Choosing this hotel in the city center during my trip to Kunming was definitely the right decision! The location is incredibly convenient. It's just a few minutes' walk to the subway station, and it's not far from attractions like Kunming Old Street and the Golden Horse and Jade Rooster Archway. There are restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping malls all around, so you don't have to go far to enjoy local snacks or go shopping. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the blankets were soft, the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and there were no unpleasant odors. The toiletries were also provided. The staff were exceptionally friendly. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. They patiently explained what restaurants were nearby and how to get to the attractions, and even offered to help us with our luggage. I had a very comfortable stay, and it was great value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Kunming!

This was the worst value-for-money hotel I've stayed at in Kunming. I saw on the map that the location was great, but upon arrival, I found the hotel entrance was on a service road under an overpass at a crossroads, and the surroundings were a mess! However, it's very close to the subway station, making transportation convenient. There were thresholds at both the room door and the bathroom door, which I found very odd – you could easily trip! The room window faced the street, but the soundproofing of the glass was good, so it wasn't noisy at all. Yet, the soundproofing for the room door facing the hallway was terrible; when people opened their doors or talked across the hall, it sounded like they were right next to me. The front desk upgraded my room, but it was still very small. Besides the bed, the aisle was only wide enough for one person to walk. The wall-mounted air conditioner was very dirty, with mold inside, and the up-and-down airflow couldn't be adjusted, so it only blew directly onto the head of the bed. The front desk suggested I pay an extra 59 to become a member and get free breakfast, but I was very disappointed when I went to the 17th-floor restaurant the next day. The restaurant was small, with limited variety, and only two aunties were working – one in the kitchen and one helping guests with noodles outside. It was clearly understaffed for the number of people. Used dishes weren't cleared quickly enough, and there was leftover food and tissues on the floor, indicating poor hygiene. I even saw an ill-mannered child sneezing directly onto the buffet food with no parental supervision! In summary, apart from the somewhat good location, the room facilities and staff management reflect low-cost investment. I regret spending 59 to become a member and will not choose any hotels from this brand's chain again.

The hotel was clean and tidy, in a very convenient location with easy access to transportation and complete facilities. There are also many attractions nearby, and it is very close to Nanping Street, Cuihu Lake, and Daguanlou. It was a very good stay experience.

All the lids were covered or the leaking hot water was heated by the water heater. The bath was not enough to fill the water and it became cold water. Think about burning it. Wait for the bath to be burned. The water in the tank leaked again. It was very helpless. This design is not very good. The disposable bath bag TV does not know if it is the operation reason or what reason can not be opened. Including a pillowcase and broken. In general, it feels a bit worth the price. The location is also great, just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, and there are plenty of snack shops nearby. It was a comfortable and convenient stay, and the value for money was fantastic. I'd definitely stay here again.

The room as a whole is OK, there is a small suggestion, the bed in the room can be changed a little, the mattress is a bit thin, it may not be very friendly to people who like soft beds, the washing machine seems to be a bit leaky
