Located a bit far from the station, but nearby to everything! Eateries, shopping street, bus station. Very walkable and the breakfast was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! The best japanese breakfast we had in Japan 🙏🏻 Two nights there. No regrets 👍🏻💚

Location is in the middle of Terramachi shopping street. Can walk to Sanjo , Kawaramachi and Gion. Breakfast is super great, having unlimited ikura and unagi. … will choose this hotel in other parts of Japan again

Love the location!! In the center of everything! 6 min walk from Kyoto Kawaramachi station. Nishiki Market, shopping street, Gion, Kamo river, all within close proximity. Check in was a swift! We booked 2 rooms for my family, and the size of the rooms and beds are nice! With big shower and bathtub as well! Will definitely come back!

Loved that there is eel rice for breakfast!! Unlimited and delicious!! The location of the hotel is the best! It’s located in the center of shopping area kyoto! The only downside is that there is no parking space so we need to park our car at the nearest coin park (around 5mins walk) and it costs us 3000¥ per car! The rooms is pretty well designed and its clean and well maintained There is a bathtub in the bathroom so we get to soak our feet at night after all the shopping!

Good location. Situated in the Teramachi shopping district. Shopping and food options aplenty nearby. Bus and trains are also easily accessible.

A must place to stay. Location wise it’s the best, since after getting out you’ll find different stores and restaurants! Will definitely stay again with my Wife!

Super convenient location and highly accessible via subway or bus network. Breakfast provided is awesome which includes ikura and unagi. Walkable distance to the Gion area.

Hotel asked to pay accommodation tax upon checking in and insist it is required for all Kyoto hotel showing us two brochures. This is not the first hotel I stayed in Kyoto during this period as i stayed 2 different hotels in Kyoto during this trip, but this is the only hotel that asked to pay for a fee. Though fee is not huge, advise travellers to check clearly before booking. Location is not bad and alot of shops around it but do note car cannot be stopped directly in front of hotel as car could not enter the street as its all shops around it.

My husband and I had a great stay here. The hotel is well organized and in a great area convenient to a lot of shopping, eating, and at least two stations fairly nearby. Best part of the room was the Bath Room. This is an eco-friendly hotel so we had a little bit to learn here like the room key turns on the lights and must be left in. When it is taken out, all electricity is turned off so the AC will have to be turned on again upon entering the room. Stayed in South Tower.
