This hotel is in a very good spot, opposite the river, away from the traffic and tourist groups. The restaurant offers great food and drinks. The personal is very friendly and helpful and the room looked very nice, ******* style , and the mattress was comfortable . Can recommend this place without hesitation.

訂的大床房，很多地方有些積灰，衹能説擦擦能住吧，其他還行，該有的東西也都有，清明來的時候恰巧斷網了， 第一天沒玩成遊戲，當時比較生氣，和前台也是溝通了好幾次，當時修完中途也有幾次斷網，後面是終於修好了， 前台給延遲退房了，補償了一點點，如果衞生好一點網絡再穩定一點就很好了

房間設施齊全、氣派，早餐豐盛、菜品多。服務欠點火候，保留着政府招待所的傲慢，不過如果考慮入住體驗的話，可以忽略這個問題

設施：齊全 衞生：乾淨 環境：很好 服務：樓層服務態度很好 不足之處就是一樓牛肉麪服務態度欠佳，有服務型狀無服務態度，具體情況是我的麪需要加油辣椒，去了買牛肉那邊櫃枱，喊了服務員幾聲沒人理我，因為辣椒油就放在櫃枱上，然後我就自己加了兩勺，嘿 怪事出現了，服務員一下就過來了，説不讓自己加，😳😳😳，你不讓我加可以那你們過來給我加啊，我叫你們又不理，這算那門子事，完了吸取教訓問守我們那桌的服務員要幾棵大蒜，這個服務員倒是回答的挺乾脆，你自己去賣麪那裡去拿，然後轉身又像木偶一樣站那裡一動不動，因為我前幾年在這裏住過吃過，當時感覺挺好，這次路過蘭州又專門帶朋友來感受一下，那知道現在服務變這樣了，住這一天我看到酒店早上早會下午午會 都在開，😂😂😂😂 就開了個這個服務出來 呵呵
