"The hotel boasts an excellent location. In the evenings, there are plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. After dinner, it's a pleasant walk from the hotel to Nusamai Bridge for a stroll, and Fisherman's Wharf is just about a 10-minute walk from there. Guests can then return to the hotel to relax in the hot springs. The rooms are also very comfortable. While the breakfast spread at the hotel wasn't extensive, the quality was good. If I ever visit Kushiro again, I would definitely choose this hotel."

"Less than 200 meters away from Kushiro Station, just opposite Kushiro Station, across the street, you can see it when you exit the station. The White Pirika departure station is also in front of Kushiro Station, so it is very close to walk from the hotel. Although it is a budget hotel, the environment and service are not ambiguous. The hotel lobby is large and bright. The front desk clerk speaks simple English, so there is no problem in communication and the service is also very enthusiastic. Because we stayed for 2 consecutive nights, we were asked whether we needed to clean or not when checking in. If you choose not to clean, you will be given a token and you can go to the self-service vending machine on the first floor of the hotel to choose the drinks you want for free. The hotel lobby also provides free coffee. The hotel room is the smallest hotel we stayed in during this trip to Hokkaido. It would be a bit difficult to spread out two suitcases. We spread one at the foot of the bed against the wall in the upper right corner of the room, and the other one behind the door after closing the door. However, although the hotel rooms in Japan are small, the hygiene is good. In addition, the hotel has a bathhouse, which will be informed when checking in. If you think the bathroom in the room is small, you can go to the bathhouse to take a bath or soak in the bath. The hotel will have a "bird wake-up call" service in the morning 😄 The hotel breakfast is self-service, with not many varieties and ordinary taste."

There is classical music in the lobby on the first floor that baptizes the soul. It is really enjoyable to stop and listen."

"The airport bus stops right in front- super convenient. It is a 10min walk to the JR station in a straight line and there is a 711 combini opposite the hotel and a Lwason station 100 meters on the left. There is also a very nice izakaya right next door the hotel. The room was compact but with a lot of amenities. The breakfast was amazing and the staff very friendly."

"Although it was supposed to be non-smoking, I smelled cigarettes when I entered the room, so I gave it 4 stars, but it is a good enough environment for the price. The station and the bus terminal are right in front of you, so you can start your schedule for the next day right away. It was a once-in-a-few-years heavy snow day, so the warm hot spring was very appreciated, and the breakfast included was very helpful as the next day was a 7-hour bus ride to Sapporo."

"The hotel side is adequate but simple. The restaurant part should be avoided, food basic cheap and the worse of our two weeks in Hokkaido. Staff was unfriendly to say the least. There is a beer box at the entrance of the restaurant, but that is "outside" . We thought we should take the beer before entering the restaurant, and that got the staff just about scream at us, because beer is sold inside! Breakfast is from 7 to 9 and while we were finishing our breakfast started at 8.30 waitress showed up saying we should be out by 9 as they closed! Very close to Akan crane center but the worse accomodation of hokkaido, to be avoided if you can. All other places we stayed people were most friendly!"

"Nice Japanese-style spacious rooms. Each room has a genkan entrance with two doors which reduces any noise from the hallway, so it was very peaceful. The building is very close to the Kamuy Lumina forest night walk event, so it's a great location if you're planning to go to that, or just want easy access to the forest walk during the day. It's also a very short walk into the main area of Ainu Kotan, and so is close and convenient to everything. The staff were lovely and the facilities were clean. There is no aircon, but each room has a fan, and there is heating. It's an old building with a lot of charm and we really enjoyed our stay."

"The child was ５ because there were people, so it was too noisy and I was rather troublesome ‼️ But the children were very satisfied, and I was very excited for three days to be here next time ‼️ I am very satisfied to see the children who are happy with 5 adults ‼️ It was a consecutive night, so it was good to have a bath cleaning equipment ‼️ Every room in the room was warm and comfortable without heating ‼️ Thank you ‼️"
