Before checking in, I sent a WeChat message to the housekeeper Yingtong, who helped arrange the room. Welcome fruits were also prepared in the room. The prepared room is spacious and comfortable, clean and tidy, and the layout is very warm. The room has a large floor-to-ceiling window and a great view. The breakfast is also worthy of praise, with a rich variety, sufficient dining time, healthy and nutritious, very satisfied

The decoration style is Chinese and the environment is very elegant. The seven cultivations are ”virtue, food, merit, book, incense, music, and flower”. Each of them has corresponding activities and courses in the hotel. Every day from morning to night, there are calligraphy, tea art, flower arrangement, traditional exercises, etc. The room is also great, with the Heart Sutra and incense sticks prepared, so you can burn incense and copy the sutra at the same time. Are they affordable, or just plain cheap skates? ”The least you expect, the more satisfied you will be”. Where do I start... A four letter word starting with S and ending with T, comes to mind, when thinking about rating this hotel, in terms of service received. Front of house (seven or more staff), including the duty manager, were ”hanging around” the back of the counter, upon our arrival. A toothbrush, and a comb, that's it, that's what you can expect to find during your stay. Too much effort for them to even supply something as basic, as a shower cap. It's mid March, and can you guess, what music is playing in the background? Christmas music, clearly, there is no supervision and oversight from regional management, or just a lack of common sense. The rooms are dark, and have a dodging feel to them. In the dining area, where breakfast is served, you will find that the descriptions of the dishes on display, are solely in Chinese. No English whatsoever, yet, ”they” want to ”run” an Internationl / English brand. This branch, is in my opinion not worthy to represent an international brand. Perhaps, retraining or change of management, would be an option. Until then, this establishment will never see us again, nor will we recommend them.

The price is very affordable, the takeaway robot can go upstairs, the hygiene is very clean, some details are not handled well, but it is understandable. The surrounding facilities are good and the transportation is also convenient.
