The front desk lady provided excellent service. As soon as I entered the lobby, she proactively offered me tea. The room's cleanliness was impeccable, absolutely spotless, and there wasn't a single piece of trash in the hallway – it looked incredibly comfortable. I spoke with their housekeeping supervisor, who was very meticulous in explaining their work process. Thumbs up for a fantastic housekeeping supervisor!

This is a well-established five-star hotel in the area, once famous as Kunming's tallest building. During my holiday travels, I passed through Kunming and was deciding between a hotel in a scenic area and the Grand Park Hotel. Considering the potential noise in the scenic area, I chose the latter, and I'm so glad I made that smart decision. The front desk staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and thoughtful. We had a lot of luggage, and we were fortunate enough to get an upgrade to a corner suite, which completely alleviated our concerns about space. Both the public areas and the rooms are decorated in a simple yet elegant and stylish manner. The materials used are solid, and the maintenance is impeccable, so it doesn't feel old at all. It truly lives up to its five-star rating. The room offered expansive views, excellent soundproofing, and was spotlessly clean. The bedding was comfortable and soft against the skin, and the hot water supply was quick and abundant. Coming back after a day of sightseeing and enjoying a relaxing bath in the tub was just perfect. The location is right next to a subway station, with a direct one-stop ride to the high-speed rail. To the north, it's just one transfer to the Wuyi Road scenic area and commercial district, and to the east, one transfer to the airport. Taxis are also very convenient. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive. My trip was rushed this time, so I didn't have a chance to experience the pool or other amenities. If I get the opportunity to visit Kunming again, I will definitely choose Grand Park Hotel!

The environment here is fantastic, and the location couldn't be better. It's right next to Jinma Biji Archway, and directly across from the most popular Mixue Ice Cream & Tea on Nanping Street. Getting anywhere is super convenient; as soon as you step out, you're surrounded by amazing food, shops, and entertainment. We've honestly stayed here so many times, and every visit leaves us wanting more. It's worth staying here just for their 'small pot rice noodles' alone! Their breakfast is absolutely delicious, especially the small pot rice noodles – highly recommend them!

Facilities: The hotel is well-equipped. The audio-visual room has a projector, which made watching TV very comfortable. Hygiene: It was very clean. Environment: It's very close to Kunming Station, making transportation convenient. Service: The hotel service is quite good; they arrange rooms according to guest requests.

This hotel offers excellent value for money and a fantastic location. It's also very quiet at night, ensuring a good night's sleep. While there are minor details that could be improved, at this price point, it definitely deserves a five-star rating. The hairdryer in the bathroom was a bit old and kept overheating, but one call to the front desk and they promptly sent a new one, which was great.

Good clean, nice view. Location generally good. But food options if wanna buy by yourself got to go a bit far to kunming plaza unless you order from *******. Generally most of the staffs here are professional and polite. I am very pleasantly happy with the services provided here. Food option is simple but enough. The rice noodle is quite nice though. Simple suggestion would be hope TV is connected to netflix or some movie app or channels would be ideal. Thank you Parkwin. My son enjoyed it.

During my trip to Kunming, Yunnan, I stayed at Mengyuejing Hotel, and I truly have to give it a “beyond five-star” review! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I could already feel the relaxing and elegant atmosphere. The room was absolutely beautiful — not only aesthetically designed, but every detail was thoughtfully prepared. The facilities were complete, modern, and very comfortable, making the whole stay incredibly enjoyable and relaxing. One of the biggest surprises was the breakfast. There were many choices, and everything tasted really delicious. You can genuinely feel the effort and care the hotel puts into every guest’s experience. Whether it was the accommodation, environment, cleanliness, service, or the convenient location, everything exceeded my expectations.
