Great experience at LS Hotel. There’s a butler for each room. Our butler Mayling (小徐) is very helpful. The view from our room is beautiful. They provided free afternoon tea and morning buffet every day in my booking, and one free 30 minutes photography session at the premises during my stay. The hotel can help you to book for some activities with small discount too, I believe they have partnership with some attraction providers. I booked the hot air balloon tour to see sunrise with 20rmb discount per person. However, it was unfortunately cancelled due to bad weather. I’d love to come back for it next time. I’ve been given some local snack packs and chilli sauce as souvenirs when I checked out, that’s very thoughtful. The highlight for me is the Guilin Rice Noodles (Guilin Mifen) from the breakfast buffet. I tried two highly rated restaurants in the area but I think the one from the hotel breakfast buffet is the best. They have a noodle station that you can choose your own. I’d recommend Guilin LS hotel and come back for another stay if I visit Guilin again.

The hotel is new and the service is excellent. It's very convenient, and they even thoughtfully provided disposable bath bags and toilet seat covers. Downstairs, you're right by the river, and next to a night market with street food and a pedestrian street. You absolutely have to try the complimentary wheat bran hair wash – it seems to be a specialty of Liuzhou, with hair salons everywhere. I paid extra for the family combo, which was incredibly comfortable and great value for money. The travel photos turned out amazing, highly recommended! The family room was on the 2nd floor. I thought for such a high price, we'd get a higher floor with a river view, but the upside was that the kids' ball pit was right outside the door, and my child had a fantastic time. The floor-to-ceiling windows at the 12th-floor bar and the outdoor balcony at the 13th-floor restaurant offer a great view of the musical fountain at night, helping you avoid the crowds downstairs. The only downside is that the hotel gets busy, and the restaurant is a bit small, so there were no tables available during breakfast peak hours. If I get the chance to visit Liuzhou again, I'll definitely stay at the Wyndham.

1) This hotel is literally situated on the China-Vietnam border. From my room window, I could see Vietnam, and the front desk even warned me that if I had an iPhone, it might pick up signals from the neighboring country and my time zone could change. The rooftop observation deck offers an even better view of the border scenery, encompassing both Dongxing in China and Mong Cai in Vietnam. 2) When I booked on Trip.com, I specifically requested a non-smoking room, and the hotel front desk truly delivered! The floor and room were genuinely free of any secondhand smoke. Honestly, in a fourth-tier city in (what is arguably the world's number one country for secondhand smoke), this was a rare and pleasant surprise. 3) It's quite close to the Dongxing Port, just a 5-minute walk away. If you want to experience the charm of a border town right from your room, and if you appreciate clean room facilities and fresh, natural air, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I really have to commend the service here. They're incredibly responsive and practically anticipate your needs, always proactively thinking about what guests might require. The staff's attitude is also exceptionally good. In a humid climate, it's hard to completely avoid that slightly damp smell, but all visible areas were spotless. The facilities are quite new, and there are plenty of elevators so you rarely have to wait. The location is very convenient for getting around, and there are many night markets and street food nearby, making it perfect for tourists. I was traveling with a friend, and we added an extra bed. The extra bed is only suitable for smaller individuals, but it was quite comfortable. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but the food tastes good. I especially enjoyed the Guilin rice noodles. The room was spacious and attractive; it didn't feel cramped even with three of us. The hotel seems to be the tallest building in the area, offering excellent views. The night view was particularly beautiful. It was a wonderful trip, and I'll likely choose this hotel again next time I visit.

My good mood in Nanning started with staying at a fantastic hotel! We arrived too early and our booked room wasn't ready, so the hotel kindly upgraded us for free. The facilities are brand new, and they even have an electronic scale and complimentary laundry service (wash and dry). The location is superb, very close to downtown attractions like Elephant Trunk Hill, Jingjiang Prince City, Xiaoyao Tower, and Sun and Moon Pagodas. The lobby offers free coffee, monk fruit tea, and other beverages. Most importantly: the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the experience truly amazing!

The hotel facilities are complete and the overall cleanliness is excellent. The service is great, and the lobby environment is very pleasant. The staff are warm and attentive, especially the front desk, who were incredibly enthusiastic and even helped with an upgrade. I had a very satisfying stay, and overall, it offers great value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance.

Traveling through Baise on my trip to Yunnan, I saw Wyndham in my search results and it looked good, so I booked a king room to share with a friend. It was a bit quiet and empty when we checked in, but all the staff at the front desk were very welcoming and warm. It really brightened up my tiring journey! 😊 They even specifically gave us a room with a great view and location. The room itself was really spacious, and the bed was wide enough for two people to sleep comfortably, and super soft! There's an indoor heated pool and gym on the second floor, both free to use. The only downside is that there's no self-service laundry, but I heard the hotel is planning to add it. If I come back, I hope that service will be available – that would make it perfect! It's also very close to shopping areas. This place is great for a slow-paced, relaxing life. Highly recommend! 🥳

The room was spacious and clean, the ambiance was great, and the service was good. It might be due to the humid climate here, with several rain showers a day, but the room had a slightly damp smell. Airing it out for a bit by opening the window fixed it. However, the bathroom wasn't thoroughly cleaned and had a distinct urine smell. I had booked a room that included two adult dinner buffets. I was traveling with a ten-year-old and a six-year-old child, and they insisted I purchase an additional ticket for them. This was quite frustrating, especially since the children wouldn't have eaten much anyway, and it negatively impacted my overall experience.

The entire stay was a terrible and frustrating experience. First, my takeout order arrived at the ground floor at 8:20 PM. After waiting about 25 minutes for it to be delivered to my room, I politely called the front desk. They told me it was being delivered by a robot. I waited another 5 minutes and still didn't receive it, so I called again to inquire. Only then did the front desk actually confirm that the concierge on the ground floor hadn't placed the order in the robot. It took three phone calls from me and 40 minutes for one takeout order to get from the ground floor to my room. Second, my reservation included late check-out, and I confirmed this at check-in. On the day of check-out, the front desk called to say I had already exceeded the check-out time. Only after I reminded them did they bother to check my booking details. In both instances, they offered a verbal 'we are very sorry' – probably knowing that as a guest, I couldn't really do anything about it. But in reality, one problem led to another, and the entire system, from central coordination and communication to the front desk service, completely fell apart. I originally chose The Luxury Collection over Shangri-La. Now, I've learned my lesson and will choose Shangri-La. There are many 'cloud' hotels (referring to high-end hotels) everywhere, but not every one of them is as annoying as The Luxury Collection.

Nanning Xinwei Marriott Genuine Review | Perfect Location, but Hardware and Lounge Disappoint ⚠️ Booked this hotel for its Marriott brand and location, but the experience was quite disappointing… ✅ Location is truly unbeatable Right downstairs is Huizhan Hangyang City, and it's just one stop to MixC Mall, super convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around. ❌ Hardware feels really dated The furniture, bathroom fixtures, and TV in the room are noticeably old. Public areas are also not very well-maintained. Soundproofing is average, and the air conditioning performance is mediocre, overall lacking that five-star feel. There's no fridge, so no mini-bar! ❌ Service is mediocre Not particularly enthusiastic, but no major blunders either. Response time is a bit slow, and there were no pleasant surprises. ❌ Member benefits are full of complaints The welcome fruit was just one orange🍊, how perfunctory! The executive lounge on the 22nd floor was particularly stuffy, and both the afternoon tea and evening drinks experience were subpar. Everything closed by 9:30 PM, so there was no chance to properly enjoy it (missing the Conrad Guangzhou from New Year's). 💡 Summary If you're on a budget and only care about the location and a place to sleep for a night, go for it; If you prioritize quality and a good lounge experience, proceed with caution!

GGuest UserA hidden gem by the Yulong River, perfect for a family retreat! ✨ Choosing the right accommodation truly elevated our Yangshuo trip, and the Yangshuo Xishi Jinshe (Shili Gallery Yulong River Store) is a divine hotel nestled amidst the mountains and rivers. Our experience was absolutely perfect from start to finish – I wholeheartedly recommend it! Before I dive into the review, I have to praise the service. It was thoughtful, warm, attentive, and considerate throughout our stay, making us feel incredibly cherished. 🥰 The hotel's location is absolutely stunning, right by the Qinglong Bridge on the Yulong River. From the large floor-to-ceiling window next to our bed, we had direct views of the continuous karst peaks and the gently flowing Yulong River, with bamboo rafts slowly drifting by our window. Every glance offered a picturesque, ink-wash painting-like scene. The design is simple yet sophisticated, blending perfectly with the natural landscape. The super-large floor-to-ceiling windows, courtyard lawn, and the rooftop 'sky mirror' all provided perfect photo opportunities. The environment is serene and peaceful, completely away from the hustle and bustle, creating an incredibly immersive atmosphere. I must commend the service again; it was exceptionally thoughtful, offering full butler-style service. Every front desk staff member was enthusiastic and meticulous, always ready to assist with any questions. The attention to detail was impeccable, making the entire experience relaxing and heartwarming. We initially booked for only two nights, planning to try another hotel for a different view, but we were so touched by the service that we extended our stay for another two nights. The service was truly exceptional. The downstairs restaurant exceeded our expectations. The ingredients were fresh and authentic. The Guilin rice noodles, beer fish, and braised chicken 🐓 were all delicious, and the eggplant 🍆 and green beans were incredibly fragrant. We had dinner there four times in a row, and each meal was satisfying and enjoyable; our whole family loved the food. The hotel's infinity pool offers direct views of the beautiful mountains and rivers. Our children spent several afternoons playing there. The area around the pool is comfortable and well-equipped, allowing adults to relax and enjoy the scenery while the kids have fun. It was a truly healing and immersive experience amidst the mountains and rivers. The environment, service, dining, and facilities were all top-notch. Whether for a relaxing getaway or a family trip, this is definitely a treasure choice for a stay in Yangshuo!

AAnonymous UserI really didn't expect to find such a stylish hotel in Guilin! So many thoughtful design details, and each room even has its own name. Every day, they offer complimentary warm porridge and whole grains, plus a free cup of coffee. They deliver luggage to your room, and the one-on-one butler service is incredibly attentive with daily greetings, and their recommendation PPTs are excellent! The environment and facilities are, of course, top-notch. I've already highly recommended it to my friends!

GGuest UserFacilities: They have everything – an underground parking garage, a swimming pool, and a laundry room. The mini-fridge in the room was also very convenient. I came back late one night and did my laundry, and the front desk even helped me retrieve my clothes after they were dry, which I really appreciated. Cleanliness: Both the hotel and the room itself were spotless. When I left the room to go out, they would promptly ask if I needed it cleaned, which was excellent. Environment: It's right by the Yulong River. Seeing the view from the window when I entered the room made everything feel worth it. The location is also fantastic, very close to the pier, making it super easy to go bamboo rafting! You can even 'rush the dam' from this pier! And there are five dams to rush, making it incredibly good value for money! I chose to stay here instead of Yangshuo West Street because I prefer the scenery here. During the day, it's convenient to rent an e-bike from the hotel and explore West Street, then ride back at night to enjoy the tranquility of this area. Service: All the hotel staff were very warm and friendly. They gave great recommendations for various attractions. On my return trip, it happened to be 'Sanyuesan' (a local festival), and they thoughtfully advised me to leave early. When I rented an e-bike, they even helped me ride it out of the parking lot first. And when I left, they gave me a souvenir, which was a lovely touch! If I come back again, I'll definitely choose this place!

YYidanchichichiStayed in a room with a river view right by the Li River in Yangshuo, and there's even a helipad... The hotel has a pool, and on the ninth floor rooftop, there's a 'Sky Mirror' with panoramic views of the Li River – perfect for photos! We stayed in a two-story duplex. The room has a modern minimalist style, with large floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of light. All the disposable amenities are well-stocked, and the room is very smart. You can see the Li River as soon as you open the window, and it's just a ten-minute walk to West Street! The hotel breakfast is also very rich, featuring Guilin rice noodles and oil tea. The hotel's location is super convenient; it's easy to get anywhere. You can just hop on an e-scooter and head to West Street or Yulong River!

GGuest UserLovely hotel with a rustic vibe. Amenities and activities are good but service doesn’t live up to the expectation. They only have one English speaking staff and she’s in charge of the reception, considering they have a huge number of foreigners checked in. Restaurant service was pretty bad. Staff didn’t get our order right and no one speaks English. Photo service for room 508 was very good. I love the results and the photographer was amazing and very accommodating. SPA massage was excellent and the SPA itself has very calming feeling. Location is perfect, it’s solemn and quiet yet not far from main town.

AAnonymous UserThe staff were all very enthusiastic. After checking in, we received a one-on-one detailed introduction service and a beautiful handcrafted fan as a gift. The hotel is very close to the ticket office for the Two Rivers and Four Lakes scenic area, and the rooms offer great views. The breakfast was a bit basic, and while the noodle chef wasn't the most meticulous, everyone else was excellent. A big thank you to the two ladies at the front desk (the one who helped change room 8705 and the fair-skinned lady with what looked like dimples who chased after us to give us something) and the young lady who taught us how to make fans. They truly earned this positive review; their genuine kindness made all the difference. Worth giving a good review. Suggestion: For a hotel of this size, it would be great to offer a fruit platter upon check-in.

BBeizhuyixiabaThe location is excellent, very close to the 20-yuan Lijiang River scenic pier. The environment is clean and tidy, and the room is very spacious. The service attitude is superb. I booked for two nights and was supposed to check out by 12 PM on the third day. However, on the second night, my child was hit by a car and transferred to Guilin Hospital. It wasn't until the evening of the third day that my husband had time to go check out and pack our luggage. The owner kept the room for us and didn't rush us to check out at all. The owner is a truly compassionate person; they repeatedly inquired about my child's condition, didn't charge us for the late checkout, and even gave my child a red envelope. For this booking, the owner truly went above and beyond, practically losing money. Such big-hearted owners are truly rare. I wish the owner a prosperous business and abundant wealth. Thank you for your immense kindness.

XXingfu33yangyangmaNanning was the second stop on our ***** New Year trip, and for convenience, we chose a hotel in the central area! [Location] The hotel's location is indeed excellent, very close to the subway, right next to a commercial street, making dining, shopping, and getting around very convenient. Objectively speaking, the hotel's only strong point is its location... [Environment] The hotel lobby has a popular spiral staircase, but other than that, it's really old and rundown. Because there are several restaurants in the building, there's a constant flow of people, making it not only feel chaotic but also unsafe! [Room] The room was the worst part. I genuinely read reviews saying that even though it's an old hotel, the interior was quite new, and it was even a local 'influencer' hotel. However, the room we stayed in was genuinely old. The cabinet door was broken, the refrigerator door was damaged, and there wasn't even a clothesline in the bathroom, and so on and so forth. I'm too lazy to go on... [Service] This I must commend! The cleaning lady who tidied our room during our stay always greeted us, and if we needed anything, she would immediately come to help. The room was also cleaned very well. Give this lady an extra drumstick! [Dining] We had breakfast in the restaurant and also one buffet dinner. The service was truly awful. My honest experience with that buffet dinner was that it's just an 'influencer' restaurant; the promotions were much better than the actual food. It was a stark contrast between the seller's photos and the buyer's reality... The excuses about having many guests during the ***** New Year and being unable to keep up with service and dishes are just that – excuses. Didn't you prepare for this in advance? In short, 'influencer' hotels and 'influencer' restaurants are just for show...
