We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Kunming. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city, making it very convenient for exploring the area. There are night markets, shopping malls, restaurants, and metro stations all within walking distance, which made getting around extremely easy. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free. Our room was spacious, modern, beautifully designed, and exceptionally clean. The facilities were well-maintained and thoughtfully provided, making our stay both comfortable and enjoyable. We especially appreciated the cozy atmosphere and attention to detail throughout the hotel. Combining a prime location, modern amenities, and spotless cleanliness, this hotel offers great value for anyone visiting Kunming. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

This Chinese-style guesthouse completely exceeded our expectations. Tucked away in a bustling area, it offers a peaceful retreat that's surprisingly easy to find with navigation. Turning the corner and stepping inside felt like entering a hidden gem. I was initially worried about finding it, but the host went above and beyond with both calls and messages to guide us – a truly thoughtful touch. The overall decor is authentic modern Chinese, with wooden furnishings and carefully designed courtyard landscaping evident in every detail. Every time we passed by, the front desk staff warmly greeted us, always polite and respectful. It really made us feel valued. Our room was incredibly quiet throughout our stay, with no noise disturbances at night. The room itself was spotless, and the mosquito control on the second floor was excellent. We could open the windows to soak in the atmosphere of the old city, and the comfortable Yunnan climate combined with the ancient architectural setting made for a truly delightful experience.

We love the free laundry service, the hotel staff sent our washed and dried clothes to our rooms the next morning. All towels were sealed in bags to ensure cleanliness. We were served honey drinks immediately when the staff met us at the counter. The rooms we booked were spacious. The location is definitely excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is right by Nanping Street, just a few minutes' walk from the subway. It's perfectly located for checking out Jinma Biji Archway and Kunming Old Street along the way, with plenty of malls and local eateries nearby, so you don't have to go far for shopping or food. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was just right – not too hard, not too soft. The private bathroom with separate wet and dry areas was a thoughtful touch. Amenities are comprehensive: there's a 24-hour self-service laundry room, so you can wash dirty clothes anytime after an outing. The front desk staff are always on duty, ready to help with luggage storage, directions, or anything you need, and they're genuinely helpful, not just going through the motions. It's a great fit for business trips, tourism, or family travel – a comfortable base right in the city center.

The room was incredibly spacious, bright, and very quiet, with all the amenities you could ask for. The thoughtful floral touches throughout the room really showed the owner's dedication, creating a truly homely atmosphere. The bathroom was also large, with a separate wet and dry area, and that huge makeup mirror was a definite plus! There's even a washing machine and a smart toilet that was pleasantly warm – definitely a nice touch. For just over 100, finding a guesthouse like this felt like a steal! The only minor thing was having to pay extra for disposable bath and face towels, but I brought my own anyway. Plus, they offer free luggage storage for the next day, which was super convenient. There are plenty of places to eat and things to do nearby, making it a very convenient location. I highly recommend trying the braised chicken rice noodles downstairs – absolutely delicious!

The location of the apartment is excellent. Within walking distance to downtown & the muslim quarter. The overall condition of the apartment is just OK. The size is good for 2 pax. The furniture & facilities look quite jaded eg bathroom vanity shelf could not be used cos it was wobbly & not fixed to the wall properly. The pantry cabinets could be replaced too. But overall, we were quite happy with the apartment.

I stayed for 5 days this time, and the overall experience was much better than I expected. The hotel is right inside the pedestrian street, surrounded by bustling businesses. It's super convenient for dining, shopping, and getting a taxi. Right behind it is Shuncheng Shopping Mall, which has lots of great restaurants, and I even managed to snag a new colorway of Salomon sneakers there! In front, there's another mall where you can buy the famous BA bagels downstairs. It’s about a 10-minute walk to Kunming Old Street, and another 15 minutes further will get you to Cuihu Lake – perfect for tourists or those staying long-term. Guest rooms are on the 5th and 6th floors. You need a key card to access them, and food deliveries are brought up by a robot, which makes you feel quite secure. The only minor issue is that because the hotel is on a pedestrian street, taxis can't drop you right at the entrance. You have to walk about 50 meters with your luggage, but the path isn't difficult, so a standard suitcase is fine. The room was very clean and much more spacious than I imagined. All three of my suitcases could be laid out completely without any problem. The room type I booked even had a sofa and a small table, which was perfect as I worked there for all 5 days and didn't even need to find a coffee shop. The bedding was very comfortable, leading to a good night's sleep. The amenities were also quite comprehensive, with a 'Xiaodu' smart assistant, which is great for lazy people 😄. Plus, the room surprisingly had a refrigerator, which was a huge bonus! Aside from mineral water, they also provided a can of Coke and a can of Sprite every day. Housekeeping replenished drinks, tea bags, coffee, and disposable toiletries daily, regardless of whether you’d used them all the day before. As a result, after my 5-day stay, I still had 6 cans of soda left when I checked out! One small problem was that there was no direct way to contact the front desk from the room. There was no phone, and the Xiaodu assistant couldn't call the front desk. I had to use my own mobile phone or go upstairs to the front desk in person. The soundproofing of the room itself was actually pretty good, but it just so happened that during my stay, some other guests often came back very late and were talking and making noise in the hallway. Eventually, around the third day, I couldn't take it anymore and called the front desk. They did come up to check and handle the situation, which was pretty good. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Kunming.

真心誇誇昆明裡格酒店，入住體驗超出預期。衞生做得很到位，馬桶還有紫外線消毒，住着安心。三樓天台能看東寺塔，閑了上去吹吹風視野很好。 特別貼心幾個點：大堂咖啡、各類茶飲無限免費自取，早起或者逛累了回來喝一杯很愜意；前台配備便民百寶箱，各種零碎生活用品齊全，出門丟三落四也不用慌；酒店配有自助洗衣房，洗衣機烘乾機都能用，旅行攢的衣服洗完直接烘乾，太實用了。 前台人員態度温和，有需求響應快，全屋智能控制也省事，整體性價比拉滿，來昆明住宿很推薦這家。

This stay exceeded my expectations! The front desk service was warm and efficient. The room was spotless, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent – I slept like a log. There was plenty of hot water, and all the toiletries were provided. The hotel's location is convenient, making it easy to find places to eat and shop nearby. The staff were gentle and responsive to requests, showing attentiveness in every detail. Overall, it offers great value for money, and the environment is quiet and elegant. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town, truly recommend it to everyone!

Compared to other hotels in the same price range, this one's room decor and cleanliness are quite good. It's very clean, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. I have to say, the disposable slippers they provide are super soft, thick, and very comfortable! The wireless charger by the bed is a lifesaver for someone like me who forgot their charging cable and has to catch a high-speed train tomorrow. The only minor thing is you have to turn on the TV to connect to the WiFi. The front desk lady's service was also excellent! I really have to praise her. She answered all our questions and the restaurants she recommended were all fantastic – highly recommend!
