Clean nice room with smart features and friendly staff. Photo was taken when we checked out. Hot water to shower and bed had clean sheets with two types of pillows (soft and hard). Within walking distance to Kunming station. Great place to stay over if you’re waiting for your morning train at Kunming Station ☺️

The one good thing about this hotel is the guy who took all those lovely pictures. It may be new but is not a classy hotel. The lobby has a travel agent who smokes and keeps clearing his throat loudly and then spitting into a bin....so this alone is off-putting.
I booked non smoking room and when switching on the aircon, I could smell cigarettes.
Breakfast was unappealing. I left after one night and went to a different hotel.

Location was very good, we stay at low floor, surprisingly it was not too noisy. Smart room device is not functioning properly.

Fuss free hotel that’s super convenient and near the train station(walkable distance). Service wise nothing much to brag about(comparing whole of my yunnan trip). Love the big balcony! Only downside is the hairdryer which is very inconvenient(power goes off if it reached certain heat) which is hard for long hair(same goes for the 2 rooms so I guess it’s the model of the hair dryer). Given location of the hotel would be back!

Great location, nearby train station. Big room with smart features and a heated toilet bowl, nice breakfast with freshly made noodles.

Nice stay. Near Kunming station. Didi at the door step. Clean room. Quiet. There are two restaurant at the back of The hotel. Serving good food.
