Only stayed one night. Only real issue I have with this place was the water temperature was burning, scolding hot and no way to rinse under that heat. Had to use the bidet to wash the soap off.

The staff was friendly they are good with their service but the room was noisy the location is near to the air port kudos to the front desk they are very helpful ☺️

Place can be okay if you have an early flight, relatively close to Mactan Airport and to some stores.

The service and staff are approachable. The amenities are clean. The place is easy and convenient to/from airport.

I've upgraded my room and it was great. The staffs are friendly and very accessible location.the room is very clean.

The room is clean and the ambience is perfect.. A little advice for the improvement of the facility, it's good to have bidet in your comfort room coz that will give your guests satisfaction as well

The room was clean, and although the WiFi was down, the staff were very accommodating and was available 24/7. Location over was also convenient and is just a 5 minute ride to the airport.

Close to the airport and the location is very superb. It is also close to the mall so you can get whatever you want to get.

Very accommodating staffs and friendly. I just informed them that were getting late in checking in cause my kids wants to roam around Cebu City in a while. They responded immediately. The Hotel looks clean, cozy and comfortable. We're able to stay there for just 9 hours and it's worth it. It's just 5 minutes drive to the airport. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The room we were given was tiny (about 12 square meters), had no windows, no running water, no toilet paper, and a broken shower — the shower head was damaged and sprayed water straight up at the ceiling, so it was basically unusable. The room was also boiling hot, and the air conditioner barely worked, making it hard to breathe or sleep. When we asked to change rooms, the staff lied and said the entire hotel was fully booked, but when we walked around, we could clearly see that many rooms were empty. Even after pointing this out, they refused to move us. The staff were rude and unhelpful the whole time. Overall, this hotel was misleading, uncomfortable, and poorly managed. Definitely not worth the money, and we would never stay here again.

Very nice, clean, quiet and spacious room with comfy bed, private cr with hot shower, wifi and room aircon. Great customer service. Affordable. 5 minute taxi or 20 minute casual walk to the airport. Booked online using Trip.com and my Gcash account. This will be my goto travel inn when flying out of Cebu international. Thank you!

Great location very close to the airpot cold ac new quite room and clean very accessible to everyyhing you need just a 2mns walk from the mall 5mns to airport everything is perfect staffs are so accomplished.
