The hotel is located in the commercial and restaurant area. Breakfast is ok. Room is a bit old but overall it is acceptable for the reasonable price.

Excellent hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. Very clean. We were put in a honeymoon room - very cozy, beautiful view from the window. The breakfast is wonderful, everything is fresh and tasty. The location is good. Next time we will return to this hotel again

Very dirty hotel! I can't call myself a picky traveler, but I was in such a hotel for the first time: hair on the bed linen and in the sink, dirty towels, dust, dirt. It seemed that they didn't clean at all after the previous guest.
The shower was leaking, the room was very cold.
The breakfast was normal, but after such dirt in the room it was difficult to eat. I categorically do not recommend this hotel

The hotel is ideally located for tourists. In the very historical center. The room is large. However, the heating in our room broke. And it was cold in Kutaisi in December. Therefore, the room was frozen. The duty officer somehow connected the radiator. In the end, we survived. But the room itself is very shabby. However, the price and quality correspond to each other)))
