Great location really close to the Kasatsu bus station. Friendly staff although some of them are not fluent in English, they always try to provide the best service. We also had dinner and breakfast at the hotel which were both top quality. One thing that was slightly disappoint is that we were assigned to a table with no view in the restaurant for both meals. So couldn’t enjoy the snowy view as we would wanted to during our meals.

The ryokan's location is strategic, just a 5-minute walk to Yubatake. Our stay was superb and amazing—the staff provided excellent service, and both the dinner and breakfast were delicious. The onsen was fantastic, though it is only available during selected hours and not 24/7. Additionally, there is a fee for the private onsen.

A short walk from bus terminal, room is nice, there’s only 2 indoor & 1 outdoor onsen (public female). tried emailing them before the trip to add for 1 day dinner and 1 day breakfast, but they didn’t reply. so when I reached, I tried adding, after sometime, they manage to prepare for us. meals were great!

The hotel is really nice, good location - 5 minutes from the bus station, close to the main attractions Yubatake and Sainokawara Park. The room is clean, comfortable and very warm. The food is very unusual for us but some of the dishes were delicios, especialy fish. We enjoyed the onsen!

The hotel is near the bus station.The room is clean The atmosphere around the hotel is very beautiful. There is a free hot spring for you ,will stay again next time.

Excellent onsen with open air bath. Able to store luggage after check out.

Nice indoor and outdoor onsen. It is a traditional Japanese onsen with nice accommodation.

The location is quite close the centre of Kusatsu field of hot water. The hotel is clean and spacious. Recommend!

Location is good. However, hotel is a bit old and food quality for both breakfast and dinner varies.

It was a great hotel, and everything was on spot one of the great places I stayed within, had there a lot of fun and memories, but there were two main problems. The first one is that I didn't have the option to include breakfast in the order, I ordered dinner once at the restaurant there, and it was amazing, worth the money, and a wonderful experience, And the other problem is that the location is a bit of a walk uphill, and it has been hard every time when I got downtown and had to climb back over, btw the zip code was wrong, so I had a rough beginning, and very hard to find the place at the start so travelers, when you are getting there, search on google maps kane midory and follow that or get a taxi to the location, it should be around 1k yen from the bus station so it should help you a lot with that. Anyway, the staff was amazing and helped me a lot there, and I would be glad to come back soon and stay there again with the hope that I could include breakfast with my order next time; either way, I had a great time there, and the experience was amazing.

The hotel environment and location are very good. It only takes 3 minutes to walk to Yubatake, the center of Kusatsu Onsen. The room is clean and tidy. The service is also warm and considerate. The breakfast and dinner are very healthy. Vegetables, seafood and meat are rich and delicious. The hotel's public bath is very clean. The toiletries are also very good. The hot spring water quality is also good. It is very comfortable to soak in. It is very suitable for rest and vacation⛱️

The hotel is very close to the bus terminal and Yubatake. The hotel staff are very nice, especially the guy who picked me up at the bus station. He looks like an actor from the TV series Come Home Love. The grapefruit tea they gave me was delicious. They also provided whitening masks for soaking in the hot spring, which were very useful. In addition, there are many styles of yukatas and belts to choose from, which are very beautiful!
