The hotel was nice, the interior decor was commendable but the surroundings of this hotel specially the look outside the room window was awful, I’d not call it a 5  stars hotel it is 3 star for my standards. The hotel staff was well mannered but the rooms were very hot and the temperature settings was not adjustable to our liking, we had to complain about it many times but it was not sorted. On the last day i was shocked to see the mucky water coming into the toilet which put me off. The hotel had good parking space if you like. The complementary breakfast was delicious and out of hours room service food excellent. On the whole I liked staying there as it was close to sight seeing places but would say to expect it to be a ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️. On the whole this  hotel is a bit too pricey for it’s standard

Dans le cadre d'un circuit au Pakistan organisé par Clio, j'ai passé les deux nuits des 11 et 12 novembre 2022 dans cet hôtel et ai occupé la chambre 411.  L'hôtel est un ancien bâtiment qui semble dater de l'époque coloniale et qui a été réaménagé. L'accueil est standard. La décoration du lobby est tape-à-l'oeil, et l'air y embaume d'un parfum bon marché, fort et très désagréable, qu'on s'attendrait plus à respirer dans des toilettes. Les fleurs sont en plastique. Bref tout cela est superficiel et sans doute pas digne d'un établissement qui revendique 4 ou 5 étoiles.   Globalement le personnel est pléthorique, totalement désorganisé, et tout sauf polyvalent et pas vraiment tourné vers le service client.   La chambre que j'ai occupé est une grande chambre avec deux lits de taille moyenne. Elle est équipée d'un bureau et une chaise, un fauteuil et une table basse. La vue donne sur un parking et des immeubles en mauvais état. La chambre dispose aussi d'un coffre, d'un minibar, d'une télévision sans aucune chaine internationale, d'une climatisation. Le wifi fonctionne partout.  Le confort du lit est correct. Par contre la chambre est bruyante et on doit subir un bruit continu, venant de je ne sais où toute la nuit.  Il y a une belle salle d'eau avec une grande douche, un lavabo et des wc. Problème, les mitigeurs sont au bord de la rupture et mériteraient d'être changés. Il faut attendre pas mal de temps pour obtenir de l'eau chaude. Les mitigeurs ne fonctionnant pas vraiment correctement, il y a un risque réel de brulure lorsque l'on prend sa douche ! Les aménités ne sont pas renouvelées dans la salle d'eau.  Une assiette de fruits est proposée, ainsi que des bouteilles d'eau, l'eau n'étant pas potable au Pakistan.  C'est propre.   Le buffet du petit déjeuner est pakistanais. Très très peu de choix autre. Le sol est particulièrement glissant et de nombreuses marches ne sont pas indiquées, ce qui est dangereux.   Moralité, il y a encore beaucoup de travail pour arriver à dépasser la moyenne. La première chose à faire relève de l'entretien, mais surtout du management du personnel, dont on se demande s'il sait travailler en équipe.

As part of a tour in Pakistan organized by Clio, I spent the two nights of November 11 and 12, 2022 in this hotel and occupied room 411. The hotel is an old building which seems to date from the era colonial and which has been redeveloped. The reception is standard. The decoration of the lobby is flashy, and the air smells of a cheap, strong and very unpleasant perfume, which you would expect to breathe in a toilet. The flowers are plastic. In short, all of this is superficial and probably not worthy of an establishment that claims 4 or 5 stars. Overall the staff is bloated, totally disorganized, and anything but versatile and not really focused on customer service. The room I occupied is a large room with two medium sized beds. It is equipped with a desk and a chair, an armchair and a coffee table. The view overlooks a parking lot and buildings in poor condition. The room also has a safe, a minibar, a television without any international channels, and air conditioning. Wifi works everywhere. The comfort of the bed is OK. On the other hand, the room is noisy and we have to endure continuous noise, coming from I don't know where all night long. There is a beautiful bathroom with a large shower, sink and toilet. Problem, the mixers are on the verge of breaking and should be changed. You have to wait quite a while to get hot water. Since the mixers don't really work properly, there is a real risk of burns when you take a shower! The amenities are not renewed in the bathroom. A plate of fruit is offered, as well as bottles of water, as water is not drinkable in Pakistan. It's clean. The breakfast buffet is Pakistani. Very very few other choices. The ground is particularly slippery and many steps are not marked, which is dangerous. Morality, there is still a lot of work to be done to exceed the average. The first thing to do is maintenance, but above all management of staff, who wonder if they know how to work in a team.

excellent service! Very serious and patient! More formal! Suitable for a family holiday! Safe and secure! Security staff is also very polite! The restaurant staff has a Chinese-speaking boy! Learning Chinese for several months! Overall good! Great! for safety! The windows won't open here! Are all closed! The hotel should be the same!

It can only be said to be very general. A small hotel with only 3-4 breakfast options. The room does not provide disposable slippers but common cloth slippers. The waiter took a pair of new birds without me, causing me to stay barefoot in the room. Beside, the traffic was very noisy. The security at the door was very warm.
