The staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options—it was definitely one of the highlights of our trip! The accommodation was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall and plenty of eateries, making it easy to find food and do some shopping. Although parking is available for a fee, it was convenient and easy to access. Overall, I absolutely loved this hotel and would happily stay here again on my next visit!

Environment: Centrally located in the city, convenient transportation Service: Friendly staff, and a simple Western-style breakfast, which is rare for hotels in this price range Cleanliness: Standard for Japanese hotels Amenities: All the necessary amenities are available, though the rooms are a bit small, but within expectations.

It was conveniently located near Kushiro Station, so I stayed for one night. The room was modest and neither good nor bad, but there was no air conditioning, only a fan. Fortunately, it was cool outside on September 16th, so I was able to solve the problem by opening the window and turning on the fan, but I wouldn't recommend staying there in the middle of summer, like August.

The hotel is located in the suburbs of Lulu, the environment is quiet and comfortable. But it is located next to the Lulu City Zoo and only a 10-minute drive from the Red Crane Park, which is very convenient. The breakfast and dinner clerk is attentive.
