment, after clearing the custom I cant see any vehicle from the hotel, i had been keep waiting at airport and have no way to look for assistance. We called the hotel & they replied that no transportation had been arranged and only arranged after we called. This is a bad service that i ever experience.
After check in the hotel, we noticed the aircond does not functioning well, we call reception to send someone to check, the front desk replied there is no other staff on duty so no one can check for me. To my surprise a big hotel only with 1 staff on duty is really speechless.
