Tha Hotel was fantastic everything clean, we love the breakfast and location is nice, in general we like the hotel!!

Great location and surrounded by many eateries. Nice entrance to the lobby. If there could be more towel hooks or rack in the bathroom would be ideal. Overall, clean rooms and comfy beds!

It just takes 7mins from this hotel to JR sation. We experienced professional services and we saw smiling faces from most of staff. We will choose this hotel when next time travel to Kyoto.

Great place and really convenient. Clean space and very pleasant stay

Entrance has nice decor. Lication is excellent. Staff proficient in English. Public hot bath is soothing after long walk in the city. Only my bathroom got window with view of the sky which was disappointing as I am used to waking up by the light of day.

Good location that has clean rooms. Just be ware that they may not read the original requests put into the booking so I had to change rooms. Other than that, the hot spring was nice, although it was not very warm. They clean everyday which is nice and the staff are welcoming.

We have 2 adults and 2 kids to stay in this hotel. We input the correct number of people and specifically reserve a room with sofa bed, so that we can sleep with the kids. We requested to have 2 more pillows, 1 blanket and 1 bed sheet for the sofa bed at the hotel reception. The man who was on duty at night shift on 4 July 2024 refused our request impolitely and said we didn’t pay for the children. We checked trip.com again at once if we don’t input the number of kids for room searching, the price is cheaper! It’s ridiculous to response a customer like this! How can 2adults and 2 kids only sleep on 2 pillows with 2 quilts?

The hotel is well-located and clean, with several restaurants nearby. The only drawback was having to pick up the hotel's basic necessities at the front desk, but other than that, it wasn't too bad.

Nice hotel good location

This is a modern minimalistic boutique hotel that we enjoyed! The design of the hotel has zen elements (the creative zen garden layed vertically against the wall) that I really loved. The room itself is more of a wooden theme that is cozy and relatively spacious for Japanese hotel standard. There is sufficient space to lay the luggages and also to sit (a luxury in most Japanese hotels). However, the hotel is slightly further from kyoto station and require some walking (which is inconvenient for lugging the luggages as the pavement is bumpy). Also the hotel is situated beside a road and near a hotel, sometimes at night we could hear the ambulance sirens which may be a problem for light sleepers. However, really enjoyed the hotel's own bath house which looks very new and clean. It is equipped with dyson hair dryers and you can have free ice cream popsicles after your bath! A great way to end a tiring day full of walking in Kyoto :)

It was a good 2 nights stay. The room is spacious and clean. And it is aesthetically pleasing in terms of design - especially the vertical zen rock garden in the airwell. Location is good within walking distance from Kyoto Station but on a more quiet street. Like the fact the there’s a public bath where one can soak and ease the body after a long day of sightseeing and freshen up next morning to start a new day. Thank you for the accommodation for the 2 days.

This is the perfect hotel for your stay in Kyōto! The location is minutes walk from the main metro station (which connects you to the city and other surrounding areas) and plenty of delicious options for food. Staff were always super attentive and helpful. Would highly recommend and stay again!

It was an unforgettable journey! I'll be determined to revisit!
