Perfect location. The rooms are clean, enough towels are provided. From an environmental viewpoint it is weird to have the heating on and the windows don't fully shut, in the next renovation cycle you may add that to the list.

The location is good, close to Columbus Circle and Lincoln Center(within 10 minutes walk). It's clean. However, the air-conditioner in the first room on 9th floor we were assigned to didn't blow cool air out and the corridor was cooler than the room. The air conditioning in the second room on 13th floor was fine but an electrical socket didn't have cover panel so it might be dangerous. People are nice so we could find economical food but the information provided by different staff on the same topic were different so we had to pay a high price to reach Newark Airport by Lyft. The city is compact and we can easily go to the sightseeing places. The subway is old and really needs plannings to renovate, upgrade and modernize. The air in Central Park is very refreshing. As a whole, I like the convenience of the city but the infrastructure needs reconstruction. The hotel may need renovations on the room facilities as well. It's alright overall considering the price in the city.

Great location accommodations are simple but get you through a stay. The other guest could do better about not letting their doors slams all night.

Many many people in One floor to use a bathroom only with three toilets but one blocked, three showers one is blocked another one no hot water, only one shower is available for using…

The location is perfect. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

My room is not cleaned when I finished my check out, and I have to clean it by myself.

So so place to stay… but if your looking for a cheap and over night stay this is the place to be

Were it not for the access to the pool, sauna and steam room, I would say the rates are high given the size of t he room and other amenities, but having access to t hose facilities made it worthwhile. Would have been good to have had access to a computer without having to pay $10. I have no problem with the communal bathrooms and found all facilities to be very clean and felt secure in this setting.
