Clean rooms, friendly staff, and convenient location. Breakfast options could be better. Overall, a good stay!

If u wanna get to 二年版 清水寺 only bus is more convenient it’s just right in front of the hotel. However if u wanna use train need to walk 10min to the nearest station. Has hot bath and water refill. Quite spacious room. Recommended. Opposite has 711. Nearby has quite a lot of stores. Provided pyjamas as well

Quiet atmosphere hotel and close to big supermarket!

G/f layout is very strange with restaurant/ breakfast place, being cut into 2 halves by the lobby lounge. You can’t enjoy your breakfast at all coz 1) I have to hold a tray with food carefully walk through the huge crowds, 2) more luckily I got Australian tour & Taiwan tour today, over 50 people including eaters & tourists gathered at the lounge+breakfast place chatting waiting to set off. Then the tour guide yell with high voice for announcements. What a lovely scene. If you like meeting vibrant & overwhelming global tours or groups of secondary school students dashing around, that’s the place for you.

Enough space, clean and convenience, near station, polite staff. Many restaurants and super markets around. Highly recommended

It's a new, beautiful hotel. It offers drink service in the lounge and a large public bath, so I think it's a good deal for the price. Breakfast starts at 10am, so I highly recommend adding the extra charge.

I really like this lobby. It's very upscale and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and polite. The lobby also provides free coffee, tea bags, latte, matcha, unlimited drinks, coin-operated drinks and microwaves, self-service toiletries, laundry facilities, and a toilet on the first floor. The restaurant offers breakfast and dinner for an additional fee. There is also a smoking room, which is very upscale. The environment for taking a bath is very clean and comfortable, and they use Dyson hair dryers. There is a bus opposite the hotel, which is very convenient to take! There are convenience stores, 2 large supermarkets, izakayas, coffee shops, and ramen shops nearby. It is highly recommended for friends who come to Kyoto! I will stay here again next time!
