We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Kunming. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city, making it very convenient for exploring the area. There are night markets, shopping malls, restaurants, and metro stations all within walking distance, which made getting around extremely easy. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free. Our room was spacious, modern, beautifully designed, and exceptionally clean. The facilities were well-maintained and thoughtfully provided, making our stay both comfortable and enjoyable. We especially appreciated the cozy atmosphere and attention to detail throughout the hotel. Combining a prime location, modern amenities, and spotless cleanliness, this hotel offers great value for anyone visiting Kunming. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

The concierge even thoughtfully sent us directions to the hotel. I have to say, Kunming really has so much delicious food! It's our first time here, and it feels like we could spend several days just exploring this area. **Facilities:** The overall furnishings are quite tasteful. Although the decor and history of this place feel quite dated, you can tell a lot of effort went into it. All the furniture is made of rosewood, and it's clear that the design of the pavilions, terraces, and soft furnishings perfectly aligns with Chinese aesthetics. It's truly beautiful, as if every scene was specifically designed by a professional. There's a really, really large executive lounge that's perfect for photos – it feels more like an upscale business club. It's also great for families and friends! Every single staff member's service was truly exceptional. They enthusiastically greeted us every time they saw us 😄 It was a very, very satisfying experience!

We love the free laundry service, the hotel staff sent our washed and dried clothes to our rooms the next morning. All towels were sealed in bags to ensure cleanliness. We were served honey drinks immediately when the staff met us at the counter. The rooms we booked were spacious. The location is definitely excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is right by Nanping Street, just a few minutes' walk from the subway. It's perfectly located for checking out Jinma Biji Archway and Kunming Old Street along the way, with plenty of malls and local eateries nearby, so you don't have to go far for shopping or food. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was just right – not too hard, not too soft. The private bathroom with separate wet and dry areas was a thoughtful touch. Amenities are comprehensive: there's a 24-hour self-service laundry room, so you can wash dirty clothes anytime after an outing. The front desk staff are always on duty, ready to help with luggage storage, directions, or anything you need, and they're genuinely helpful, not just going through the motions. It's a great fit for business trips, tourism, or family travel – a comfortable base right in the city center.

What surprised me the most was the cleanliness, which completely exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless, with a neat and airy layout, and excellent natural light and ventilation. The bedding was soft and clean, with a subtle, pleasant scent. Lying down, it felt incredibly comfortable, and the mattress was just the right firmness. Even as a light sleeper, I enjoyed a peaceful night's rest. The bathroom had a dry/wet separation, no water accumulation on the counter, and clean, dust-free corners. The toiletries were of high quality, gentle and non-irritating, and they thoughtfully provided disposable face towels, storage bags, and other small items – truly excellent attention to detail. The host was warm, genuine, gentle, and patient, providing exceptionally thoughtful service. Before check-in, they meticulously sent the location, parking instructions, and a guide to nearby attractions. Any questions were answered promptly, with detailed and thorough explanations. Upon arrival, they proactively helped with luggage and even prepared local fruits and a warm drink, making me feel incredibly welcome, just like coming home. For any daily needs, the host was always there to help immediately, treating guests sincerely and without perfunctory gestures, making interactions easy and comfortable. The location is also excellent, making travel incredibly convenient. It's very close to Dounan Flower Market, reachable by walking or cycling, making it super easy to explore the market and buy fresh flowers. Nearby, there are supermarkets, fresh produce markets, and snack shops – all essential amenities are readily available. Eating and shopping don't require going far, and taxis are easily accessible. It's perfect for both leisurely getaways and short trips. Every detail of this guesthouse reflects the owner's care and taste; it's not deliberately luxurious, but warm and heartfelt in every corner. Here, I not only gained a comfortable living experience but also felt a long-lost sense of relaxation and peace. Away from the city's hustle and bustle, I was able to calm my mind and embrace a slower, healing, and wonderful life. The value for money is outstanding; the environment, cleanliness, and service are all impeccable. I highly recommend it whether you're traveling solo, with friends, or on a short-term stay. I genuinely recommend it to anyone planning to visit Dounan or Kunming – you won't be disappointed, and it will exceed your expectations!

The location of the apartment is excellent. Within walking distance to downtown & the muslim quarter. The overall condition of the apartment is just OK. The size is good for 2 pax. The furniture & facilities look quite jaded eg bathroom vanity shelf could not be used cos it was wobbly & not fixed to the wall properly. The pantry cabinets could be replaced too. But overall, we were quite happy with the apartment.

I stayed for 5 days this time, and the overall experience was much better than I expected. The hotel is right inside the pedestrian street, surrounded by bustling businesses. It's super convenient for dining, shopping, and getting a taxi. Right behind it is Shuncheng Shopping Mall, which has lots of great restaurants, and I even managed to snag a new colorway of Salomon sneakers there! In front, there's another mall where you can buy the famous BA bagels downstairs. It’s about a 10-minute walk to Kunming Old Street, and another 15 minutes further will get you to Cuihu Lake – perfect for tourists or those staying long-term. Guest rooms are on the 5th and 6th floors. You need a key card to access them, and food deliveries are brought up by a robot, which makes you feel quite secure. The only minor issue is that because the hotel is on a pedestrian street, taxis can't drop you right at the entrance. You have to walk about 50 meters with your luggage, but the path isn't difficult, so a standard suitcase is fine. The room was very clean and much more spacious than I imagined. All three of my suitcases could be laid out completely without any problem. The room type I booked even had a sofa and a small table, which was perfect as I worked there for all 5 days and didn't even need to find a coffee shop. The bedding was very comfortable, leading to a good night's sleep. The amenities were also quite comprehensive, with a 'Xiaodu' smart assistant, which is great for lazy people 😄. Plus, the room surprisingly had a refrigerator, which was a huge bonus! Aside from mineral water, they also provided a can of Coke and a can of Sprite every day. Housekeeping replenished drinks, tea bags, coffee, and disposable toiletries daily, regardless of whether you’d used them all the day before. As a result, after my 5-day stay, I still had 6 cans of soda left when I checked out! One small problem was that there was no direct way to contact the front desk from the room. There was no phone, and the Xiaodu assistant couldn't call the front desk. I had to use my own mobile phone or go upstairs to the front desk in person. The soundproofing of the room itself was actually pretty good, but it just so happened that during my stay, some other guests often came back very late and were talking and making noise in the hallway. Eventually, around the third day, I couldn't take it anymore and called the front desk. They did come up to check and handle the situation, which was pretty good. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Kunming.

This stay exceeded my expectations! The front desk service was warm and efficient. The room was spotless, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent – I slept like a log. There was plenty of hot water, and all the toiletries were provided. The hotel's location is convenient, making it easy to find places to eat and shop nearby. The staff were gentle and responsive to requests, showing attentiveness in every detail. Overall, it offers great value for money, and the environment is quiet and elegant. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town, truly recommend it to everyone!

Compared to other hotels in the same price range, this one's room decor and cleanliness are quite good. It's very clean, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. I have to say, the disposable slippers they provide are super soft, thick, and very comfortable! The wireless charger by the bed is a lifesaver for someone like me who forgot their charging cable and has to catch a high-speed train tomorrow. The only minor thing is you have to turn on the TV to connect to the WiFi. The front desk lady's service was also excellent! I really have to praise her. She answered all our questions and the restaurants she recommended were all fantastic – highly recommend!
