The place is very excellent in terms of privacy, especially since it has number 8, but there is no landline to communicate with the hotel staff. You can only communicate on the phone number, but everything in the hotel from reception and service is private 👏🏻

Ambong Pool Villas has been the best hotel experience me and my wife have ever had! We came here for our honeymoon and after a very long travel from the UK, they provided an extra pleasant and comforting wind down experience. Karim and Lee were both amazing and hospitable to whatever we needed. They even prepared food for when we arrived as they knew we had been travelling for long and had delays on our last flight. The Villa was beautiful, clean and the staff were very friendly. The view from the Villa was also stunning! The breakfast was always on point and the option to have breakfast served to your room made things extra comfortable for them days dealing with Jet lag. I’d also recommend the restaurant as although we tried quite a few food places around the Island, the restaurant here was especially nice, the food was delicious with a gorgeous view of the sunset. I definitely recommend this hotel and would come back if I am ever on this Island again. Thank you again Karim and Lee for making our honeymoon extra pleasant.

My husband and I had the most incredible time at Ambong Pool Villas! We chose this beautiful pool villa for one week for our honeymoon and first-year anniversary, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. The experience of immersing ourselves in nature, with the sights and sounds of wildlife just outside our door, was absolutely magical. We were treated to a breathtaking view of the sunset right from our bedroom and infinity pool – a perfect way to unwind each day. We were pleasantly surprised with thoughtful touches throughout our stay, including complimentary decorations, fruits, sweets, and wine, as well as an evening of high tea – all of which made our time there feel extra special. The housekeeping, pool cleaning, and pest control staff were fantastic, ensuring everything was spotless and comfortable throughout our stay. The restaurant staff and the front desk were incredibly kind and hospitable, making us feel like royalty. A special mention must go to Mr. Prem, whose outstanding management and hospitality made our stay unforgettable. From arranging our tours to ensuring we had the best services, he truly went above and beyond to make our honeymoon and anniversary celebration perfect. We highly recommend Ambong Pool Villas for anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious vacation, especially if you're newlyweds. From the moment we arrived at Ambong in Langkawi, we were treated with such warmth and care that it instantly felt like home. The resort itself is a tropical paradise, but what truly sets it apart is the heart and dedication of the staff. One of the most touching moments of our stay was the beautiful surprise they prepared for us—on my birthday, they went above and beyond to decorate our bed with fresh leaves and flowers, spelling out “Happy Birthday” in the most elegant and thoughtful way. It was a gesture that showed their incredible attention to detail and genuine care for their guests. It wasn’t just a service; it was an act of kindness that made our special day even more memorable. We loved all aspects of our stay from the friendly airport pickup to our send off at the villa. We loved the service, the friendly staff, the view from our villa, the pool where we spent a lot of our time, the monkeys that swung from the trees and the food which was great. We hope to return sometime soon.
