There was a noticeable difference between my two stays. The second-floor room had poor soundproofing, and the pipe noises were very clear, while the fourth-floor room was much quieter. I have to commend the staff though – their service was absolutely top-notch! The front desk lady was warm and polite, always greeting guests, and even thoughtfully gave me a small gift to apologize for the soundproofing issue. Whenever I encountered the cleaning staff, they would warmly ask if I needed bottled water. These small details were incredibly reassuring. Overall, the excellent service really elevated my experience. I highly recommend it; if soundproofing is a concern, just opt for a higher floor.

With Kunming North Railway station on your left walk straight 300m; you will see Sheng Siong supermarket; at block '6th' entrance take the lift up 19th floor. Grateful for the room upgrade; we have had a quiet smoke free room; stayed 5 nights; made this a base for day trips to Fuxian Lake, etc. Good value for money. The hotel is clean and tidy, firm beds make for a restful sleep; staff are welcoming and accommodating. Having the use of the washing machine is most helpful. Take bus#4 from the railway station to Green lake 9 stops away. Bus fare Y2 get ready your cash. There's a Y15 buffet offering 20 Chinese dishes at 永善路(Yong Shan Lu) from 1100hr to 1300hr opposite 双龙商店(Shalom Plaza)

At the same time, the environment in this homestay is clean and tidy, bright and comfortable, and it is particularly comfortable to live in. It is also equipped with various things that may be needed, such as disinfection wipes, umbrellas, disposable towels, etc. The boss considers the customers very carefully. Even paper towels are not used as miscellaneous brands, you can feel the boss's serious, responsible and dedicated attitude! I believe that such a homestay will be better and better, and I will push this homestay!

I was very satisfied with my stay this time. The hotel is super close to the train station, making it incredibly convenient for short trips to nearby cities, with Kunming as a hub. No need to rush early in the morning or late at night; the hotel is just a few steps from the train station. The hotel service was also excellent; the front desk staff, both ladies and gentlemen, were very professional and welcoming. They even upgraded my room. The hotel overall is clean and tidy, and the front desk receptionists were friendly and kind. The room's bathroom had a wet/dry separation, and the lighting and space layout were well-designed. There are many dining options nearby, and both the subway and taxis are easily accessible. I also really liked the hotel breakfast; there was a good variety, and having breakfast on the 8th-floor terrace was particularly pleasant. The hotel also has a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer, which is very relaxing and convenient for travelers to wash and dry their clothes, shedding travel fatigue. That's why I chose to extend my stay here when I returned to Kunming from my short trip.

Excellent location for people who want to travel fast. It was really easy for me to get to Kunming Railway Station because it's 5 minutes by foot. Room is spacious enough to store your bag and luggage. The host was really kind and fast responding. I totally recommending this place. 👍👍👍

Come to Yunnan to travel, stay in a super cost-effective homestay, the room is newer, large and spacious, the bathroom is very good, or Jiumu. Toiletries are all available, clean, covered, towels are clean, my son likes the sofa in the room very much. I forgot to take pictures of the room, but I took pictures of the hair dryer, because I also want to buy the same model. highly recommended

I chose this hotel because I needed to catch a high-speed train the next day and saw that it was close to Kunming Station. The front desk clerk was incredibly enthusiastic. Since I was going to be away for a few days and had some shopping that was inconvenient to carry, I was able to leave my luggage there for several days, which was a huge help. What really stands out is that I had already boarded the high-speed train when I realized I'd forgotten something. The front desk clerk actually called me to let me know and even helped me mail it. This level of service far exceeded my expectations for the price. Thumbs up to the front desk clerk!

The environment is excellent, the rooms are clean and hygienic, and the surrounding area is very convenient for eating, drinking, and entertainment. There's a bus stop and subway station right outside the door, and the owner is very helpful.
