Hotel style look old abit,other all ok Only the bathroom shampoo and bath soap storage like dirty abit by still can accept

The location was great. If you’ve already enjoyed plenty of time on the beach, this hotel is a nice next choice. It’s close to the beautiful Dataran Lang, less than 3 km away. The hotel also offers a delicious breakfast, and just around the corner you’ll find a laundry service and a traditional Nasi Lemak restaurant, which is very convenient.

The hotel was really nice it’s very popular/busy has doorway to the 7/11 next door open 24h only roughly 20min from airport

The room was huge, staff also friendly but the path to the room is quite dark and gloomy

Recommended to traverller who want to find a place to stay with breakfast..

Room is spacious. It is good that hotel provides water dispenser at lobby. Receptionist during check in was not friendly but receptionist during checkout was friendly & polite. Bathroom tiles are worn out.

Good stay for business traveller and easy to access Kuah town and food

The family room with three beds was impeccably clean and included a buffet breakfast for three. The value for money was exceptional! The hotel also boasts a swimming pool and a gym. Its location is incredibly convenient, with delicious restaurants and affordable supermarkets close by, making it easy to get around and shop.

The hotel was clean the bed was comfortable and room spacious the only bad thing is it's very far from the main activities and show places on the island

Pro: The location is good and the room is big. Con: the facilities are very outdated. All power plugs are either loose or not working. Making charging a little harder. There is only  bath towel and no hand towel. The shampoo or hand wash or shower gel are all very cheap and liquidated stuff. The breakfast is also not good. There is no real coffee or milk. It’s powdered milk. Taste really bad. I would not recommend it.

Very old hotel. Ceiling Lighting cannot be switched off, table lamp also does not work. Coffee cups, bathroom are not cleaned well. I wondered how this hotel is rated 8 out of 10

Location - A very central location not far from the Jetty, the Eagle monument and the Maha Tower. 7-11 right next to the Hotel and supermarket is adjacent to it. The supermarket has a Money Exchange counter and a food court so you could go and have lunch whilst you are waiting to be checked in. Plenty of eating places and other shops nearby all within walking distance. Service - Excellent. All the staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel does not provide Tea or Sugar (only 3 in 1 coffee) so you will be ok if you are a Coffe drinker. However, if you are a Tea drinker like me, then you would have to try to obtain some Tea bags, Sugar & Creamer from the Restaurant before 10 am after which the Restaurant closes as it is open only for serving Breakfast (if you have paid for it). I managed to obtain the supplies I needed so I could have my morning cup of tea. Thank you to all the staff. Facilities - There is a swimming pool and a sitting area where you can read a book whilst waiting to check in or after checking out. Cleanliness - daily cleaning service so no issues there.

tried to modify my booking dates to just one day after the originally booked dates but got rejected repeatedly even though there is a room available for our desired dates, called them but it seems they refuse to modify it. we cannot make it in time for the check-in so the paid rooms were wasted just like that. idk if they were so desperate to earn free money or what but i hope no future customers will face what i went through with the hotel management. very bad first impressions.
