It's not bad for a one person. But I hope they have a bigger onsen with a beautiful view. Otherwise I'll feel so lonely. But I love the fact they have mudical instruments inside! ^^

The room was extremely terrible. There were a lot of cockroaches in the room, and the cleaner’s attitude was very rude. It was gross and disgusting.

Overall it’s not bad for replying fast about issues and a clean hotel in which it’s close to train station, department stores, and restaurants.

On my 1st arrival the door malfunctioned cant open using key card. Also bed felt itchy.

My mum was forgot her phone on the table of the lobby. I was far from hotel so try to use helpline ask for help. But all the staff just ask me return to the hotel and look for myself. I understand it’s our own fault, so I just return to the hotel and ask. Luckily one of the Cleaner was very kind and responsible. She directly report to the manager and keep the phone at office.

Self check in and check out. Super rosy, just get all necessary documents ready. Luggage storage is easy. No human contact at all, except a call to remind you the check out time.

Hotel self check in and check out system. Friendly customer service on phone. Walking distance from Taoyuan Train Station. Next to Carrefour Supermarket. On (9F) - 9th Floor. Near amenities. Room and toilet are clean and spacious.

not related with the hotel.. but i have to say.. if family trip pls do not book this.. the sound proof is very poor. even u can heard ppl from the outside when walk thru the corridoor.

Dirty room, old building, cockroaches and bedbugs. Totally not worth it.

Basically you can do all check in check out by machine without meeting any person, overall is ok no problem
