We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Kunming. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city, making it very convenient for exploring the area. There are night markets, shopping malls, restaurants, and metro stations all within walking distance, which made getting around extremely easy. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free. Our room was spacious, modern, beautifully designed, and exceptionally clean. The facilities were well-maintained and thoughtfully provided, making our stay both comfortable and enjoyable. We especially appreciated the cozy atmosphere and attention to detail throughout the hotel. Combining a prime location, modern amenities, and spotless cleanliness, this hotel offers great value for anyone visiting Kunming. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

My stay here far exceeded my expectations. The room was spotlessly clean, with meticulous attention to detail everywhere. The mattress was just right – neither too soft nor too firm – and the soundproofing was excellent, making for a wonderfully quiet night. Check-in at the front desk was quick and smooth, and the staff were polite and responsive to all requests. The location is superb, making dining and getting around very convenient. Overall, it felt cozy and secure, making it a top choice for accommodation in this city. I've already recommended it to friends and look forward to staying again.

We love the free laundry service, the hotel staff sent our washed and dried clothes to our rooms the next morning. All towels were sealed in bags to ensure cleanliness. We were served honey drinks immediately when the staff met us at the counter. The rooms we booked were spacious. The location is definitely excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Easy communication with staff through WeChat. They responded to my enquiries round the clock. Willing to assist me even after check out. All the front staff ladies are polite and attentive. Especially the staff with surname万 and 李. The hotel has simple gym facilities, kid playroom and afternoon tea provided at the counter. There are washing machine and dryer free for in house guests to use. Breakfast: both Chinese and western dishes available. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives.

The room was incredibly spacious, bright, and very quiet, with all the amenities you could ask for. The thoughtful floral touches throughout the room really showed the owner's dedication, creating a truly homely atmosphere. The bathroom was also large, with a separate wet and dry area, and that huge makeup mirror was a definite plus! There's even a washing machine and a smart toilet that was pleasantly warm – definitely a nice touch. For just over 100, finding a guesthouse like this felt like a steal! The only minor thing was having to pay extra for disposable bath and face towels, but I brought my own anyway. Plus, they offer free luggage storage for the next day, which was super convenient. There are plenty of places to eat and things to do nearby, making it a very convenient location. I highly recommend trying the braised chicken rice noodles downstairs – absolutely delicious!

We got upgraded, but the upgrade was not what we wanted. I felt we were dumped into an worst off room.. Spent only 1 night here. The whole building has only 1 working lift. It takes ages going up and down and its always packed, we were on the 12th floor. The corridor leading to room felr sleazy and dark and stinks.. The toilet was dirty and mold was everywhere, we were disgusted just trying to use it. The washer has no dryer and no place to hang clothes. Found a lumped up tissue behind the door in the bathroom. Yucks. Washer was dirty too.. whole house Floor was tacky and can really feel dirty beneath ur feet. The bed was very hard. Tatami was very hard too. Decor wise; in an attempt to look cosy, it has many plants that were in very dirty water and it was very dusty and decor was so worn down it made the house look very dead and sullen. The cooking space and sink was so gross also. The cutleries were rusty. every corner was dusty. We didnt even feel comfortable on the sofa. We sat on edges cause we felt disgusted.. The location was perfect otherwise. Such a waste. Wont ever book this room. Didnt even see the landlord. Dont think the landlord even checks the condition of the rooms before renting out. The housekeeping did a terrible job. Landlord is very responsive nonetheless.

I stayed for 5 days this time, and the overall experience was much better than I expected. The hotel is right inside the pedestrian street, surrounded by bustling businesses. It's super convenient for dining, shopping, and getting a taxi. Right behind it is Shuncheng Shopping Mall, which has lots of great restaurants, and I even managed to snag a new colorway of Salomon sneakers there! In front, there's another mall where you can buy the famous BA bagels downstairs. It’s about a 10-minute walk to Kunming Old Street, and another 15 minutes further will get you to Cuihu Lake – perfect for tourists or those staying long-term. Guest rooms are on the 5th and 6th floors. You need a key card to access them, and food deliveries are brought up by a robot, which makes you feel quite secure. The only minor issue is that because the hotel is on a pedestrian street, taxis can't drop you right at the entrance. You have to walk about 50 meters with your luggage, but the path isn't difficult, so a standard suitcase is fine. The room was very clean and much more spacious than I imagined. All three of my suitcases could be laid out completely without any problem. The room type I booked even had a sofa and a small table, which was perfect as I worked there for all 5 days and didn't even need to find a coffee shop. The bedding was very comfortable, leading to a good night's sleep. The amenities were also quite comprehensive, with a 'Xiaodu' smart assistant, which is great for lazy people 😄. Plus, the room surprisingly had a refrigerator, which was a huge bonus! Aside from mineral water, they also provided a can of Coke and a can of Sprite every day. Housekeeping replenished drinks, tea bags, coffee, and disposable toiletries daily, regardless of whether you’d used them all the day before. As a result, after my 5-day stay, I still had 6 cans of soda left when I checked out! One small problem was that there was no direct way to contact the front desk from the room. There was no phone, and the Xiaodu assistant couldn't call the front desk. I had to use my own mobile phone or go upstairs to the front desk in person. The soundproofing of the room itself was actually pretty good, but it just so happened that during my stay, some other guests often came back very late and were talking and making noise in the hallway. Eventually, around the third day, I couldn't take it anymore and called the front desk. They did come up to check and handle the situation, which was pretty good. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Kunming.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with this hotel. It's a new establishment with a clean environment, conveniently located near Kunming Old Street, making transportation very accessible. The front desk service was thoughtful and attentive; they even helped dry my clothes and made coffee for me. The hotel is equipped with a refrigerator and microwave, and they can also provide ice. Breakfast is served at the neighboring shop, and the food is delicious, especially the wontons. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped. It's a perfect choice for travel and offers excellent value for money.

The hotel rooms are quite new, and the courtyard design is very pretty. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, especially the older gentleman at the entrance who proactively helped us with our luggage. There are also plenty of good restaurants around the hotel, and it's only a few minutes' walk from the old town, making it a quiet retreat in a bustling area. We stayed for three nights, and my family was very satisfied. I only have one small suggestion: when cleaning the rooms, perhaps check the refrigerator. We suspect the previous guest bought durian and put it in the fridge, which resulted in a durian smell every time we opened it.

My stay this time was a pleasant surprise! The hotel is very close to the hospital, and it's super easy to catch a taxi right outside. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The bathroom's wet and dry areas were perfectly separated and there were no strange smells at all. The bedding was just right – not too soft, not too firm – I slept soundly all night.
