We seemed to have walked into a botanica garden on our first day, AKA Mitsui Gardens Kyoto Sanjo Premier. The whole hotel is beautifully designed and well maintained. A simple air well was also turned into an Art piece. We fell in love with their public bath as the citrus scent from that wellness space draws us back every evening for a relaxed bath. They have a team of professional staffs who were warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be going back there again.

That’s my second time stay here. All receptionist and cleaning staffs are professional and nice.My family just too appreciated the room facilities and service here.Definitely all time favourite accommodation I Kyoto.Highly recommended ! And the vibes and aroma in lobby just lovely,feeling super relax while come back. See you next time :)

Location is great, near the main shopping area of Kyoto and a lot eateries nearby. Room is spacious and well decorated.

Seamless check in.  Excellent staff service.  Food was amazing.  Didn’t use the public bath so cannot comment on that.  Location was terrific, walking distance to markets, shopping, restaurants.  Very quiet hotel, loved the zen vibe.  Highly recommend this hotel!!

That was surprising experience staying in that hotel. Didn’t expect that level of service and attention to details. Located near metro station, just around 5 mins. Lots of conbini’s nearby. Strait way to Nishiki market and Daimaru. We had a room with a laundry machine which is always nice. Rooms are spacious and everything you may need is inside. Based on our previous stays, we’d probably stay in that same hotel next time as I doubt you can easily get a better value for money ratio

The hotel was a pleasant surprise. Everything was very good. The staff is very helpful. I would like to especially highlight the young Yuto, who didn’t hesitate to run down the street to find me and let me know that he had managed to make a restaurant reservation for me. Very professional and very dedicated.

One of the highlights of my stay was the public bath . After a long day of exploring Kyoto, soaking in the spacious and beautifully designed bath was incredibly refreshing.

It was the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring Kyoto. In conclusion, 三井花園酒店 京都三条 Premier exceeded all my expectations. The impeccable service, beautiful design, and special touches like the private bath made this one of my most enjoyable stays. Brand new hotel . Mitsui never disappoints . Modern contemporary with restaurant and bar ! Appreciate the very good coffee in the lobby Public bath ( onsen) a little too modern but very nice to relax at end of long shopping day.

The facilities are new and clean. Spacious room. We had a very nice stay.

The hotel is brand new as it just opened three days before we arrive the hotel.
