The room is control by the smart system (华住). Laundry service and drying is provided free to all the guests of the hotel. Somemore, there is detergent, iron and iron board, laundry bag, laundry basket etc available if you prefer handwash. The reception is friendly and polite. They also provide free storage of luggages for their guests once you checked out and want to go for city walk or others.
