Had room with lake view. Hotel is old. Cars have to double park in the evenings due to limited space and leave car key with hotel reception in case they need to move car to facilitate another car moving in or out. Hotel staff recommended 2 eateries opposite hotel for dinner. 1 was fully booked at 6pm while 2nd one was izakaya run by elderly couple. Service was very, very slow. Food ok, price on the high side, about Y3,000 per person with 1 beer. Free drinks & ice cream in lobby till 8pm. Also free melon bread upon checkout.

Old Hotel n the facilities not well mentioned

The environment is good, the room faces the lake, and the view is beautiful in the morning. There is a walking trail behind it, which is very convenient for hiking. The hotel has a hot spring with free ice cream, coffee, and black tea. The hot spring wall is a little old. Next to the hotel is the cruise ship pier. It takes 8-10 minutes to walk to the shopping street. There are convenience stores nearby.

This hotel is relatively old, but cleanliness is okay. Drinks are available in the lobby from 3pm to 9pm, and ice cream from 3pm to 8pm. Because the indoor bathroom is old, there are large black spots on the ground that cannot be brushed off. It just feels bad for the vision, but it does not affect the use. The outdoor bath on the second floor is very good, the temperature is good enough, but you can't take a shower, you have to go to the indoor bath on the fifth floor to wash, which is inconvenient!

Staying alone but also arranged a lake view room on the top floor ☺️Although the hotel is located at the end of the street, the room can also see a large lake view. At night, I walked to the lake to watch the smoke 6. At night, I went to the public open-air hot spring, but it happened that no one was there , can be exclusive! The hotel has free ice cream, and a honeydew melon bag is also given as a souvenir before leaving, just to eat when waiting for the car

The hot spring equipment is simple, there is only 1 bath in the room, you can see the inside from other hotels, and there is no privacy. The outdoor hot spring is on another floor, and the bath is so small that you don't want to soak it. Dinner is a bento and an instant noodle soup, which needs to be taken back to the room to eat, but other guests can go to the restaurant to eat. When they inquired about the hotel receptionist, they were treated badly, which was very rude. The room can see half of the lake view.

This will be my second stay this year. The manager and other employees are all kind. It's very close to Bokke, so I climbed the mountain with my daughter and searched for Ezo 〇〇, listening carefully, looking carefully, and when I found it, I was filled with happiness. 其實沒有離溫泉街很遠，走路去湖邊看煙火也近，附近有一些小餐廳，也有便利商店、藥妝店，櫃檯人很好，同行友人不小心弄髒床單也沒有要我們賠償🥹

방 창문을 활짝 열수 있어서 시원하고 사진 찍기 좋다, 조식 과 석식과 무료 소프트 아이스크림 , 온천도 좋지만 유일한 단점은 방 에서 와이파이가 잘 안터진다, 그리고 겨울 축제 시즌에 하는 불꽃놀이 가 호텔 옆 뒤쪽에서 터지는지라 불꽃 1/4만 볼수 있다

酒店位於阿寒湖莊酒店右方可能是農曆新年訂購房間不容易好彩最後訂到這間，景觀向正新阿寒湖莊酒店，一泊兩食，早餐自助餐，晚餐食便當帶入房間食用，飯盒質量好，不過酒店餐廳晚間有接待日本本地人，入內進食可能餐廳空間有限，如果在餐廳食用通常我會点酒水，現在自己在便利商店買酒水回房食便當省少少錢，大堂有免費飲品和雪糕進食，湯泉方面二樓露天和五樓室內温泉，晚上睇煙花好方便，有車輛check out 送到巴士站。

服務非常到位，充分體現了日本人的服務意識，早餐也很豐盛，露天温泉相對於酒店價格來説也很不錯

A very large spa hotel overlooking a beatiful lake. Excellent breakfast in a dramatic setting. Had a Chinese feel to it due to size and furnishings.
