Lanzhou B&Bs

We stayed here as a family to end our road trip around Qinghai and Gansu. The hotel is wonderfully appointed with soft beds and really comfortable rooms. We arrived too late for dinner in so ate noodles outside at one of many nearby places. The view over the Yellow River is pretty good and the hotel breakfast is very good value. The staff deserve special praise, very helpful for the checkin with all the Covid health code requirements they were very helpful. A special mention to the concierge, Wei Keyang/ICE, the concierge on duty was extremely helpful with my last minute request to ship some awkward shaped bulky souvenirs back to Jiangsu home. I caused no end of problems which he was very happy to help with and dillgently solved, even after we had checked out and got to the airport. It is service like this that really makes the difference and is very much appreciated.

All the staffs are very attentive. Location wise, it is really near to the night market which is very long. The breakfast has a good spread between western and Chinese.

The hotel is strategically located opposite to Lanzhou station. However, if you have a train from west station, keep an hour in hand in peak traffic.It is a 25 RMB ride. Plenty of noodle places and small supermarkets around. Facilities are OK for the price offered. More importantly, they take foreigners. This is an important thing to consider if you travel in China, as not all hotels take foreigners. I did not take the breakfast as I had to catch an early train. If anyone searches for a starbucks, it is three blocks Behind the hotel under the Mercure hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton hotel, it truly exceeded all expectations in terms of customer service and facilities. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and attentiveness. What made my experience even more remarkable was the fact that they graciously upgraded my room without any additional charges, providing me with a breathtaking view and a sense of luxury. The hotel's facilities were exceptional, offering a diverse range of amenities such as a well-equipped fitness center, rejuvenating spa, and a stunning pool. However, what truly stood out for me was the captivating live music that filled the hotel. The talented musicians created a vibrant and unforgettable atmosphere, adding an extra touch of charm to my stay. All in all, this hotel's exceptional customer service and outstanding facilities made my experience truly unforgettable.

The location of the hotel is very good. Together with the Xidan Commercial Building, you can go out to Exit C of Line 1. It is very close to the Yellow River. You can walk to Baitashan Park and the Yellow River Cableway. There are many delicious foods in the surrounding area. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and sent a lot of guidebooks.

It was pretty good. Breakfast time was chaos with kids running everywhere, same with the swimming pool. The blind in our room was faulty and they sorted it out quickly.

Check-in was quick and efficient. Manager Yang Nuo at the front desk helped me upgrade the room type with windows, which was very intimate. The room environment is clean and hygienic, the service staff is very polite, the facilities are complete, 24 hours hot water, because of work reasons, temporary things can not go to the front desk to check out, Tonghua telephone communication, the front desk staff is gentle, help me do the remote check-out procedures, continue to patronize next time!

I stayed here for 1 night in a short trip to Lanzhou. The room was nicely decorated, although dark (the window looked to an inside patio), and the bed was superb. Staff were very helpful, especially 马引弟 and 陈志坚, who were very friendly and helped me giving some tips from the city.

I booked this hotel because I had a train the next morning. It's right across Lanzhou train station, so perfect location for my purposes. Very nice room, everything was perfect.
