A very satisfactory stay. The lobby was great and the environment was nice. The service was excellent, check-in was quick, the room was well-equipped, the bed was comfortable, and they even offered free late check-out. Overall, a very good experience.

Traveling to Yunnan with seniors and children, we booked the Vienna Hotel near Dianchi Lake. Parking was very convenient and there were charging stations. The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were excellent. What impressed me most was receiving a call shortly after checking in, asking if we were satisfied with our stay. Supper was free (I just found out dinner was also included!). When they learned we had children, the hotel staff were particularly attentive and accommodating.

I was sleeping in the room at the time. I had to keep knocking on the door to disturb the rest. I didn't know what I was doing. The sound was loud and urgent, and I didn't care that the guests were still resting! Obviously the hotel stipulates that check out at 12 o'clock, why bother repeatedly at 10 o'clock? Is it necessary to check out at 10 o'clock now to change the rules? Moreover, the hotel was renovated early in the morning, the noise was particularly loud, and there was no advance notification in advance, which seriously affected the rest. I didn’t care about these. I was very satisfied when I checked in before. I have lived several times and recommended friends to stay together many times. These are the first choices for the exam. This has never happened before. The service has been normal. This time it is too much. There is no respect for guests at all, and there is no basic sense of service. The hotel management is so chaotic and makes people particularly angry.

The hotel rooms are spacious and bright, well-equipped and quiet. The corridors are narrow but very warm and make people feel at home. Especially the service is particularly warm and meticulous, and every small demand is properly arranged, such as ”the flower path has not been swept by the guests, and the Pengmen is open for the king”. Living here, my heart is very safe. Silent care, a gentle living, wrote the warmest footnote for my journey. 2 people stayed in a twin room, a 1.8-meter bed and a 1.5-meter bed, the bed was next to the window sill, it felt a bit crowded. The quilt is a bit heavy and not suitable for summer. The room decoration is maintained well, and the desktop is enough to place items. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, there is a cloak rack, there is a place to put clothes when taking a bath, the shower head rack is not available to slide, and the hotel needs to be overhauled. Hotel location is good. Downstairs is the commercial street, the underground garage is convenient for parking, and the price is OK.

Before the New Year, I took one old man and two children to Kunming for a few days. I took the high-speed train to Kunming South Station and found a nearby hotel on Ctrip in advance. They also provided free pick-up and drop-off, which saved me money on taxis. The hotel is located next to the university town, the surrounding living area is very convenient, and it is also very fast to get a taxi. The room is clean and tidy, with 3 beds, which is very suitable for families with children. The owner is very enthusiastic. When checking in, he reminded us that we could make an appointment for a shuttle service in advance when we leave. The room attendant saw that there were 4 of us and took the initiative to bring us extra towels, slippers and mineral water. The room was also thoughtfully equipped with a three-head data cable. It is recommended to strengthen the sound insulation of the room door. Overall, I am very satisfied with the price/performance ratio. It is worth recommending.

This hotel was a great stay! The location is quiet in a busy city, with convenient stores and restaurants nearby, making travel very convenient. Although the room is not big, it is clean, the bed is moderately soft and hard, the air conditioning and Wi-Fi are very powerful, and the shower has plenty of hot water. The lady at the front desk checked us in quickly, spoke softly, and helped solve any problems in a timely manner. The price-performance ratio is really amazing. At this price, you can stay in such a clean, comfortable and service-oriented hotel. It is a good choice for business trips and travels.

The first time I came to the university town, the room was clean and tidy, the bed was soft and comfortable, it made people sleep well all night, and the boss was awesome.
