This hotel truly deserves a commendation, especially at this price point. I was traveling with my child, and to my surprise, as soon as we arrived, the staff immediately upgraded our room after seeing my little one. They even provided disposable slippers and a toothbrush for the child. This was a first for me, and it made me feel incredibly warm inside. Despite the existing facilities, you can really feel their dedication in every aspect – the environment, service, cleanliness, and breakfast were all superb. Every detail was excellent. It's a highly recommended hotel with a genuine warmth!

Perfectly situated just a 12-minute stroll from the South Ring Road Station, this hotel offers effortless access to Kunming’s transit network. The seamless connectivity makes commuting to the high-speed railway station or exploring local attractions entirely hassle-free. A standout feature is the generous room size. In contrast to the typically cramped city-center accommodations, the rooms here are remarkably spacious and thoughtfully designed, providing an ideal sanctuary to unpack and unwind. What truly elevates the stay, however, is the exceptional service. The entire team is polite, attentive, and deeply committed to guest satisfaction—with a special shoutout to the housekeeping staff, whose hard work and helpful attitude did not go unnoticed.

The location is super convenient, just a 10-minute walk from Kunming Station. The rooms are on higher floors, and I think the soundproofing is pretty good for such a noisy area. The hotel service is excellent; you can always find staff even in the early hours. The breakfast spread is rich, though the restaurant lighting could be better. The elevators are the biggest issue! There are two separate elevators, and during busy times, they stop on almost every floor, but no one is there to get on or off! But overall, it's still a good hotel. ❤️

Excellent, clean, and modern. The room was small and cozy and everything was clean. I enjoyed the small window view and bedside lights. Manager was super kind, gave me water while I waited during check -in. Staff was very nice too. Free laundry. Great location. 5minutes walk from north exit (train station). Also close to many restaurants, coffee shop, supermarket, and a local market area that sells toys for cheap. Hotel is in 6 building 14 floor. Thank you !! 😊

Very close to Kunming Station, perfect for travelers catching an early train the next morning. It's quite good value for money. The hotel entrance is a bit small and not very noticeable, but they even upgraded our room for free.

This hotel is really close to Kunming Railway Station. You can exit directly to the square from the hotel's back door. The front desk staff was great and gave us a free room upgrade. The room facilities were complete and it was relatively quiet. They even have a robot that can deliver food. However, the area around the train station isn't the best, and it's easy to get stuck in traffic when taking a taxi. But that's just how traffic is in Kunming, so there's nothing that can be done about it, and it's not the hotel's fault.

We stayed here for three nights at the end of our Yunnan trip, and overall, it was a very comfortable and convenient stay. One thing worth clarifying is that the hotel is actually ”Park Inn by Radisson” or in Mandarin ”丽柏”. Trip.com listed it under a rather confusing name, “昆明·丽柏WAVESWEPT·MISTYSEA设计酒店,” which can make it difficult to identify the property. The location was excellent for us as we were travelling by train. The hotel is within walking distance of Kunming Railway Station and Line 2 metro station, making it very convenient for getting around. When it was time for us to leave, the hotel even offered us a complimentary ride to the metro station, where we could take a direct train to the airport. This was a very thoughtful touch. The breakfast was another highlight. There was a good variety of both Western and Chinese options, so there was something for everyone. They also served noodles from around 9–11pm, which was particularly welcoming when we arrived late in the evening with empty stomachs. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They gave us useful recommendations on where to visit around Kunming and were especially helpful when I had technical difficulties placing a ******* order as a foreigner. Their willingness to help with something outside the usual hotel services was much appreciated. The main downside for me was the sound insulation. I could clearly hear the water running from the neighbouring room whenever they turned on the tap. Traffic noise was also noticeable despite staying on the 4th floor. Overall, I had a very positive experience. The combination of a convenient location, excellent breakfast, late-night noodles, and genuinely helpful staff makes this a hotel I would happily return to when visiting Kunming again. Next time, I would simply request a higher floor for a quieter night's sleep.

Booked this hotel last minute for a business trip, and it was surprisingly good! The lobby was quite nice when I walked in, and they had complimentary tea available. They replenished the tea every day during my three-day stay, which was a great touch. On top of that, the room was clean, and there were plenty of dining options nearby, offering a lot of choices. I'd definitely consider staying here again if I have the chance.

My stay here exceeded expectations. The hotel's location is excellent, close to shopping areas and the train station, making it very convenient for getting around and finding food. The room was very clean, with soft bedding and a mattress that was just right – not too soft, not too hard. The soundproofing was good, so I wasn't disturbed at night. The hot water came out quickly, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and all the toiletries were provided. The front desk staff were friendly, check-in and check-out were efficient, and they responded quickly to any issues. Overall, it offers great value for money, perfect for short layovers or tourist stays. Highly recommended.

Hygiene: Superb! Every time I returned to the hotel, I'd see the cleaning staff tidying up, and once I even saw an auntie wiping the corridor floor with a cloth! Environment: The location is also great, close to tourist attractions and the high-speed rail station, making it very convenient to get a taxi anywhere. Service: During check-in, the young man at the lobby even specially gave me a PPT introducing nearby attractions and local delicacies – excellent! Facilities: The room layout is quite reasonable, and the voice-activated smart remote control is very convenient. The hand cream was quite nice, haha, very refreshing! The hotel also has several photo-op spots. I didn't have time to take pictures of the other things, so please imagine them yourself~
