Thinking about finding a family to stay for one night, I was pleasantly surprised to stay. The front desk service is particularly good, the room is very clean, the facilities and equipment in the room are also very good, there is a light next to the mirror in the bathroom, it looks very warm, and it is also very good-looking. The decoration of the room looks very warm and warm. The TV and air conditioning equipment are complete, the hot water in the room is also very hot, and I will choose their home next time I stay.

The hotel is conveniently located, close to Zhangye Road Pedestrian Street and the provincial government, and within walking distance to Lanzhou Museum. There is free underground parking. The rooms are well-equipped, clean and sanitary. The front desk staff are enthusiastic, attentive and professional.

Very convenient location right by the train station and close to lots of great food options. Staff were helpful and assisted in extending our stay. Laundry machine is available but you have to have your own detergent. Complimentary alcohol wipes, face wash, and other goodies were much appreciated.

Although room is small it is well designed. All the required amenties are available. Loved the free use of washing machine and dryer. Excellent reception service. Location is right next to Lanzhou train station.

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to Zhongshan Bridge, with convenient transportation downstairs. The room is also quite clean, with a humidifier to relieve dryness, convenient parking, and its own parking lot. The front desk staff is very friendly.

I went out to travel in Lanzhou and chose a hotel very close to the train station. I didn’t expect all aspects to be very good. The front desk was attentive. The room was very good. The sanitation was clean. The living was very comfortable. There were many snack bars around. The taste was very good. The front desk was very intimate and made a small guide, recommended, and the price is very high.

The bed in the hotel is very clean, the hygiene is relatively clean and comfortable, the air conditioning temperature in the room is very comfortable, you will not feel cold, it is very warm, the room size is also OK, 40 square meters, Xiao Zhu at the front desk upgraded the room type for us for free, there is also a late-night canteen to eat in the evening, there are some beef noodles and side dishes, you can go and taste them, there are also some porridge and other things, you can have a simple meal in the evening, the breakfast variety is relatively rich, there are some relatively large varieties, the selection is also relatively high, the hotel parking lot is also large, parking is also free, Xiao Zhu at the front desk input the license plate number for us, overall, very good.

Love the room design and grateful for the free treats. The location is around 10mins walk to the lanzhou west train station, however during my stay there, part of the road was under construction, so it wasn't the most easiest to get around especially when the round overhead bridge only had stairs. Nearby there are lots of malls and place to eat. For the room itself, despite the cosy ambience, it rirks of smoke smell especially on my first day. At night, it's even worst as the air filter started leaking more cigarettes stench into my room. There is also no hairdryer provided. And what happened to the mountain view room I was supposed to have? The view outside is just the road and some dirty cityscapes. I was so looking forward to that 🫤. I was also locked out of my room after the first night, and luckily one of the cleaner helped me unlock my room and save me from making another trip down to the receptionist. Overall I will still recommend a stay.

A fruit plate will be delivered to the room every afternoon. If you need a humidifier, foot bath bucket, milk, bread, etc., you can tell the front desk, and it will be delivered to the room at any time. The lady will ask me every day if I need anything or sweet soup. I was really touched by their service. When I checked out, they also gave me souvenirs and mineral water. I was really satisfied.
