There's a swimming pool with separate sections for adults and kids, and the surroundings are beautiful – both grown-ups and children can have a wonderful time. They even offer free shuttle service to West Street by electric car, which is a thoughtful touch.

Hotel service is above and beyond, so much to the point where they will pluck the passion fruit straight from their backyard for you! (true story). This was such an amazing stay with the most exceptional hotel service from the staff. You're pulled into a groupchat with all the different staff and someone will answer any question or request at any time. They even helped us call a car back to the hotel when we were stranded at ruyi peak for 20 min. We picked this hotel mainly for the views and the videos we saw online of the viral hotel, but were blown away by the concierge, amenities, views, and services provided to us during our stay. Truly made us feel like royalty! Also, very foreigner friendly, staff all had translator devices for those who couldn't speak Chinese which I would appreciate if I was also a foreigner. Staying at the Xi Shi Jin She Hotel was an incredibly healing experience amidst the beautiful landscapes of Yangshuo. The hotel is located right by the Yulong River, and with the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, you're greeted by stunning karst peaks, with bamboo rafts slowly gliding by on the river – it feels like living inside a traditional Chinese ink painting. The room was clean and tidy, the toiletries were of excellent quality, and the facilities were exquisite and comprehensive. The butler service was attentive and thoughtful, and the authentic Guilin rice noodles for breakfast were fresh and delicious. The rooftop infinity pool offered amazing photo opportunities. It's also super convenient for visiting the Ten-Mile Gallery. This is definitely my top choice for a stay in Yangshuo, a perfect experience!

A wonderful family hotel with spacious rooms, a pool and a very peaceful atmosphere. We stayed here as a family with children and really enjoyed our time. In Yangshuo, many hotels have beautiful mountain views, but this hotel stands out because it is not only scenic, but also very quiet, peaceful and comfortable inside. For us, this was a huge advantage. This is a warm family-style hotel where you feel that the owners truly care about every guest. The hostess was always nearby and personally paid attention to the quality of service. The staff were very friendly, polite and always ready to help. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was done on time, and everything felt well maintained. For this level of room, the price was very reasonable, which makes the hotel a very good value for money. Another big plus is the swimming pool. For a family trip, especially with children, having a pool at the hotel is a real advantage compared with many other hotels in the area. One of the nicest details was the afternoon tea with sweets — it made the stay feel even more welcoming and personal. The atmosphere of the hotel is calm and relaxing, which is exactly what you need in the mountains. The garden, the views, the fresh air and the peaceful environment helped us rest properly. The night before, we stayed in another hotel where it was noisy and uncomfortable because of construction nearby, so here we especially appreciated the silence, cleanliness and comfort. We finally had a proper rest. This hotel is a great choice for families, for people travelling with children, and for anyone who wants a quiet and cozy place surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery. We left with very warm impressions and would be happy to come back again. Highly recommended. В Яншо, как мы поняли, у многих отелей есть красивые виды на горы, но большое преимущество именно этого отеля в том, что здесь не только красиво, но ещё и очень тихо, спокойно и комфортно внутри. Для нас это было огромным плюсом. Это уютный семейный отель, где чувствуется настоящая забота о гостях. Хозяйка всегда была рядом и лично контролировала качество обслуживания. Персонал очень доброжелательный, вежливый, всегда старался помочь и сделать проживание максимально комфортным. Номер был очень просторный, чистый и удобный. Уборка проводилась вовремя, всё было аккуратно и приятно. Для такого уровня номера цена, на наш взгляд, очень недорогая, поэтому соотношение цены и качества здесь отличное. Отдельный большой плюс — наличие бассейна. Для семейной поездки, особенно с детьми, это действительно важное преимущество по сравнению со многими другими отелями в этом районе. Также нам очень понравились приятные детали: послеобеденный чай со сладостями, зелёный двор, красивые виды, свежий воздух и общая спокойная атмосфера. В горах именно такой отдых особенно ценен — здесь можно по-настоящему расслабиться и восстановиться. Ночь до этого мы провели в другом отеле, где рядом шла стройка, было шумно и душно. Поэтому здесь мы особенно оценили тишину, чистоту и комфорт. Мы наконец-то хорошо отдохнули. Отель отлично подойдёт для семей с детьми и для тех, кто ищет не шумное место, а спокойный, уютный отдых среди красивой природы. У нас остались очень тёплые впечатления, с удовольствием вернулись бы снова. Очень рекомендуем.

The room is very spacious, as folks from the northeast would say, clean, bright, and airy! It's fully smart-enabled! It's perfect for families with babies and the elderly. We drove to Yangshuo during the October Golden Week, and I looked at so many hotels and read countless reviews online before blindly choosing this one. It truly exceeded my expectations! The service was incredibly attentive. I noted that I had elderly parents and a baby, and the front desk contacted me in advance to install a safety rail in the room. We arrived at 11 PM, and both of our rooms were upgraded for free! The underground parking garage has charging stations, which is great for slow charging. They even sent me a video of the parking lot beforehand. When we arrived at the hotel, a dedicated staff member escorted us to our rooms. They prepared milk formula for the baby and even brought me an extra 4 bottles of purified water! When we left, they asked if I needed anything and provided it for free! Oh, and the breakfast! I think eating breakfast with such a beautiful view is just wonderful! Seriously, stay here. I truly recommend it!

I highly recommend this hotel in Guilin. The location is excellent; Elephant Trunk Hill and Sun and Moon Pagodas are all within walking distance. There are also many noodle shops and highly-rated restaurants nearby. We traveled to Guilin with our child and chose a family room on the 10th floor. The kids' play area is right outside the door in the hallway, and our child absolutely loved it and didn't want to leave the hotel. The rooms in this row, facing the play area, are very spacious and comfortable. They also come equipped with rocking horses, crawling mats, and small tents, making it an ideal choice for a family trip. On top of that, it offers great value for money. The hotel breakfast was also good; we stayed for three days, and the breakfast menu was different every morning. Oh, and the front desk also provided different small desserts every evening, which was a very nice touch!

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, with the Li River right out the back door. The scenery is beautiful, surrounded by small islands in the river and Fubo Hill in the distance. We tried the hotel's photography service, which was excellent; combined with the Li River landscape, the photos turned out great. My parents loved it! The photographer and the photo selection process were both smooth and enjoyable! We also tried the hotel's restaurant on the sixth floor, which offers fantastic views of the Li River right outside the window! The outdoor area was great, and we even happened to catch a wedding banquet! The front desk gave us a small souvenir before we checked out, which was a very thoughtful touch. Thank you! We will definitely come back again!

We stayed at this hotel from August 8–11, 2026. We were very satisfied with our stay. Here are more specific details: 1. Location: Extremely convenient! The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of all the major attractions: the Sun and Moon Pagodas, Elephant Trunk Hill, and the West–East Pedestrian Street. Of course, the area around the hotel gets very crowded and noisy in the evenings, but inside the hotel and in the room, you can't hear the street noise at all. 2. Service: At check‑in, even though it was 4:00 PM and check‑in time is from 12:00, our room wasn't ready and we were asked to wait an hour (in fact, a little longer). After a long train journey on a hot day, that wasn't very comfortable. However, we had no further problems after that: the ladies at the reception were very polite and always ready to give advice or help. A special mention goes to the hotel's laundry room – it's free and doesn't require any detergent or washing gel. All programmes are preset; you just put your clothes in and press start. Very convenient! 3. Room: We had a Spacious Leisure Triple Room. The room was very clean, with good, fresh renovation – just like the whole hotel! The main drawback was the lack of storage space (no wardrobes or dressers), so it was quite difficult to hang our clothes. Otherwise, the room was wonderful. Instead of a standard air conditioner, there was a ceiling‑mounted split system, which was easy and comfortable to adjust. The beds were simply fantastic – so comfortable and large; sleeping on the pillows was a real pleasure. The bathroom was a separate room, not like in many Chinese hotels where the sink is right in the room and only the shower is separate. The bathroom had an amazing new shower cabin – you could really relax in it – as well as a new smart toilet, and a mirror with lighting and heating. The room was cleaned daily. A note that may be relevant for foreign guests like us: Each floor of the hotel is quite small and compact, with about four rooms. The room doors are opposite each other. During our entire stay, our neighbours changed every day – each time they were Chinese families who did not close their room doors. They literally lived with their doors open: brushing teeth, washing, drying their hair, watching TV, and children running around and shouting from room to room. This not only surprised us but also caused inconvenience – they would return to their rooms late in the evening and start making noise just as we were going to bed, and they would get up early in the morning when we still wanted to sleep, shouting in the corridor. On the last days, an elderly couple moved in opposite us, and the man kept smoking non‑stop in his room – the smell drifted into our room and was absolutely terrible. I understand that this is a human factor and the hotel can do only so much about it, but I would suggest that the hotel introduces a recommendation for guests to observe quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM and to keep their room doors closed.

Staying at Guanhe Wilderness in May was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is surrounded by rice paddies, and opening the window reveals tender green rice seedlings swaying in the breeze. The air is fresh and moist, carrying the natural fragrance of grass and trees. The rooms are simply designed yet rustic, with large floor-to-ceiling windows that bring in the lush green scenery, making you feel completely relaxed. I especially loved dining on the terrace. The staff were very welcoming and recommended great walking routes in the fields and nearby farm experiences for May. The owner even drove us to the viewpoint himself. Staying here completely escaped the hustle and bustle of the city, allowing me to truly experience a slower pace of life. I'd definitely come back! I highly recommend it to anyone who loves nature and tranquility. This stay deserves a rave review!

Furthermore, the rooftop terrace provides a magnificent 360-degree view of the landscape, making breakfast or afternoon tea against the mountain scenery a magical moment. Adding to the convenience, the hotel offers electric scooter (e-moped) rentals right on-site. Having these colorful, easy-to-ride scooters available made exploring the nearby countryside, riverbanks, and local attractions incredibly fun and effortless. From the thoughtful service and delightful food offerings to the stunning natural views and excellent amenities, every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations.
