"A very good B&B, which completely changed my impression of B&Bs. It is not far from Kyoto Station. It is not too close, about 10 minutes walk. The first time I went there, I was advised to take the main road, which is the main road opposite Kyoto Station. Don't go into the alley, you will get dizzy. Take the main road!! There is a convenience store at the intersection, which is 1 minute away. This convenience store has some daily necessities, meat, and vegetables. You can also replenish your supplies here if you make breakfast in the B&B. The room is very large, and there is a kitchen. The bathroom and bath are separated. There is a large wardrobe for boxes and hangers. Hygiene: Very clean. I have stayed in 5 hotels + B&Bs in Japan, and this is the cleanest. Facilities: There are washing machines, refrigerators, pots and pans, and balconies for drying clothes. In Kyoto for 5 nights, I can wash clothes freely. The laundry detergent, disinfectant wipes, and dishwashing liquid prepared by the boss are all high-quality. Service: The boss is very considerate. Add WeChat one day in advance to inform the check-in method and password. There are 3 of us and we can't book a 3-bed room. In order to make us more comfortable, the boss also gave us an extra mattress, which is very good! Due to language barriers, we can't communicate too much, but it's highly recommended"

"The room was spacious and cleaner than I thought. The quilt was comfortable and nice too. It was a little far from the train station and the bus stop, and it was a little disappointing that the nearby convenience store had to go near the station, but everything else was satisfactory."

GGuest UserVery good, most of the staff in the hotel can speak Chinese, especially suitable for foreigners and Chinese tourists. It is close to the 2nd and 3rd arbor of Kiyomizu Temple, but the scenery on the way to the hotel is also good, very Japanese. The road nearby is a little steep, so be prepared to use up some energy.

MMaythelovebewithmilo- 1 bathroom with a stainless steel bathtub and small plastic chair to sit during showering. There is a small heater on the floor to warm your feet at a dry zone - 3 toilets without heater - 3 basin The shared space room is available for about 7 people. Hot water, tea, and coffee are also in this room . Calm and cozy environment. The walls and doors are just wood templates and mulberry paper, but they will keep warm temperatures in the room. There are 2 layers of mattress and 2 blankets for each person.

GGuest UserThe house is very spacious, clean and tidy. It is such a blessing to live in such a big house in Japan! Two bedrooms, a large living room, two large beds, four tatami mats, a washing machine with air-drying function, and a bath room. The fly in the ointment is that there is only one shower room and it is inconvenient for the family to take a bath. Everything else is good, but it's too hard to find. It was more than ten o’clock. According to Ctrip’s map, it’s not this house at all. I couldn’t find it for an hour by myself. Later, fortunately, I met an enthusiastic local person, a couple, and helped us find it together for an hour and communicated on various telephones. , I couldn’t find it when I searched the map. It turned out to be in the small alley behind where we were standing. Suggestion: At obvious turning points, hang up the signboard of the homestay. The map of Ctrip is wrong and needs to be corrected.

This homestay satisfies all my illusions about the homestay. In the core area of Kyoto, it is a three-minute walk away. It is the Yasaka Shrine, Zhienyuan, Kiyomizu Temple. After going to Takashimaya, you can walk back and put down things and continue to eat and eat. I made an appointment for dinner at Junaijing, and it took 5 minutes to go to the right. It was not too convenient. The rooms are beautifully decorated and well equipped. The children see the tatami room rolling excitedly... The whole family is satisfied with this travel choice.

MMiliaushaIt was so enjoyable to stay here. There is a traditional rekan with all attributes to feel really Japanese culture. The hotel is located in quite area, around 15 minutes from Kyoto station. The administration explained all the rules that you should know. It has very thin walls so it’s possible to hear the neighbors, but for one night it was pretty ok. There is shower, toilet and sink in the room. Also teapot, teabags and hair dryer, so it’s very comfortable to live here. I appreciate to stay in such a hotel, thanks for great experience.

AAsh412222The location is very good, just a few minutes walk from the subway station, but there are not many food options near the hotel, only convenience stores, and the hotel does not have an elevator. Guests with large luggage need to pay attention, because they need to carry their luggage upstairs by themselves

GGeoffrey Low Eu GhimThe locatuon is 1 km from the train station. Lots of food but must walk. Cannot use the facilities like fridge, cooking etc. The lady is friendly but treat me like teaching a child and very fussy. As i used the place just to sleep, i have no complains.
