The only option they had for me to make it colder was to open the windows. The staff groggily helped us with that because we couldnt hinge it open. I stayed on the second floor, wasn’t a very nice thought. Bell boys of ALL the hotel staff were the nicest, at least they greeted you. The rest remained cold and unwelcoming, like they didnt want us there. Should have honestly splurged more for accomodation"
