一家汽車旅館，位置比較偏，如果自己開車還算方便，其他交通方式就算了，前不着村後不着店周邊除了加油站沒有別的配套，沒有前台，全自助式服務。由於行程變動想提前幾天退房，結果協商了很久不可取消。樓下的意大利餐廳還不錯。

We absolutely loved staying in this hotel. I booked it thinking it was in a more touristy area and was sort of shocked to see it was just a hotel on the side of the road next to a car shop and a gas station. But it worked out so well and honestly I’m glad I didn’t do more research because I’m not sure I would have booked it if I had known that it’s not your typical European tourist hotel, and it was our favorite hotel in the whole trip . It was really nice to stay in a more spacious place, and eating breakfast and dinner at this hotel (easy to do because we had a kitchenette) saved us a lot of money. The grocery store is about a three minute walk away. Public transportation was easy to navigate with Apple Maps and of course since it’s Switzerland even walking to a train station gives you incredible views. It’s like you’re walking in a post card. I wouldn’t recommend hauling your luggage here via public transport, but you can just get an uber or taxi to and from the closest train station when you’ve got all your luggage. Truly, this hotel was a fantastic base for a few days for traveling around the Lucerne area despite it not being on main train lines. For instance, with the Swiss travel pass you can take a bus from the hotel to Kussnacht am Rigi, and then get a ferry from Kussnacht to various places along Lake Lucerne. I am so glad I happened to get this place instead of a more cramped, more expensive, and kitchenette-free place in Lucerne proper. Oh, and the rooms were immaculate and the service was great. It was kind of weird to not have someone check us in, but check in with the machine was very straightforward, so we didn’t even need to make use of reception. When we did interact with employees they were very kind.

The hotel is very clean and modern inside and is ideally suited to visit the surrounding area. There is ample free parking and a restaurant on the ground floor where you can have dinner and breakfast. The check in process was very quick and check out was self service via a machine. Though it is located behind a petrol forecourt, it is surrounded by countryside and very close to nearby towns. Highly recommend as a clean, modern hotel within a great location to explore.

Really lovely hotel that exceeded expectations. The room was big and clean. The kitchenette in particular was useful to have, and pots, pans, cutlery, etc were provided when requested. Shirete was an amazing, welcoming receptionist, incredibly helpful - no request was too much. The hotel is also situated in a great location if you want to visit Lucerne, Zurich and even Interlaken. Also a fantastic location for views of Mt Rigi. Would definitely stay here again for future central Switzerland visits.

Very good views from all around and very nice location. Rooms were very clean. Check-in and check-out was very simple. Staff was very kind and helpful. Definitely going to visit again very soon. No complaints.

Nice welcome at the reception. Modern and stylish equiped room, room size bigger as expected. Perfect stay. Free parking infront of the house. Good Breakfast in a very nice restaurant in basement of the same building.

Clean and modern with nice view and quiet surroundings lakes easily reached by car. I would only recommend that the hotel put trash pin inside the room. Also, need to have wider more comfortable beds. Wider and taller bed cover. Thx

This is a good place to stay if you don’t want to live in a tourist hot spot like Lucerne. Good location, great views, close to supermarket and some food places. We had an issue with the air conditioning on our floor as the temperature ranged between 25-27C.

The hotel is located outside of Küssnacht on a fairly busy road, unfortunately there are no bikes to rent to get into town. Check-in is definitely only possible and permitted from 3 p.m. Anyone who arrives earlier has to wait at the deserted-looking hotel, as there is no reception available by phone. The neighboring gas station and shop is currently closed. Our room (king) was OK and the view of the Rigi and the meadows was beautiful. However, I have never been in a room that smelled so strongly of garlic! Why the room staff couldn't help was a mystery to me. The pillows were extremely warm and uncomfortable. The bathroom with a large window was tip-top. Unfortunately there was no safe, and the kitchenette was poorly stocked. Dinner in the restaurant was OK and reasonably priced. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast the next day was a big disappointment. Music like in a disco and the waiter was a young man who didn't understand German. Egg dishes were charged at 3 CHF per egg, only two hot drinks were included in the price of breakfast, each additional one cost 5 CHF! I think that's completely excessive, especially since there was hardly any service. The only positive thing to mention was the friendliness of the receptionist!
